Zoe was astonished when she saw what Adrian had done. She was on Bryarly's side on this one, she wanted to leap at that bloodsucker and strangle her until she died a second time. Adrian was their Luna and it was her job to be nice and all, but....she had done her job a little too well. How could she welcome that bitch with open arms like that? What the hell did she think she was doing?!! Was she crazy?!! Zoe had to close her eyes once more and take a few deep breaths to try to calm the blood-boiling fury that was building up within her, trying to concentrate on Zane's energy and presence beside her. But it was no use. When she opened her eyes again, they flashed as cold as an ice shard. Finally, she couldn't control her emotions anymore, and she disregarded the fact that their Luna had already pretty much made a decision already to keep the-no, she couldn't' even think the word-vampire would be staying. "We can't just let her stay here! This is insane! There is no way that she is his true mate, Artemis only pairs Lycans with Lycans, she wouldn't do this! Are you really going to let that bitch stay here just so she can spy on us and try to destroy us from the inside out?!" she snarled in an outrage, shocked that Lucas and the Alphas would allow this. And Colton, he was her alpha, what had he been thinking? She had tried to keep calm at first because she thought there could be another explanation besides the one that was reality, that he had marked a vampire as his mate. But now that there was no way of denying it and she knew it was true....was she just supposed to freakin' accept this crap?!!
