"It was my pleasure Nyaa~" The cat responded and began licking it paw and rubbing it's face as all cats seemed to do. Rand chuckled to himself as he watched it casually clean its self. Such an ordinary action after defying the laws of nature as Rand knew them. Not to mention the bird perching on Eve's shoulder. He did not know how she could take it all in such stride. She must have been an unusual woman even before she had become a Reaper.

"Seriously? You are going to start adding 'Nyaa' at the end of whatever you say like this is some anime?" Rand said to the cat. If cats could bristle indignantly, that is what she did.

"That was just a joke you thick headed Ape. It is a wonder you humans think you are the most advanced beings in the world, especially the men." The cat said sourly. Great, just what he needed as a companion. An arrogant cat that looked down on humans and more so on males. He did not know what this familiar business was, but clearly he was going to be stuck with her for a long while... So he was going to have to get used to her.

"Lilith, that is your name right?" Rand paused, he did not know how he knew but somehow the name was seared into his brain. "I appreciate the help, but where exactly did you and Eve's new friend come from?"

"From the underworld naturally" Lilith said in a matter-of-fact tone. "We were part of the contract you formed with the Reapers when they offered you the deal. You should have read the fine print"
