Okay! Here is where everyone can keep track of the rooms they've been in. Well, more specifically, it's for the rooms each person's character has been in that belongs specifically to them. There are many rooms in the tower, but each person has 5 rooms that are specifically made for them--to screw them up and keep them from getting to Ace. No rooms will be mix-matched. Anyone can go with someone into another person's room, but it won't count for them. They have to go through 5 of their own rooms in order to finally be able to make it to Ace. Once they get through 5 of their own rooms, the next door out will the room with the door blocking Ace. The door blocking Ace cannot be open until everyone reaches this point. If your character gets to this point and grows bored or worried about the others, they can try going back to find and help out the other(s).
The rooms are based specifically on a character's worst fears or greatest desires. They are designed to keep the character there. Although most of the stuff is just holograms (very believable ones!), there are things that can hit/touch/hurt your character. I'll let out a secret though: any people seen in these rooms are holograms. It's not obvious, though, so your character will have to figure that out on their own.
Question: How do we know the room is specifically designed for our character?
Answer: Before every room, as with any normal rooms, there are closed doors. On the door will be a name-tag. It won't say anything until someone touches the doorknob to open it. The doorknob will register whoever touched it and immediately design the room inside for the person. It's very advanced technology, so don't even try to question how it all works; just know that it does. The name will appear on the nametag and that character will know that this room is for them. If the character has already gone through 5 rooms and touches another doorknob to go back, nothing will happen. When they enter a room, going backwards from Ace's place, they will either enter somebody else's room or a blank, white room with another door on the other side of it.
Does this make sense to everyone? If there are any more questions, you may ask them here or in the other OOC thread. ^^ Here is an example on how to post to keep up with your rooms (note: this is JUST an EXAMPLE):
Domino:
Room 1, fear-based, fire
---
And that's it. Then you would put "Room 2, desire-based, love" or something, whatever it is. That's the basic idea of it. ^^
