The bugati raced down the street and skidded to a stop in front of the crowd. Many of the people turned in awe of the car that was over a million dollars. The door opened and out stepped Samuel Colt, the 22 year old chairman and CEO of Wayne enterprises after the sudden and mysterious departure of the last remaining member of the Wayne family, Bruce Wayne. Samuel was adopted by Bruce Wayne a few years before he abondoned the company and left the country. To the public Samuel has proved to be a shrewd businessman as well as a forward thinking leader in New York and especially Gotham Island. While he continues his adoptive fathers charade of a carefree trillionaire playboy Sam plays a more concerned and hands on CEO than Bruce did. The cameras of the press bathed Colt in flashes from their cameras as they scrambled for a shot of the infamous CEO. Sam just smiled casually and gave them a calm wave as he entered the crowd.

"Mr. Colt! Mr. Colt! What does this new energy source mean for the people of New York City?"

"Mr. Colt! Do you have plans to use this technology to better the situation in Gotham?"

"Are Stark Industries and Wayne Enterprises merging?"

The reporters questions came flying at him but Sam took them in stride.

"This break through is a joint venture for the betterment of all mankind. The fusion of Stark Industries arc reactor technology and our own additons are just us rich kids attempt and doing something good for a change. We're just trying to keep the lights on with clean affordable energy for a change. If you boys and girls have anymore questions I'd be happy to answer them after the press conference. Enjoy the show."

He said cooly, finishing with a quick wink before making his way through the crowd to his compaines regional manager of the New York area. Rhys Grant was standing beside a particularily well known billionaire Joshua Thomas, a leader in the telecommunications field. The two were old friends and Sam was friendly enough with boht of them but like Bruce, he took care not to become too friendly and risk any slip ups. Sam maintained a friendly but proffesional relationship with both of them.

"Rhys, Joshua. Sorry I'm late."

He said with a casual smile as he shook their hands firmly.
