I love the idea of this roleplay and would really enjoy being a part of the big picture. I've actually been looking for something like this for a while now. I submitted a character and I hope he's acceptable. If all goes well, I look forward to writing with you all.

We can start... soon. Im just going to wait a day or so to see if any security gets taken up otherwise i'll be adding the last touches to the intro for everyone playing.

Right if anyone wants to join its there loss or they need to hurry up and i'll see if theres away to add them if we're not too far gone xD

The question is... how should we start it...
i was thinking with the new employees going to the asylum for their first day and introduction.. that way all characters will get introduced when they are shown around??

I agree with Mousie. I think The Newbies should arrive and go on a tour with someone whose been at the asylum for a while, then meet all the characters and from there, we can all start writing, thus leading into interaction between characters.

[Example]

Doc meets Noobs.

Noobs meet Patient A.

Noobs move on to meet Patient B.

Patient A ventures out into the hospital, where they come in contact with Patient C.

At that point, we'll have two storylines so everyone will be able to interact. From there, we just go with the flow, crossing paths again and again, forming bonds and enemies.

But that's just my two cents :D

Sounds like thats the way the Beginnings going atm ;D

Keep in mind patients and employees are !always! kept seperate like the cafeteria for example is for the patients and theres two corridoors either side with triple glazed windows all along for staff to walk through and get from A to B and to keep a check on the patients- only unnerving thing is they can see you too and tend to what you and gossip (evils)..so they're seperate.. unless they have interviews or nurse check ups at which point its in a safe room with several security guards. Its why the asylum is so different to anyother place. It understands that the patients are infact criminals and that no second chances are avaliable... Dale-Creek Hill asylum is infact the end of the road. Theres a life sentance.. and then theres this asylum.

Its great.. wouldnt believe a place like this actually exists it seems surreal but it exists! :]

Theres one in england.. my uncle works there.. he's a security guard.. i get to see all his gruesome injuries.. thats where i get most of my fuel from... his accounts.
I asked if i could visit there once.. but.. er..lets just say he said no :/
Its such a scary work enviroment! He told me about 1 called tim and he'd lashed out at a nurse and my uncle jumped on him to restrain him.. but just as he was getting up to hand the little bastard over to some others he kneed him right in the face!
He took a picture of it and sent it to me... didnt even look like him anymore the entire left side of his face was just swallon!
MAN! id just love to see that place.
