"RUN!" There father screamed. Taking his children by their hands John led them out of their bedroom and pulling them out and down stairs. "We are leaving this place, for good." Came the surprise revelation from their father. The endeavor proved futile as the front door slammed tight shut, tying the knob John was unable to turn it. 'Back door." John Exclaimed. Once again taking Mattie ans Matthew by their arms the three of them tried the back door of the house, hopefully the sliding glass door will be unlocked, if not John would have to break it.

John didn't care for his own life, but n one was going to harm his children, no one. Testing the sliding doors and finding them also closed tight John stepped back and took a chair from the living room, taking two steps toward the door he attempted to break the glass. Then in one violent and sudden movement the chair which John was wielding was ripped from his grasp and John was thrown against the living room wall, his children looking on in fear. John's body struck the hard immovable surface half way between the wall and the ceiling. John, now unconscious, hit the floor with a loud thud.
