Brandon is friends with Steffon because, when Steffon came to Winterfell to woo Brandon's sister, Brandon became friends with the Baratheon, the two forming a close friendship. Brandon has a long rivalry with Aerys, and the two are always attempting to out-compete each other, and he has a rivalry with Devan too, though it is less aggressive than the one Brandon has with Aerys. He is also secretly in love with Joanna Lannister, though people have now suspected it ever since he named her Queen of Love and Beauty at Aegons last Name Day. He is fiercely close to his family, and he considers his father the greatest man alive.

I know people think we are caught up in some wild and scandalous love affair yet as much as we deny the claims the rumors still echo across the land, it seems to be the price of enjoying your company. I remember you did not utter a single word to me up until Aegons last naming day, when to my surprise and that of many you dubbed me 'Queen of Love and Beauty' it was an honor to say the least. I like how you are very content in your life, you do not crave war (although fully able and prepared) and I have to admit it is a breath of fresh air to come across a man who doesn't believe that everything should be solved by war. Loren Baratheon: ◑ (Elaena feels oddly about the Baratheon. Perhaps she is a bit paranoid Loran is hiding traits that are similar to her father's violent behaviour?)
Isabella Baratheon: ☺ (She appears to be rather quiet and innocent. The Targaryen rather enjoys Isabella's company and does, in fact, consider her a friend despite the slight age difference between them.)
Callum Baratheon: ☺ (A sweet and playful young boy, Elaena rather enjoys his spirit.)

House Greyjoy

Torren Greyjoy: ◑ (Elaena hardly knows the man and his family, if she were to be completely honest, but can't help but find herself reserved over this particular House.)
Mira Greyjoy: ◑ (She doesn't know the woman.)
Donnel Greyjoy: ◑/♥ (Although having never actually met the man, Elaena does find him rather handsome. She wouldn't mind to try to befriend him though, preferably while keeping her innocence intact.)
Rodrik Greyjoy: ◑ (She has reserves due to his lineage although no personal issues with the man himself.. So far.)
Rayin Greyjoy: ◑ (Elaena is cautious to trust her, considering the family she is from, but has no personal issues with the woman.)
Alys Greyjoy: ◑ (Alys is the same as her elder twin siblings, Elaena's thoughts being very carefully guarded around her.)
Harlon Greyjoy: ◑ (Harlon seems to be a rather calm and quiet young man.. Isn't it the quite one's that are supposed to be kept an eye on? Elaena isn't so sure he's a threat to her and her family's safety. Perhaps her father is right to think better of this particular Greyjoy.)
Lynna Greyjoy: ◑ (She seems to be different from her family. Perhaps Elaena could find a friend in her yet?)

House Targaryen

Aegon Targaryen: ☺ (A kind and loving father, Aegon has the utmost respect coming from his middle child. Elaena is proud of his strength and compassion as well as his ability to remain calm in trying situations. She's also proud to be his daughter.)
Rhaenys Targaryen: ☺ (Elaena is grateful to everything her mother has ever done for her; feeding, clothing and, most of all, loving her her. She finds no faults in her generous, kind and caring mother although would be quite disappointed should she hear of the affairs Rhaenys had been having 'behind' Aegon's back)
Jaehaerys Targaryen: ☺ (Her eldest sibling and sister, twin to Aerys, to whom Elaena has always felt closest to. She admires her sister for her great beauty and strength as well as her determiination to enjoy her life no matter what.)
Aerys Targaryen: ☺ (Her eldest brother, twin to Jaehaerys, of whom Elaena isn't the absolute most fond of although she does care for him. He is family, her own mother and father's flesh and blood, after all.)
Elaena Targaryen: Myself.
Rhaegar Targaryen: ☺ (Elaena has held her younger brother Rhaegar in high regard, for most of her life, mainly due to his perserverance and altogether hard work in trying to be the best person he can possibly be.)
Vysenia Targaryen: ☺ (Elaena's youngest sibling, her dear sweet sister, that she isn't the closest to. This is due to their difference in age, most likely.)

Added Note: Elaena is obviously unaware of her fathers decision to wed her to her brother, Rhaegar, although she knows that there is the chance she may end up marrying one of her brothers. If not Jaehaerys, of course.

Aerys Targaryen:◑ (He's...well, not very nice. But he's important, so Callum makes sure to relay whatever he hears from him to Steffon.)
Elaena Targaryen:☺ (Spend some time with her. She seems to approve of him, and he likes her. He's glad he'll be able to see her more once he and Vysenia are married.)
Rhaegar Targaryen:☺ (An awesome guy, Callum really likes him. In fact, he kinda wishes Rhaegar could be king instead of Aerys.)
Vysenia Targaryen:♥ (His bethrothed, and really the only person Callum appears shy around. This is because he thinks she is quite pretty, and a very nice girl. He thinks his father made a good choice, even if things are a little awkward now. He trusts Steffon when he says that Callum has a lot to look forward to.)
