~The Beauties and the Freaks~

Two separate schools...

Two separate genders...

Two separate worlds...

What happens when they both collide?

Regina Academy for Girls is a school for all girls, obviously, each and every last one of them normal, save for their breathtaking looks. Somewhere a bit further away, another school for boys is the same, but their norm is...well, not so norm. At the secluded hill-top school of Alenshire, the students are gifted with much more than intelligence.

Due to the rapidly worsening economy, Regina loses it's estate, and Alenshire is more than happy to offer the girls a place to become educated. Boys and girls being united in one school after being separated from the opposite gender for so long. Sure sounds exciting, but will the girls think so when they find out what is behind those Victorian doors?

The numerous buses holding all of the girls from Regina Acedemy rumbled in a line towards their destination. The land became much more rural as they traveled further, houses and buildings becoming more rare until there weren't any for miles.

Omorose sat at her seat with her back pack at her side, reading a book to pass the time. She glanced up at the scenery, and smiled to herself. She loved the country, it was so peaceful. Then her attention was caught when she saw a huge castle like structure in the distance.

Immediately all of the other girls stopped what they were doing and looked up at the estate as well, their whispers growing and the gossip spreading.

They stopped at the gates, which opened with a loud creak to permit them entrance. Everyone filed off the buses, and stood in a group before an older man, who was smiling kindly. When all were present, he opened his arms in welccome.

"Welcome, ladies, to Alenshire Academy. I am the headmaster of this school, and my staff, students and I all hope that you will find yourselves at home here. Classes have been delayed for the next week so that you may all get comfortable before returning to your studies. Your dorms are right this way."

With that, he began leading the large group of girls toward a tall tower that was apparently to be their dorms. Omorose followed close behind, curious and astounded by the sheer mass of the estate.

Belinda followed the man with a small frown, having to carry all her luggage. She didn't understand why all of the girls from Regina had to be moved to this... this... ancient castle; it looked like somewhere Dracula would be lurking, or sommat.

She followed behind Omorose, her eyes scanning the area. She also tried to stay close to the group. God knows where she'd end up if she got lost...

The girls were all lead into the tower, and into a sort of common room at the base. It had a large "Welcome" banner spread above the fireplace, around which there were numerous couches and a few tables for them to relax and do their work. The headmaster stood in the middle as they all gathered about him.

"Your dorm rooms are just up those stairs" he said, motioning with a wave of his hand. "Feel free to pick your own room, as well as your room mate. I hope you will find them to your liking." He smiled pleasantly and walked over to the door, turning about to address them once more. "Once you are comfortable feel free to have a look about the grounds. Many of our teachers often roam as well as many helpful students. They should all be getting out from dinner right about now, so you will get to make some new friends. Good evening ladies." With a small bow he left the common room.

Omorose smiled and not wanting to waste any time, she walked up the stairs with many other girls to the dorm rooms. She found and empty one and claimed one of the beds. They were very soft beds with bedding that must have been new, because it was definitely not something you would find in a boy's dorm room. She set her things down and gazed out the window, from where she had an amazing view of the school.

Zee was walking with her usually sugar stick poking out of her mouth. She purple hair was pulled down under a hat that was tilted sideways. Her black and red uniform was a little out of place, her tie was loose and she had her belt hanging sideways.

Zee tagged along with the rest of the girls as she looked up at the castle. "What kind of place is this..." She played with her sugar stick making it bob up and down.

Pan-Chi/panda turned pale and hid behind the others girl in the middle. "It's a mystery" she said out of her nature then her cheeks turned a light shade of pink and looked down. She looked around swallowing. She fixed her uniform and then sat down on a couch folding her hands. She looked around it would be that bad she though. She pulled her legs up and held them laying head against them. This will hopefully be fun. She was really curious but didn’t want to be rude and just walk around and get lost.

Belinda simply followed the nearest girl into a room, which happened to be Omorose's(can I shorten it to Rose or something?). She sighed in relief as she caught sight of her roommate's face. "Hi, Rose," she said. They'd already been introduced, thankfully. Belinda licked her lips and scanned the dimly lit room.

"Is there no electricity in this place?" she said, observing the candles around the room and the torches hanging on the wall. What a spooky place.

((Yea, Rose works fine, I was just thinking that I would shorten it cause it's too much to write xD ))

Hearing a voice, Rose turned around and smiled at the sight of one of her classmates, Belinda. "Oh, hey Belinda." she said, walking away from the window. She looked at the candles that rest at the bedside table between the two beds. "I'm not sure.." she said with uncertainty. She looked around the room for an electrical plug, but oddly couldn't find any. "That's odd. I wonder how it stays warm."

After thinking a moment she decided not to dwell on it and smiled to Belinda. "You're free to take the second bed if you would like." she added, sitting on her own where her things lay.

Sakura walked through the halls of the large ancient school building with her eyes wide and curious. Every step she discovered something new, and would whisper to herself "Woooahhh!" And "Cooool!" She wasn't upset like many of the other students from her school, instead she saw the moving as an adventure. Sakura soon found the dorm area where she would pick her room, and she dragged her heavy bags behind her, grunting. Before she could turn the corner, a large hand landed firmly on her shoulder. Sakura looked up to meet the sharp eyes of her brother, Hiro.

Hiro had been waiting around the the hallways forever for his sister to show up. She was so slow at times, but he didn't blame her.. her small legs couldn't carry her far. He watched the girls pass by towards their rooms, leaning against the wall furthest from the first room. He was supposed to be in class, but he had skipped to make sure that Sakura got to her room safely. Without a word, Hiro lifted his sister's bags up off the floor and slung them over his shoulder. "Let's go." He said somewhat coldly, but his eyes were affectionate.

Sakura smiled widely at the sight of her older brother and hugged him, her head only coming up to his chest. "Hiro!" She squealed in surprise. "Why aren't you in class?" She questioned him, but already saw she wasn't going to get an answer, when Hiro was set on one thing, he didn't discuss anything else. Right now, he was set on getting her moved in. Sakura scanned the hallways for her best friend Zee, hoping she would be willing to room with her.

Belinda caught her lower lip between her teeth. A vague expression conveying dread played upon her countenance... what would she do in this place? She was so used to the luxuries of Regina, and frowned faintly. She simply set down her luggage on the bed with a grunt, exhaling.

"Sure, I'll take this bed." She coughed as a small cloud of dust rose from the blanket. Damn.

Zee nodded her head absently. "Yea whatever...I wonder if anyone interesting is here." Personally, when it came to boys she was a picky person, and it kinda got her the rep that she was stuck up, that wasn't true though, she just wanted a bad boy. "Hey...come on...going to get our dorms and I want dibs
on the biggest one."

She smirked slightly as she climbed the steps. She picked out the dorm that was remotely close to her, walking in she was quite shocked at it's size. "These boys live in style." She said as she sat down on one of the beds.

Drake was where he usually was before school. Swimming. Not because it was swim team practice, or because it kept him in shake(Although was a perk). He did this every morning mostly because if he didn't, he would end up with waaay to much energy pent up while sitting in class. Yet now that classes were delayed, he was doing this out of habit and well, enjoyment. He had just finished his last few laps and was now hauling himself out of the water and onto the pool side floor. Steady on his feet, even as a merman, he didn't have a tail , or flipper, just gills and some pretty weird ears ,if you could call them that.

Shaking his head like a dog, Drake simultaneously ruffled water from his hair before strolling over and grabbing himself a towel. Quickly drying off, he made his way to the locker room and re-dressed into casual attire, consisting of; a simple pair of jeans, a form fitting t-shirt and a pair of converse all stars. With that all set, he re-locked his locker and headed on outside, long legs carrying him across campus. His bright blue eyes flicked to the line of busses at the gate, serving as a reminder that the local girls school students were now here. Curiosity piqued, he wore a quirky smile as he sauntered towards the tower that was thir dorms. Might as well go introduce himself right?

Panda stood up and followed Zee. "So do you want to explore with me?" she asked. Then she shifted her weight still holding her bags. She looked down the hall and yawned a bit. No one was really around most of them were in there room. She rolled her eyes and though who doesn’t want to explore this place. She stretched slowly and knew she wanted the room the most far away or something. She knew she was going to have fun here or at least start trouble maybe...

Rose smiled and she looked out the window of their dorm room. She was happy that she at least had gotten a good room mate. Even if she hadn't, she would have coped with it. This place was too amazing for anything else to put her down.

She looked over at Belinda. "Want to go for a walk and look around?" she asked, standing up. "I'm going, but if you're too tired it's fine, just thought I would offer." she added with a pleasant smile.

Bella grimaced at the room, and stood up on her feet. "I think I'll go...take a look around." she said, before exiting the bedroom, her arms folded over her chest. She was wearing the typical black/red uniform, a shorter-than-usual plaid skirt with a long-sleeved black v-neck shirt. She peered around the empty hallway, before swallowing her slight fear and beginning to walk outside.

Sakura trailed behind her brother with her cheeks flushed red with excitement. Soon, she spotted Zee, and despite her brother's silent orders to stay close to him, she bolted down the hall, hugging her friend from behind. "Zeeeee!" She shouted affectionately, bouncing around the hallway. "This place sure is cool isn't it? We gotta room together okay, okay?" She said, her energy all over the place and her grin wide. She pushed her light purple bangs out of her similarly purple eyes and turned around to find her brother close behind her, his fists clenched, always aware.

Hiro sighed as his sister bounced her way down the hallway. Man, did she have a lot of energy for someone so small. He only vaguely knew this girl "Zee" Sakura ran towards.. and only of what his sister had described of her. They were apparently best friends, but Hiro wasn't yet convinced that he could trust this girl around his sister. He stayed close behind, peering at the girl occasionally to see her response to his sister's behavior.

Belle nodded her head in response, and continued to walk down the hallway, making sure to stay slow enough for Rose to follow. She swiveled her head around. "Where should we go? I hear there's a pool."

Not like she planned to swim that night... but it was a possibility. She had packed her couple of swimsuits, just in case, to aid the rumors that had reached her ears.

"Oh there is?" Rose said in interest. She followed Belle and walked alongside her down the numerous corridors. Each and every turn they took three were more things to examine, another tapestry to admire, another painting to stare at. It was all very highly detailed.

Rose looked around in thought , wondering where the pool could possibly. "Well, since we don;t know our way around, let's just wander until we smell pool water. Then we'll know we're close." she said with a small chuckle. She was in no hurry to get anywhere.

Panda jumped and looked at Sakura. "You scared me" she mumbled then looked at Zee. "Ehh never mind I guess you want to chat with Sakura" she said then looked at the guy near Sakura and shrugged. Then she walked down the hall and left the dorm area and looked around. The wind blew so she held her skirt down. After a while she walked around to see if there was a swimming pool. On her way there she seen someone walking towards the door she walked up to him. "Hi I'm Pan-Chi but you can call me panda everyone does" she said smiling a bit. Then she blinked and notice her had some weird ears and gills. She was freaked out just more curious. Then she touched his gills then touched his ear. She pulled her hand away quickly and hid them behind her back. Her cheeks turned a light shade of pink then she looked down. "Sorry..." she mumbled embarrassed.

Zee nodded towards her. "Sure ex-" she was interrupted by a strong force hold. "Gah!" Zee looked up to see sakura, she was tempted to yell at her but her cute face couldn't be denied. "Hey...yea we can be roommates but Panda kinda beat you to the second bed." She smirked slightly before looking up at her brother.

He scared her slightly, she had a slight crush on him, but he always gave her an eerie feeling. She nodded to acknowledge him. She then turned around. "So where to first eh?"
