I know you're new to this. So I'm just going to give you a tour through how the OOC (out of character) area works. Just click on a section on the menu that's listed, specifically the title that is hyper linked (ex: Technology Specifications). You're currently creating a new topic every time you post, so it might clutter our OOC. Just a heads up. As for the details on the Federation, just go to the Drawing Board area.
