They're buddies, to be certain. One of her closest friends in Minimum. Weird, isn't it? They meet up and spar together sometimes (it's difficult to find a combat equal who won't actually try to kill you), and surely help each other out if they can. As much as it's worth, Nia invests a bit of trust and (somewhat begrudging) respect in this guy; they're similar, yet not-- she sees that he still has his morals to follow. It's interesting, but a reminder that she'll always do what she needs to do (gruesome as it could be).
