Whilst most other people struggled just to get out of there seatbelts, Gaz was slender enough to slip out under her seatbelt and out the window of the plain. She remained calm the entire time and relaxed, with one thing in mind:
Get out ALIVE.
She was cut by glass, but that didn't bother her. Exiting the window quickly, she looked below her, dark dark blue water. Then above her, light water and waves crashing. She knew which was up and which was down. Almost out of breathe, she quickly swam up to the surface but, out of the luck when she went to take a breathe a wave hit her hard.
She unglued water and almost gave up at that point, until a wave swept her up to the surface from under. With the little time she had she coughed and took in a large breathe, then got hit by another wave.
Land land, where is the land?!
She swam up to the top and looked around as quickly as she could.
To the left of her was an island. A wave hit her under the water again, and she remember where the island was.
She quickly started swimming in the direction of it, she would rather be under the water than above it at this point. But not realizing at the moment all the rocks and coral and such under her, when she dove down she got arms and a face full of pain.
A wave swept her up to the surface, she took in a breathe and just wanted to sit there and rest.
But she realized she didn't have time to rest. She didn't have time to wait until another wave would crash into her.
She looked over her shoulder and saw the island, it looked so close.
She turned around and started swimming, the waves that hit her would send her harder into the rocks on the shore, but she didn't think about it. She would survive now, and worry later.
She finally made it to shore, all scraped up. A wave assisted her in pushing her onto the short and into the sand.
She had a big cut up her cheek, all over her arms, and some on her legs.
Digging her fingernails into the sand, she pulled herself further up the shore, not even seeing Yui there.
She fell onto her back and stared up at the sky, FINALLY able to rest.
