Sword Tenchi hummed as the shimmering blue blade cast a blue light on the ground, and their surroundings.

Almost immediately, both Azaka, and Kamidake ran down the hill of rubble at almost full speed, moving through the crowd of people, and placing themselves both into a defensive stance between Shimizu, and King Sigurd.

"You shouldn't needlessly endanger yourself like that, Tennoheika!" Azaka called out, as the blade of Sword Tenchi extinguished once more, while Kamidake briefly brought his attention to the sky.

Miyagi, Kayabuki, and Yukiko took up spots near Shimizu, and around him, watching Sigurd and the other northmen closely. But the tension hadn't simmered down quite yet, as Shimizu turned his attention back to Kayabuki.

"Prime Minister; I want to assemble an army. We'll find a way to overcome whatever this is that keeps us from using our weapons, and our Technology. We will lay siege to this place, and we will make these people pay for attacking our world."

Kayabuki Grimaced, as Seno spoke up. "Respectfully, Tennoheika. We don't believe he ordered the attack... I believe--"

Seno was cut off as Gwyneth approached with more armed vikings in tow. His eyes moved to her, obscured by his glasses as he surveyed her movements.

Shimizu looked to Azaka, whom held his ornate, wooden staff up so they could all understand each-other despite speaking their own native languages. After this subtle gesture, Shimizu took a step forward, Tenchi-Ken still firmly grasped in his hands.

"What is the meaning of this?" Shimizu asked, though his mouth spoke English, the words Sigurd heard were in his own native tongue, which meant he could understand Shimizu almost perfectly.

"You send soldiers to attack my world, and then when that fails you try to offer this pathetic man as a meager attempt to placate me? I should burn this entire world to ashes for your insolence!" Shimizu challenged.

"Never the less. I am Shimizu Takayama, I rule the Taiyou Empire of Greater Niihama as it's Emperor."

He took a step forward, Too caught up in the moment to notice the strange changes around them. But he noticed Tenchi Ken had begun to behave strangely, arcs of energy coursed across the wooden hilt, jumping from the three gems into the wood itself.

After he introduced himself, he cast his gaze over to Kraiger, and scowled.

"Explain yourselves." Shimizu Demanded.
