Underworld: Dark Solstice

It has been three years since the occurences of Underworld 2 and the death of Viktor and Amelia. Just as Selene feared the war between the vampires and lycans has exploded. Lycan numbers have swelled to their old world numbers now led by the powerful female lycan Belladona, who has united a large number of his kind and is waging and extinction campaign against the vampires. The story will take place in the city of Los Angeles in the current year 2009. But as the war escalates among the two races a secret human organization has become aware of the presence of the vampires and lycans. This organization is known as the Seraphim, a radical religious military group whose goal is to eliminate the "unholy" presence of the two races. The Seraphim are equipped with weapons that are able to kill both races.

The story will revolve around the Galacia Coven headed by Liam Galacia,the newly appointed leader. The Galacia coven is fairly large.

Small bio: Being the heir of the Galacia coven, Cedric despises his own existence and the decadence of the vampire lifestyle. He is a loner and has not feed on humans for more than 2 years. His father Alexander raped and turned his mother Elaine Thrace, a schoolteacher. After having Cedric, Elaine kept her son away from the rest of the coven and instilled in him that he was not a monster unlike most of his kind. When Cedric turned 8 years old Elaine could no longer stand what she had become and one day she escaped and ran outside into the morning sunlight killing herself. Cedric fought his anger and bitterness and turned inward avoiding the coven and his duties. Cedric tried to escape several times as a teenager only to be hunted down by his father's deathdealers and brought back to the confines of the coven estate. Several months ago a group of Belladona's lycans attacked the coven killing five members and mortally wounding his father Alexander. Now his uncle Liam has taken the lead of the coven, who despises his bastard nephew.

Equipment: A sword with a small UV emiter that runs along the blade. While it does not give off enough UV energy to kill a vampire alone, when a vampire is impaled a trigger can be flipped that destroys the vampires internal organs causing instant death.

He prefers his blade, but understands the vampires "death dealers" are so advanced that close combat isn't always an option. He will use guns and other weapons should the need arrise.

Bio: Levin was born in the same way Lucien was, a pure blood. He remained hidden for decades, watching the events of Lucien's rise and fall. He marveled at the human's adeptness at technology and loathed the way both races treated the humans as a lesser of two evils. He stewed away, feeding only when he needed to, and even then only on those humans he deemed unsuitable for the advancement of the species. All the time detesting his race's brutal tendencies to kill everything. Hearing that Belladona was offering peace Levin made the journey to meet her.

Upon learning of her "extinction" plan, Levin attempted to leave the new "pack". Belladona then told him of the humans new faction, and their plans to destroy both races. Though he disagrees with her tactics, he decided to stick around with her. He still is against the extinction plan, so he tries to aviod combat when possibl. Choosing to gather information on the humans as the pack moves.

Age: She appears to be about 19 years old, but she has been around a lot longer than that.
Appearance:

The only thing you can't tell from the picture is that her eyes are brown.
Equipment: Sahren prefers not to fight, but she isn't stupid enough to walk around defenseless. She carries two small blades tucked into a fold of her boot.
Small bio: Sahren was born and raised in England as a member of the upper class. She spent her days strolling out in the sunlight by the water, and her evenings playing the violin by a fire with her family. She was an only child, and used to getting everything she wanted. Sahren was also the center of her very prominent social circle. Not a single lavish party could be found that Sahren was not in attendance of, and she was adored by all of those around her for her natural sweet demeanor.
By age 18, it seemed like Sahren had the world at her feet. She was engaged to be married to another member of the upper class, and while she did not love him, she liked him well enough to be happy with the arrangement. However, things would not go as planned for their marriage. A male member of the lower class had fallen in love with Sahren. Since he had been born into poverty, he could only worship the young beauty from a distance. Soon his love became unhealthy and he managed to close the distance between himself and the girl. Panic stricken, her family moved away with Sahren, and postponed the wedding until they could guarantee their darling daughter would be safe.
Sahren now lived in a secluded part of the English countryside with only her parents. Guests were allowed to visit, but only seldom. Soon strange things started to happen in and around the home of Sahren and her family. Again filled with fear, they began to pack. To protect their daughter they would uproot and move again.
On the final night before the move, the family was in the house by the fire. A storm raged outside, and Sahren was doing her best to drown out the sound by playing her beloved violin. Suddenly, the door burst down and rain poured in around the drenched, heaving figure of man. No member of the family recognized the man, but he recognized Sahren. Even though he was no longer human, the man recognized Sahren to be the object of his love and undying affection. Along with no longer being human, the man was no longer sane.
It was he that had been the cause of all the family's moves, and he was coming now to claim his bride. Her mother and father tried with their lives to protect her, but he drained them both of all of their blood right in front of Sahren's eyes. As she began to sob, he explained how he loved her and how now, they were going to be together for eternity. The last thing she remembered of her human life was the sound of her sobs, and then the burning pain in her neck.
She awoke later in her home, her parents bodies still lifeless besides her. She screamed in fury, and then killed the vampire who had created her. Now homeless and alone for the first time in her life, Sahren wondered the country in search of a new family. She found a small coven and lived with them for many years. It could have only been a decade, or it could have been hundreds of years. Everything blended in for Sahren. It was here that she found true happiness for the first time, and under the guidance of a young vampire she began to appreciate the opportunity that was given to her.
However, this was not meant to last. Her coven was attacked by lycans and most were killed. Sahren had been hidden in vast underground tunnels, and managed to escape the slaughter. She took this opportunity to travel to America, as nothing good ever seemed to last in England. Sahren traveled to Los Angeles, where she joined the Galacia coven.

Mmkay, here goes.

Name: Vrohain Ladredun (Luh-Dray-Dun)

It may seem ridiculous at first, but trust me, the more you think about it, the more practical it will seem to you. In case it's confusing, that would be a scoped, grenade launching, silenced pistol-equipped, katana-handled crowbar. I'm really not kidding about this, it's a kick-ass weapon, perfectly plausible and with infinite uses. Vrohain carries a healthy supply of both UV and silver rounds, as well as a few different types of grenades, usually two each of frag, UV-flash, and gas.
He doesn't need to carry much else, although his organization sometimes provides alternate weapons more suited to specific purposes.
Small bio: Vrohain works for the Seraphim and is one of its top officers. He is extremely fast and skilled at close range and is deadly accurate from afar. He joined the Seraphim nearly six years ago and has killed over two dozen immortals. Having trained his whole life, he can easily match a vampire in combat, and outwitting lycans has not been particularly difficult in his experience.

well im looking for some more lycans too haha... but yeah vrohain you are approved the weapon is plausible because the seraphim are highly technologically advanced due to the funding from high officials in the church. just so you know the seraphim usually attack in shock units of 8. Occasionally they will capture one of their prey to bring back to experiment and gain knowledge from.

Appearance: Human form- Muscular but slim, Long straight white, almost blond hair. Deep navy blue eyes, alabaster skin. Medium height. Often in thick leather pants and jacket with some kind of silk shirt. Her face is thin, her cheeks perfectly smooth and no obvious fat anywhere on her body.
Wolf form- Like a larger, more muscular, scarier version of the white wolves found throughout the north. Her eyes seem more blue in this form than in her human.
Equipment: A dagger tucked behind her back. A small UV light has been implanted in the handle so that it bathes the blade in UV rays. This is used only to land a killing blow, either in the heart, neck or some other vital organ on a vampire. Other than this, Karin preferes hand to hand combat.
Small bio: Karin was born into the Lycan race on the eve of her 18th human birthday. She had foolishly fallen in love with a Lycan who subsequently turned her. At first she was disgusted by the idea of running around looking like a dog. However, when she was ultimately faced with the war against the vampires, she understood the power she yielded. She has been fighting for over a century and the newly formed human faction is in no way a deterrent, it simply means she now gets to openly kill humans along with vampires.

Sorry for no pictures, i couldn't find any that made me happy. I'm excited for this RP though, looks like it'll be fun.

Equipment: He wears a gauntlet the shape of a Lycan's claw. He also carries a Colt 1911 that shoots bullets with a photogenic solution inside.

Small bio: Michael used to be a normal rebellious teenager, staying out late, hanging out with friends most of the time, and partying. It's ironic how those things were what caused him to become a lycan. He was partying with friends one late night, and There was a pack of Lycans that weren't satisfied for the night yet.The lycans attacked, and Bella dona was leading them. She was high in status, and managed to get the most blood. The lethal lycan virus managed to either kill or eventually get Michael's friends killed. He was the lone survivor. He soon decided that if he was going to live, he was going to have to work under the one who changed him. His transformation differs from other lycans as a rare and abnormal mutation, where he can take on a much more primitive form, but has the ability to still change back.

She wears a protective body vest and thick black pants. Her shoulder are heavily padded by the jacket she wears over her body vest and a specialized thick leather collar around her neck. Her boots are army issued and have been modified with small spikes in the soul. Her belt is fastened to hold three hidden knives and attacked to that belt are two holsters that hold her .9mm hand guns and on her legs her pants are designed to hold the clips for her guns.
Small bio: Isabeau was born to her human parents and lost then when she was three to a fatal car accident. She was sent to live i an orphanage and from there she bounded around from foster home to foster home. When she reached the age of 16 no one wanted to deal with an overly emotional teenage orphan and she was left at a group home for unwanted teens. While out with another of the girls they were attacked by a vampire and she was saved by one of the hunters in Seraphim, and she begged for them to let her join. She was desperate to be accepted and when they took her in, she trained to fight without complaint. Her heart grew cold and her eyes matched it, there was no love for her and any attempts of men were seen as an irritation.She rose quickly through the ranks, becoming one of the top hunters in her sect of the group.
