Storyline:

Madison, Matthew, Taryn, Sam, Evelyn, and Trey had all taken the steps off the bus into Starview, a small island city off the coast of California, Each of them running from something whether it be an abusive home or just drama that hadn't died down yet.
Whatever they have been running from, these six teens have come to Starview for a chance to start all over.

Starview is an island city located just off the coast of California, Known for its grand water ways and serene scenery, its secret is that it is full of people who wished to start all over.
Starview has people of all kinds, from innocents who were found guilty of a crime they didn't commit to kids who just ran away from home, whatever the story it’s a place to call home.

Madison’s story: Madison is an orphan whose parents abandoned her while on a trip to Florida, After 5 years on the streets she was found by a lesbian couple who brought her into their home, and gave her a proper family. However on the day she turned 16 a phone call was made to her school to inform her that they had died in a car crash, she was not told whether or not it was on purpose or on accident and she had to be moved, that is How Madison wound up in Starview. Mathew’s story: Matthew is an 17 year old juvie escapee, he attacked another kid at school after having suffered 3 years of after school beatings and bullying. He made several attempts on his life but eventually gave up after someone was assigned to watch him. Matthews wound up in Starview because he wanted freedom, he wanted a place where he would fit in.

Taryn's Story: Taryn had a difficult life, much like Mathew she was bullied but not for the same reasons, Taryn was born with a heart condition and often missed school, they called her many names like anemic Annie and Heartless Holly, her parents grew tired of nothing being done so they packed up and moved to Starview. Sam’s Story: Sam was arrested and put into rehab for substance abuse, much like Madison he grew up alone and on the streets, but he wasn’t as lucky as her to find a place where he could call home, he got mixed up with the wrong people, and was in and out of juvie three times by the time he turned 16. He moved to Starview in hopes of getting clean and getting a fresh start and a new outlook on life.

Evelyn’s Story: Evelyn was born and raised in foster homes, often doped up on her medications to help with her Schizophrenia she appeared perfectly sane on the outside. However, one of the kids from her third home began selling her meds at school and She grew insane and killed her foster parents, afraid of being put into an asylum she ran away to Starview.

Trey’s Story: Trey is a 18 year old struggling musician who had it good in Hollywood, he had a stable career until he got into a fight with the leader of a band that was scheduled to open for him as a result he was fired from his talent agency and went into hiding, he hopped a ferry to Starview with nothing but the money he had saved up and the clothes on his back.

What do these six people have in common besides their pasts and where they live? They have all met at one point or another, and Starview is going to bring them back together in a way they would never expect…in a world where skies are clear.
