Dyed Peaks
A sleepy town in the North, Dyed Peaks is not well-known, shrouded in snow and far off from any signs of civilization. In fact, most who live in that region claim that the area would be unlivable for humans. It's not located on a map or with any other GPS device. Those who live there only remain due to the beautiful, crystal clear sight of the Aurora Borealis that shines brightly overhead every night. It's rumored by the few monks who know of it to be protected with magic. There are many mysteries that lie within this small, lightly populated town. Perhaps it would be a good source of information in the future.
The Man
Only known by the name "Sol," the man who unleashed the plague from its hidden tomb currently resides in the busy Eclipse City, unbeknownst to the citizens who live there. He has stowed himself away in an unknown location, most likely still working towards finding a cure to death despite the chaos he's caused in the world around him. He has been given the powers of netherkinesis, which has given him the abilities of minor mind control in humans and animals, drain the energy and powers from those he comes in contact with, and bring death and destruction along every path he walks.
In Meeting
Ever since receiving the gift of their powers, your character has a piece of the Moon's soul inside them. Whenever they come within a short vicinity of another Guardian, they will feel a slight pull from deep inside them. The Moon will be attracted to the other pieces of itself, and therefore your character will always be subconsciously drawn towards the other Guardians. This slight fuzzy-feeling "tug" will always be there whenever around another Guardian and gets stronger with the more Guardians your character is around. This feeling causes no pain and does not hinder the person, aside from a possible distraction. After a while, it can probably be brushed off or ignored.
