The teen titans, after defeating the Brotherhood of Evil, the titans continued to protect the earth. As they got older, most of them parted ways to become their own Super Heroes. Then as the Teen Titans, started to die out. When a new group of Mutants, Aliens, and other superpowered beings started to pop up, Robin (now Batman) and Raven went out to recruit and train them. As the world was threatned by the upcoming of the Brotherhood, many superheroes were rectruited. Some became sidekicks but the best of the best became Titans. The Neo Titans were born...ready to take down the Brotherhood...

The Brotherhood dwindled and was destroyed as time passed. But an evil master mind emerged. Her ideas of world domination was only matched by the orginazation of the whole thing. They recruited old and new super heros, and made them evil. They found the best they could. Now these two organizations fight. One to take over and the other to protect.

Name: Kai Nakasuma
Alias: Black Z
Age: 15
Power: Has enhanced, speed and senses. He also can fly. He has a black suit that has a batman like arsenal. His Main weapon is a two handed sword that is folded up.
Weakness: He isn't strong or clever in the slightest and loses his powers when he is near pure Bronze
Organization: Neo Titans
Bio: Kai was born to a family of Buisness men. He was always into hanging out by the dock where they shipped and took in a gas. The gas then exploded one time as Kai was there and he was taken to the hospital with other children around. They were called The second Big Bang Babies (static shock was in the first) He then discovered his new powers and became a hero to his town. He then was recruited by Robin to join the New Titans. He gave him a suit to where...and that is how Black Z was born. He now stays in Titans Tower. Getting ready to fight the Brotherhood

Power: He has two metal bands that get energy from the sun and from green lantern rings. These bands charge two rings that are like green lantern rings. They are stronger then the green lantern rings since he charges them from the sun, and other green lantern rings
Weakness: He has a temper and under the moonlight his energy is drained.
Organization: None just yet
Bio: Seth was a naturally born...maniac. He was chosen at 7 to be part of the green lantern corp. His third mission was to find Superboy Prime to call in back up. He found him on a small planet. Seth was arrogant and didn't call for back up but engaged into a giant fight. SuperBoy Prime almost won until Seth took his Lantern out. He drained all of the power out of it and used it to shove Superboy prime into the middle of the planet and seal it shut. Seth then went back to the Lantern Corp but they denied recharging his Lantern. Seth was enraged and drained alot of the power from the Green lanters main Lantern. He then fled to the planet he sealed Superboy in. He opened it. As he did Superboy was looking at Seth with a smile. He gave him two wrist bands and two blue lantern rings. Seth then made his way to Earth again and landed on the planet. He was 9 when he landed. He traveled the earth for 5 years until landing at the brotherhood base. He didn't go inside but stayed on top of the biggest building...waiting for the right time to take over the town.

Name: Isaac Itakaru
Alias: Blood Artist
Age: 15
Power: By using his own blood he can create a special kind of binding paint that can bind his enemies arms and legs with what feels like an insane amount of weight. Also by using his blood directly he can actually seal off someone's powers for a short amount of time.
Weakness: He has to use his blood to create his paint so it takes him a long time to create even a small amount of paint and it usually drains him of his energy.
Organization: None Yet
Bio: Isaac was born into a normal family. He was a naturally gifted artist and his parents tried to exploit it to a great extent. They had him paint almost non-stop and would usually go and sell his artwork. Isaac didn't really have a problem with this though since he loved to paint and draw more than anything. Well at least he didn't have a problem until he was about 12. His parents became increasingly greedy as his art got better and began to beat him when he refused to paint. One time he was being beaten and spit out blood at his dad to get it out of his mouth. His dad tried to avoid the blood but it hit part of his leg and Isaac's newest painting. After a few seconds his blood splatter changed into what looked like a chain around his dad's leg and painting. His dad tried to come at Isaac again but his leg wouldn't move, scared his mom tried to grab the painting and run but the painting was insanely heavy now for some reason. Seeing this as a chance to escape he ran away from his home and tried to learn more about his power's. He created a new suit that helped increase his powers since he had blades on it and he could paint with the blades also. He is unsure of what he is going to do know but he wants to get his revenge and knows he can't do it alone so he's looking for a partner or team that understands his views.
Personality: Isaac is a deep thinker and very quiet. He will mostly be painting without his blood when he is bored and will paint what he feels. He is protective of his friends and wont let anyone hurt someone who's close to him.

Energy Manipulation -- She is able to create energy constructs for nearly any purpose, usually creating platforms to levitate herself (and others), beams to grab enemies, circular blasts to knock enemies back, projecting beams from her eyes that seem to simulate heat vision, and opening up inter dimensional portals. She also has a wide range of other loosely defined magical abilities, such as dowsing, limited telepathy, and clairvoyance. ( Sort of like Raven & Starfire's power in the original Teen Titans series, except the beams she creates come in a pink color )
Weakness:
If Aurelia was to fight to a very extended period of time she would eventually drain out her powers and faint. Also, if she were to get very angry, her powers would lash out.

Bio:
Aurelia grew up as the acceptable child; born out of love and constant planning, not out of an accident or misfortune. Constantly adored by both her mother and father, she had a good childhood. She would always be seen smiling or laughing. Then one day, at the mere age of 6, her life changed forever. She was at home, like any normal small child would be at around 7 in the evening, when she had a temper tantrum. It was then that she learned of her powers. Due to her uncontrolled emotions, her powers lashed out, causing a fire in the kitchen. After that everything was a blur. Aurelia could hear her parents' screams and cries for her. She could also hear the familiar sounds of the sirens; sirens signaling that the firefighters were coming. The firefighters managed to rescue her, but she lost her parents that day. Figuring out that her parents were never coming back, she ran from the burning house, leaving the firefighters to believe that she ran back into the fire after her parents and too, died. Now, even today, the government believes the cause of the fire is unknown and. . .since then Aurelia had been living on the streets, trying to learn more of the powers that caused her so much pain. Choosing to atone for her sins, she decided to fight crime as Secret and when Robin and Raven invited her to join the Neo Titans, she accepted.
Personality:
Aurelia is often seen playing the motherly figure for the Neo Titans, often putting others' problems before her own. She is calm and collected, and tries her hardest to not get angry. She often tries to keep the group together and hates it when they argue. Soft spoken and friendly, she never seems to get her point across to the others. However, she isn't perfect. Deep inside, she's always blaming herself for being a 'freak' and 'causing' her parents' death.

Power: She has enhanced speed and hears extremely well, due to her cat ears. She can use special cards, putting some of her energy into to the card and throw it at you cutting you. Depending on what card she uses it can momentarily poison you. The poison cards take more energy out of her. As a last resort, she'll take her eye patch of, reveling her red eye, and use what is called the "Roses Eye", The rose that's on the side of her head will fall apart petal by petal and will create a whirlwind of slicing petals. Her hand to hand combat is a 5 foot long metal pole.
Weakness: Her cards have a 60% chance of hitting. A card limit of forty and after the roses eye she is out of all energy.
Organization: Neo Teen Titans
Bio: Xain was born and left out in the middle of the woods. She was found later and adopted. Growing up she always had a fascination with roses. It wasn't until she was in her second grade class and was being made fun of, that she discovered her special eye. Her eye turned a bright red and suddenly it was very windy and the rose she had in her hand began to fall apart. Later she woke up to a dismantled class room and everyone in the classroom had a series of cuts all over them and her right eye was bleeding. She was kicked out of the school, and her adoptive parents made her wear a eye patch and kept her from the outside world so it would never happen again. One night she snuck out and went back to the woods to explore, and where she was left she found a deck of forty cards. Picking them up, she could tell that they weren't any normal deck of cards. Picking up on she could feel the energy pass through her. After practicing with the cards she picked them all up taking them back home, only to find that her adoptive parents had been killed. Later she was recruited by Starfire and told about the brotherhood, who also killed her adoptive parents. Now she is a part of the Neo Titans and wants to find her parents.
Personality: She is very sarcastic, but once you get to know her she's as soft as a fluffy teddy bear. Although at times she can be a little too cold and say something that's not called for.

Bio:Yoru has no recollection of where she came from but is trying her hardest to remember. She joined the Neo Teen Titans because they said that they could help her regain her memory and she has regained some of it like what her name was and how old she was but she doesn't know her last name or her birth date. she also hates the light when she is transformed as shadow ad knows that she can't swim so she stays away from water.
Personality:Somewhat depressed but usually happy unless she is having bad thoughts.

Alias: Lebens des Todes or Vida da Morte, though in English, she is known as Life of Death.
Age: Unknown, appears fourteen.
Power: More of a weakness, I suppose. Everything that she touches with her hands dies, but anything that can live that comes in contact with her face, arms or legs will absorb her energy, whether they want to or she wants them to or not.
Weakness: Her energy can be stolen from her easily, and she can be used as a weapon with the right planning and preparation.
Organization: N/A
Bio: Born in Sergipe, Brazil to a carpenter and a housewife, Avala-Zerlina Wepplo traveled to Germany when she was ten and met her father for the first time and discovered her abilities. Life and death. She accidentally killed her father and absorbed his 'spirit' or his energy, making her all the more dangerous.
Her mother always had low expectations for her because of her 'disability', and every time she was surprised when she exceeded her expectations.
She has severe Mysophobia and Hypochondria, which effected her childhood, causing her to grow up with few friends, and soon she drifted away from her mother, which was the only family she had left after the 'accident' with her father.
At age thirteen she began wandering, and that has continued for a year. She has accidentally killed many people now, and so she wears black gloves to keep from doing that.
Personality: A quiet and innocent girl who'd rather be in a fight than watch it. She has a dark and creative personality altogether, and she seems to love music more than anything else in the world. She loves reading and writing, but loathes Mathematics. Unusually, she also has a love for Forensic Anthropology.
As of late, she had begun finding amusement in killing people. Mostly because the rush of energy she gains is like a drug made specifically for her.
On the downside she has Mysophobia and Hypochondria.

Mmkay,, I realized that the way the roleplay is going. . .there may or may not be more girls than guys. . .if worse comes to worse and the ratio gets super bad or waaayyy off the charts uneven type. . .I'm up for playing another charrie. . .male of course. . .we can have two charries right? ( only if the ratio gets really bad though. . .) & btw is romance allowed? eventually I mean. . .and not that whole rated r thing. . .maybe like harmless crush? Name: Lae Amore (Pronounced as Lay)
Alias: Phantom Princess, Demi by those who don't like her, reffering to her as half demon for being able to cause pain.
Age: 18
Power: Lae is able to mentally cause pain to someone by looking at them. She is able to bring them to their knees with pain, though she doesn't actually hurt them physically. She is also able to mentally take pain away from others, making them feel as if they are not hurt. But that has its drawbacks. Lae is also able to phase through objects, walls or even people. When she touches someone, she can phase them as well. Lastly, Lae is able to make people believe they see things, by describing it to them.
Weakness: Phasing for too long can make her somewhat tired, and if she tries to take pain away from someone, and that person pushes themselves too hard, they may just injure themselves more. Whilst causing pain to someone, she must concentrate on that individual only.
Organization: Neo Teen Titans - New member.
Bio: Lae has no recollection of her past, she has amnesia to some extent. All she knows is her name and her age. (Will reveal the rest throughout. I intend her to start remembering her traumatic childhood.)
Personality: Lae at first glance seems extremely serious or somewhat cold. She is extremely stubborn, once she has made up her mind there is no stopping her or changing it. She is very dedicated and very rugged, tough skinned though not emotionless. She has a bit of a temper and can be very sarcastic and rude to others. Underneath it all she has a good heart and means well, but has odd ways of showing emotion. She can also be a bit protective over others. Overall, Lae is also somewhat a private person and doesn't like to talk about her past.

Power: Shae's powers compliment Lae's. Shae has the ability to put past memories into people's heads. It's only temporary however. Shae also has the ability to erase memories.

Shae tends to carry some sort of weapon with her, being that her power isn't always needed.

Weakness: Everytime Shae puts memories into someone's head, there is a possibility that she will erase a real memory. Also, when erasing memories, that person then faints.
Organization: Not an official member of the titans, but she follows her sister whever she goes, saying she is just there to watch over her. Since she doesn't know they are related.
Bio: Will reveal throughout.
Personality: Shae is a very caring and loving person. She is very protective and will risk her life for those she loves. Shae is also very observant of others feelings. She is a nice person in general.

I think you need to weaken the power a little. To hurt somone even if its not Physical, and have them immobilized by pain is very capable of being godmodding and im trying to stay away from any possibilty for godmodding

Like Batman and those before him, Rhyssen has no true abilities or supernatural gifts. He relies on gadgets and weapons to fight with. He also is a skilled martial artist and acrobat.
Weakness:
Rhyssen's weakness is having no true superpower or ability. Due to this, he must rely on his combat and weapons. If something were to go wrong with his gadgets or he was unable to fight, he would be in a very difficult situation to say the least.

Rhyssen was born to be a Blueblood, an asset to society, a boy with a bright future. His father was a successful owner of an Enterprise Empire. He had everything handed to him on a silver platter basically. It wasn't until he was ten that he realized how cruel the world could be. One day, on his way to his private school, he experienced crime for the first time. He saw an old lady get beaten on the streets and her bag get stolen. -- No one was helping her. This changed his view on the world forever. . . That day he ran home and being curious, Rhyssen researched on crimes and was shocked to find out that crimes occured everywhere and only a number of superheroes were there to prevent them. Determined to do the right thing, he used the money his parents stowed away for him and became his own kind of superhero : Rider. Going against his parent's wishes of being a perfect child, he ran away from home. . .taking with him a number of bank accounts and money. He then joined up with the Neo Titans.
Personality:
Rhyssen is one to be called cold and distant. Distant in the sense that he has a hard time expressing his feelings. Growing up the way he did, expressing emotions was a definite no. He was to be polite and well mannered, he didn't have a personality of his own. Once joining the Neo Titans, his personality changed. . .to an extent. Rhyssen is still that calm, distant boy. . .but in addition he has become sarcastic and blunt. He is also very serious and takes well to stressful situations. However he often gets annoyed by Kai's easy going ways. ( xD I had to add that )
