Nice post! I'm unsure if responding with Dolly helping Daisy would be a good idea, it seems more likely that Caro, as an urgent care nurse, would be in the on call room. Plus, he would be more useful.

Attending physician.
Officially, the only one authorised to make decisions about dosage and treatment is the attending physician, or the doctor assigned to the patient's case. All the nurse can do is escort the patient back to the room (in Daisy's case) and alert the attending physician.

I posted! It's not as detailed as everyone else's because I didn't entirely know what to get Dolly to do in that situation, especially without controlling others (I can always take the bit out about escorting Daisy back to her room if you like).
