When she got down to the poor section, waiting to see if anyone would come out and look for money. She likes helping people alot, mostly if theyare poor to help them get by in live and not starve, to death. Most people would think she's weird helping out poor souls but is the least we could do for them, even thugh they may not be any help to us, in any other way but it's stil nice t help people out once in a while.
He had been on this stake out for a while now but to no avail, maybe his information was wrong. Nathanial scratched his jaw and he stretched his legs out. Maybe he would meet another homeless friend tonight, they were interesting to talk to once you got past the smell. He wrinkled his nose at the thought of the smell and sniffed himself. Yup, he too needed a shower. He grumbled softly to himself and settled into his spot and waited.

Shaun stepped off the top of the hotel he saw stood on and caught himself with his ability, one surge around his chest and two around both his legs. As he stopped himself from splatting on the pavement his feet touched the ground and he was across the road from the hunter and a girl he was talking too. She seemed nice enough for him not to be a douche to.
Shaun walked across the road towards the hunter as he wrapped a Telekinetic force around himself. Reaching him and her he raised his voice to be heard by them both. "So your the hunter with the bow I'm guessing?" As he spoke he strengthened the Telekinetic force around himself to act as a shield.

Simon knew something was wrong. He sensed it. Although it was dangerous, he contemplated changing into a black panther and rushing to find his sister. But would it be worth the danger? Probaly not. He doubted she was hurt or in any type of trouble. She was 18, she could take care of herself. But...what if she had drank until she was sick again? What if she was in a street fight? She's alright, he thought, walking the crowded sidewalks, looking for his sister, Sonya.

Simon came around the other corner. He saw Sonya and sighed. "Sonya...who in the hell are these people? They don't belong here. This isn't another drug run, is it? These people aren't drug dealers, are they?" he asked, slightly glaring at his sister. She did not have money to be wasting on marijuana.
Shaun turned around as he thought about what to do in this situation. Noticing the bent parking meter he looked back around. "Okay see the meter? I didn't even know I was doing that so wonder what I can do if I know what I'm doing? Just think about that before you kill an unknown target for money." He loosened his shield as he stepped back, "Also, don't call me kid."

Sonya would run, but there was no way in hell she was leaving Simon, and he was on the other side. "Fuck," she mumbled. She glanced at the other girl, then at the two guys again. What in the hell?! This was not normal ghetto stuff. But these people, at least one of the guys, was like her and Simon. He was different. That was what scared her. She wanted to change into a mountain lion, and Simon wanted to change into a black panther, but they didn't. Never. She swore she'd never change again...
Odessa decided to go for a walk. The night was clear and you could see some stars. She grabbed her keys so she could lock her door, She's had things stolen before. She made her way down the stair well and down to the front door and walked out looking at the ground, a habit that she acquired to look for change people may have dropped. When she looked up She saw two men and a woman talking about 15 yards away and some people in the distance kind of just staring. She made her way to the 7/11 that was 5 blocks away.
"I wonder what they were doing" she thought. "But curiosity killed the cat" She chuckled at her little pun
"Okay, first things first; I am one of the most powerful people in this city so you really don't want to fuck around with me. Despite my age I could kill you with a single thought so I wouldn't make remarks about my age; let alone my bedtime. I control my life and always have since I found the Chronicle so why don't you shut up and piss off before I show you what I can actually do." Shaun felt that speech would be enough to shock the hunter and if he kept his cocky and 'I'm hard' attitude he would actually do something worth the energy.

"You're going to have them kill us," he mouthed. Simon knew his sister could be a hard ass. He thought she was smart enough to know that this was not the right situation for her to have that attitude, espicially because these people obviously weren't normal and she couldn't just whoop their asses in some sort of street fight, but she obviously didn't. And he prayed she wasn't going to shift...
Odessa walked back with a slurpee and a small bag of fritos. When she was back at her block, all the people were still there and a parking meter near by was bent. She stopped for a few seconds before speeding up her pace and then going back into her apartment building. She ran up the stairwell and back to her Studio. She shifted into the cat and went out her window to get a better listen.

Leah ran as fast as she could from the demons chasing after her. One teleported from the position behind her and appeared directly in front of her. To any normal person it would just look like a mugging but she knew better. She screamed in hopes that a human or another magical being was around to at least distract the demons. The demon sliced the side of her face in response to her shriek which made her scream louder. "Please you have to understand." she said quickly, hoping her charm would work on the demons surrounding her. "I don't have any money" she said, pretending she wasn't the person they were looking for. Two of the demon men stopped in their tracks, falling prey to her charm, but the third smirked. "I knew you were the one we were looking for. SNAP out of it you idiots". Leah's eyes widened. She didn't really have any other abilities to protect herself. "Listen. I know who you work for. He's come after me before, and I know you'll achieve great standing in your clan if you were to bring me in, but think about it." her mind raced with contradictions, trying to figure out how to persuade the demon in front of her. "If you were to bring me in right now with no deal struck up with your clan, what's to stop them from killing you and taking me straight to the source? Your best bet would be to go back, strike up a deal, and then try and find me again." the demon laughed in her face. "I'm not just going to let you go honey. Do you KNOW how long we've been looking for you?" Leah quickly pulled away, dug into her pocket, and blew what looked like sand into his face. It would keep him from teleporting at least, and she ran. She ran until she quite literally ran into someone. With a thud she landed on her back and stared at the man. Her eyes widened in fear again. 'A HUNTER?!' she thought. Not only was there a hunter in her presence but a few others as well. The demons were close behind and she had to think fast. When they peeled around the corner she clung to the hunter. "They're trying to kill me!" she screamed, hoping her damsel in distress act would work.

I'll go and try and keep the girls safe.
Stay safe, Sonya. I'm staying with the guys.
Shaun turned around to a girl hurling nonsense at them both. Something about not seeming human, Shaun was human; Only a human with extreme luck, he and his best friend had found the Chronicle thus ending in him being given his insane abilities. Just as he was about to shout something back as a girl came running from around the corner of an alleyway. As she screamed and clung onto the hunter as three evil looking people in black hoodies ran round the corner. Obviously after her. The normal girl screamed out as Shaun grabbed the most dangerous looking out of the three and lifted him in the air in front of him. With a spin of his head he faced the girl who had screamed, "Would you shut up or run home?" He then spun to face the attacker in front of him as he held his arms and legs in place. "Okay you son of a bitch, do you have a valid reason to be running after this girl?" the hunter beside him asked to team up as he shot one in the face and the arrow went through it's forehead.
"Yeah I guess we can kill these guys then talk later." The one in his grasp started to twist backwards until it's spine snapped out of it's back. Shaun lifted his hand and clenched his fist as the guys ribcage then imploded on itself. The guy dropped to the ground still as he let his arm hang by his side. Blood stained the pavement and the sound of bone crunching could be heard as the guy stood straight back up. Shaun looked at him with a disgusted look as the now apparent creature gave him a devilish smile. Shaun shouted out "Your friend died so easily so why won't you just copy him?" Shaun lifted his hand and twisted it round as the creatures head twisted as well. Now as it dropped to the floor dead he turned to face anyone who was watching. "Well he took quite a bit of punishment."

Leah nodded, trying to keep up the 'Damsel in distress' act. She grabbed brooklyn's arm and before running she turned to look back. 'why is the hunter in the presence of so many species?' she thought. She took note of the two people who shape shifted and ran off with the girl. She pulled down a fire escape and let the girl climb first then followed behind her, taking shelter on the roof of an apartment complex. 'If the demons are dead its only a matter of time before they send more to find out why they haven't come back yet.' Leah thought, trying to strategize.
