i'm really interested in the rp, but i have a few questions, if you don't mind answering them.
1. since there's no reservations, how exactly does one apply for a character?
2. is a picture for the app required, or is it optional?

Reservations always bring people who want the character but never submit one.
Basically, if you want the character, post it in the OOC that you're going to submit it.
If I like the character, I'll accept it. If I can see improvement, I'll tell you.

I hate it when people back out without telling me.
I'd really appreciate a picture.
It just makes it easier for the not-so-visual people.
If you can't find a good picture, choose one that your relatively happy with.
--just say in a brief description the things that would be different.
