There was a lot happening and Sibylla was just a tad overwhelmed.
What had originally been a simple meeting with the Fairy Queen had turned into a drama, the episode ending with Reese storming out. And as much as Sibylla enjoyed binging episodes of whatever drama she had been recommended that week, being in one was an entirely different thing. For one, she had no popcorn. And as for two, well, her parents were the ones dead. A lot of their parents were dead.
But not their princely counterparts.
The chance Sibylla had given Lilith's proposition became a guarantee she would help. It was secured the moment the Fairy Queen had confirmed there would be a way back to Earth. Backed by memories of the boys, one in particular sticking out, Sibylla embraced her name but only until the boys and kingdoms were rescued. Her kingdom had been one of the few which had sealed itself off after all. This meant that the people there were probably safe and thus, a new heir could be picked.
Of course, she wasn't going to tell any of them that with the way Justice was off scolding anyone that even dared to speak in her presence. Who knew what the girl would say to Sibylla if she knew of the partial commitment she was making. With the tense silence left by Reese's departure however, she did feel something had to be said.
"She has a point," Sibylla spoke up as she pulled the lollipop out of her mouth. She was aware of the eyes turning towards her, and her ears reddened. "That quote has a lot of uh, a lot of predeREESEsecors."
"Aha..."
Her face reddened and she gave them an awkward smile before hastily moving on.
"Anyway! Seeing as Reese there would slaughter most of us with one exception," she continued quickly, glancing at her new weed dealer, "I think we should let her cool off a bit. Nothing against you Althea but we all, uh, we all found out about this stuff like yesterday too so uh..."
"Though some of us could be a little less hasty about all this," Sibylla added, shooting a glare at Justice. "Some of us do have friends and family here that do actually enjoy our presence. Friends and family that probably convinced a good portion of us to even be here. Two weeks won't be that much of a difference compared to the what, thirteen years we've been gone? Chill."
Sibylla was about to pop the lollipop back in her mouth when she added to Lilith and the Fairy Queen, "Oh, I also don't have any questions by the way."
