Humans are renowned for their shorter lifespans amongst the other races, therefore changes in its society appears to be constant for non-humans. The Five Kingdoms are all govern by humans, leaving marginally smaller areas for the other races to rule over, thus the humans have earned a bitter dislike from the other races

Älfar
The Älfar favors clothes and colors that blend in with their forest according to the season. They value experience over education, and therefore find the barbaric human and goliath tribes better allies than the "civilized" human kingdoms. The Älfar is roughly identical to other elves in height and build, with males larger than females. The Älfar's connection with the nature enhances their druids’ elemental communication, and due to their separation from the human kingdoms, they are not restricted by the human Arcane Colleges, though their lack of education also prevents them to explore the arcane wonders.
Recently the Queen of Marim has officially declared the Forest of Dreams as the Realm of the Älfar, and official trade treaties has been signed between the two kingdoms. This has put more diplomatic pressure on Dalora and Naldorin to follow suit, though for time being it does not appear likely.

A rather isolated and tribal race, the Goliaths live mainly between the Twin Mountains and the Dal Highlands, they are nomads that prefer not to mettle with the other race’s politics.
The Goliaths arrived from the Distant Desert, at first feared for their large physique, though they later vanished into the wilds, living as nomads and flourishing in numbers. The local druid, marking him out for his tribe and destiny, typically tattoos a Goliath with a unique pattern and the Goliaths are never seen wearing any form for footwear, believing that they will be disconnected to the earth from which they came.
The Goliaths has a strong tribal bond, and events have shown that a Goliath tribe would risk anything to keep its members free, even for a single member. The Goliaths rarely provoke battles, however they do not look kindly on uninvited guests and typically tries to scare them off through demonstration of muscle. Peaceful approaches are known to be more effective, and the Goliaths are starting to recognize the white flag as a sign of peace and good intentions.
Superstitious and hardened nomads, these creatures' skin is as tough as leather and the continuous exposure to the harsh environment have made them a hardy race. The Goliaths have learned to speak a heavily dialectic version of Common and Sylvanian tongue to commune with humans and Älfar alike.

Divided into seven very specific clans, each clan represent a trade* and a skill for a dwarf, from smiths to masonry to diamond cutters, these clans are united under the rule of the High King of the Dwarves, who is elected by a Clan Council, making internal alliances and likability a key component for any High King to be Elected.
There is no name for the seven clans; they refer to themselves and each other by the number of their clan. Thus a member of the first clan would be called a Firstling, a third would be a Thirdling, and so on.
A dwarf is not considered for an adult till he reaches 50 years old, and their vigorousness continues well up till they are 150 years old. For the vast majority, 250 to 300 years is considered old, and it is rare that a dwarf lives past 350 years. Physically, the Clan Dwarves are all stout people, hard to push about and their stomachs are used to digest hardened food, making them strongly resistant to poisons.
One thing that has never been understood about the Dwarves were their natural born resistance to magic, thus no dwarf magician has ever been seen and they rely on Wards to combat magic.
