In downtown Colorado Springs, everything seems picture perfect. A large, perfect school where football was the highlight of everyone's day. Quaint little buildings and homes that gave off a homey feel. People walked their dogs and said hi to those they passed in the streets, kids laughed and played in the yards of their friends' homes. Everything was perfect...at least, from the outside perspective.



Everyone has their secrets, lets face it. But of course, to each their own for not everyone has the same secrets and not everything is the same behind closed doors. A lot of people just pretend they don't even exist, right? Just throw on a smile and act as if nothing has gone wrong. But what happens when hiding those secrets gets to be too much? What do you do when the world that you've known your whole life has gotten too dark, too horrid for you to live in?
You run away.

There are eight main runaways in this roleplay, each somehow connected yet strangers at the same time. Banding together, you and six others create a little, completely dysfunctional family as you escape the hell you called home. Can you make it with a bunch of people you known your whole lives yet haven't actually known? Can you and the others make it to a new safe haven?
Or will the obstacles along the way be too much to handle?

I'm giving pretty much free reign with character development, I mean, they are your characters for God's sake so you should have control over their looks, backstories, etc. But as for reasons for running away, I want different stories. Not the same ones, so if you have the same basic story as someone else, I'll send you a mail and let you know so we can work on it. :]
