Heyo Haru! And Welcome to RPG! I'm glad you managed to find your way back to our little home. I am Talisman, one of the site's moderators, and to help you get acclimated, Imma fire a few links at you. So, bear with me for a moment.
Rules - I fully believe that you won't have any issues, but still be sure to check out the site rules. There aren't many, but still.
Role Play Academy - If you feel like you need to ask for advice or anything on your writing, the Academy is a good place to go. Our Scholars are all wonderful people, I promise.
Interest Checks - If you have an idea and want to get the word out, or just generally gauge interest, or if you want to take a gander at the ideas other posted, this is the place to do it.
Roleplayers Wanted - If you do manage to get an RP up off the ground, but need more writers, this is where you'll go to drum up recruit, or on the flipside, where you'll go if you're looking for an RP to jump.
You'll also notice that we have a Private Messaging system, but in order to gain access to that feature (it helps out combating the bots) you need 10 posts. To help you get there, I'd suggest checking out our Forum Games, Discussion and Debate, and our Creative Realm.

Also, I've hit up the rules because I always do that before I create an account, cause I wanna know what to expect and what I have to do to keep from getting banned. Then the first place I tackled was the debate section, as it was easiest to comment on (otherwise I didn't know what to say to those in the forums..) I am glad you linked these, cause I really think that I'll be hitting up the Interest Checks, as I have an idea I'd like to start up, so thank you for forwarding it to me.
Anyway, Thank you, that was very informative, clear, and easy to understand. I hope to reach my ten forum posts soon. o.o;
