Click on Fusion Fantasy Neo at the top of the page. You'll be taken to a page with several tabs near the top. One of them is "activity". Click on it.

There's a field at the bottom of every location where you fill out your post. Below that there's another form that initially reads "tag a character". Type in a character you want to tag, and if they pop up next to the form, click on their name.
