Yes they can talk in weapon form. It doesn't matter what age you are to enter, or graduate. When Lord Death proves you and your partner are ready to graduate, then graduate you shall!
Oh btw I saw that your character doesn't have an avatar
If you have problems with resizing it then go to google and type in resize image and click on the 2nd link.
Make the width 100 and the height 100 and then - zoom !
