Bella wondered the house. Charlie was out fishing....as usual. She had all the windows and doors locked. Edward was miles and miles away, so there was no possible way he could hear anything going on here, no matter how loud it went, and no matter hor strong and vague the stench was.

Bella finished eating and put her plate in the sink. She was completely unaware of Victoria's prescence in her house. Bella looked out the window. It was still a sunny and bright day. Children were out playing, running around outside, their parents laughing along with them.

Seth sighed. "It is too dangerous Melody. Look at Sam and Emily. He did that to her. Scarred her because he showed her his true form...I wouldn't live if that happened to you...because of me." He said to her.
