Kento decided to ignore Rosas' attempts to show him a brighter side as, to be honest, they weren't working. He realised that he had probably stepped a little too far out of line with Shibuya... but if there's anything that guy needed, it was tough love.
"Master Kai! There you are!" Kento exclaimed as the Guild Master pulled himself from the ground. Kento actually quite liked Kai and considered him to be one of the only two people in the guild he could call friend, the other being Soran. "Well you missed quite alot actually... though nothing really important..." Kento thought for a second. "Oh there's a large spill by the door and everyone keeps slipping on it... that's all that really matters right now so yeah... somebody should probably clean that... hmm... now that I think about it where IS Will? Oh never mind..."
Kento turned his head to Jikan, who was now facepalming horribly. "Oh calm down Ji-chan. No need to be so crude and say such harsh words," He smirked. "You might hurt our feelings." Kento put on a sense of false hurt and moved on.
"Anyways people, I've got a job to do and things to kill so I'll be seeing you!" Switching subjects like it was nothing, Kento pulled the job paper from his pocket and began to read it for the first time with great interest as he left the building.
As Soran saw Kento leave he called after him.
"Wait Kento what about your...!" The door slammed shut.
"...eggs." Soran sighed deeply and tiredly. A sigh that told the World "I'm sick of the same routine." Well it didn't, because sighs don't speak, but you get my meaning. He looked mournfully towards the job notice board before staring at his own reflection in his metal coated pen and sighing again. He spoke in a forlorn voice.
"Right then, fine, I'm making the food now, I'd appreciate a hand from whoever is willing to offer it, Master Kai, if you would like some food please send your request in with whomever decides to help me."
He reached the kitchen door.
"The food will be ready soon, as always." Soran shut the kitchen door behind him and with a heart filled with envy for Kentos adventures, he began to prepare the eggs that were requested.
