Problem removing characters

Hi, I GM often and the main issue I've noticed with being a GM, which is prevalent in several RP that I did NOT GM is that the method of removing inactive characters is very faulty.

I have been in several RP that have numerous characters. (You have to press 'See All' to view them in their entirety) The problem is when some of them go inactive, when you go to remove them from the roleplay, you are given a limited list of users to remove ( and usually does not consist of the person you wanted to remove in the first place), not EVERYONE in the Roleplay as a proficient removal system should. Also once removed, their name still remains on the list of approve, remove, and reject. It's a clutter and makes the job of being a GM very difficult.

I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong or if everyone is experiencing this problem, because it is really hindering a lot of Roleplays with unnecessary clutter and the inactives should ALL be removed, not just the first 10.... I would honestly like their name to disappear from the remove and accept list so I can focus on my active team rather than inactive characters clogging things up. Help? It kills a lot of RP because you cannot remove them.
