Rose paced back and forth as she looked at the stream she was about to jump in. She was curious as to whether it was safe or not. She wanted to go for a swim, and it seemed perfectly fine. At least for the moment it did. Yeah your best friend was perfectly fine until he was on top of you ripping your clothing off. A small negative voice said in her head. Grumbling she spoke out loud. "Oh shut it you." She said while tapping her head. Looking down at the stream she shrugged, seeming to deem it unsafe for herself, "Better safe than sorry." She muttered as she walked away.
Today Rose was wearing something different than her normal attire. Her long brown hair was curled instead of straightened like it always was. Her makeup was natural, instead of dark. The make up really made the brown hues in her eyes pop. Instead of wearing her dark clothing she stuck to wearing something a tad bit light and colorful, not afraid of showing some of her beautiful bronze skin. Nearing her place, she picked up on a peculiar emotion. Fear. Tensing up, she pulled out her pocket knives, ready to go in slow motion should she have to.
That was when she saw a little girl, frozen in place, her foot upon a stick. Could be an agent... She thought to herself, brow raising in suspicion. Getting close behind the little girl she looked in the general direction of her father and her brother.
"Come... look at what we have here... a terrified little girl... be nice... don't scare her.
She thought to both family members, as she knelt down behind the smaller girl. "Are you allright?" She asked softly, in the kindest voice she could muster. She didn't want to scare the girl even more, the girl's fear was almost tangible to Rose anyway. "It's ok." She cooed as she tried finding ways to calm the girl. It was as if her older sister gene were kicking in, wanting her to care for this girl. All warning thoughts of her being an Agent dissapeared.
