Physical Description
Elphida sports a good athletic and lean build despite being a Magus due to years of fencing practice. Most of her height comes from her length legs.
Elphida wears her clothes well, dressing up modestly due to her maidenly nature. In fact, she even wears bicycle leggings under her skirt due to that. She is hardly seen without crossing her arms across her chest to keep people away from her. Elphida is quite fond of her knee high boots and seems to wear them with any type of clothing.
She has a small bag with a flip cover that stores Ace for quick retrieval. She does like dressing up despite her constant denials, pretty stylishly too. But during weekends in school if she isnât up and about in the city, she always wears a sweater and a pair of shorts.
So far, her aura is rather faint and no one is able to tell what colour it is.

Abilities
Alignment Ability: Sight-Capture: Sight Capture allows the containment of the enemy's spell. What this means is that the spell that has been cast can be captured and stored into any type of enchanted containment, allowing it to be reused if required, with its strength, power, consistency and magic spin still intact and not changed. To do this though, the user must be able to pinpoint the spell directly into the middle of the containment and apply equal or more mana to seal it.
As with most things, capturing weaker spells is easier, but with stronger spells, Sight Capture will begin to rely more on the mana pool as well as the skill of the user. Users with immensely large mana pools can arrogantly overpower and capture a stronger spell by just applying more mana than needed, but with a limited mana pool, users of Sight Capture do not try to capture stronger spells, unless they can judge just how much mana they require and how much they lack. If the user does not have enough mana to capture a specific spell, one can still skilfully capture the spell but only JUST.
The captured spells can be used without having to use up the user's mana. All the user has to do is release the spells from containment. This serves as a very good back up in case one has a very, very limited mana pool, allowing for more option during combat.
First Ability: Sleight of Hand â Well practiced in her Art of Ace, she can create cards at the speed of light and activate them within a blink of an eye. As a Sleight of Hand, she has the ability to release AND recapture her spells to create an illusion or distraction for the real danger ahead of her enemies. Literally a true sleight of hand.
Second Ability:
Third Ability:
Specialization: Ancestryâs Hope â As a descendant of the Dynami ancestry, Elphida is powerful in her own ways, and can wield both original weapons of the founders of the Dynami family. The current weapon that Elphida has is Remlin Dynamiâs Enchanted Crystal Card, Ace.
There are rumours that the other weaponâs description goes something like this is - a âpowerful demon that lashes out with both brute strength and eleganceâ. Wonder what that means.
Equipment
Enchanted Crystal Card, Ace â The Lineage of the Ace has only one member and that is the founder of the Dynami family, Relmin Dynami. It is finally passed down onto Elphida.
With her Crystal Card, Ace, in hand, she can create a line of crystal cards just from the original card alone, each unique in its own way. Ace can be said to be the Origin, as all cards that are created from it can be stored in it until the time for it to be used again. In simple terms, every single captured spell is stored in Ace and is always ready for combat.
Standard Issue Sword of Archon Academy â Just a standard issue unenchanted ordinary sword by the academy⊠but what if it lands in the right hands?
History
Elphida was born as a rather ordinary child to the Dynami family. However, it would turn out that her parents were wrong. Ephida wasnât just ordinary, she wasnât extraordinary either. She didnât exude the same characteristics the other children did. She didnât develop her magic, there was literally no aura around her at all. This frightened her parents, who thought that they had given birth to a freak, but Elphida was normal as all children were, just without magic.
With no magical capabilities, Elphida became interested in swords instead, as well as any other type of weaponry that did not require magic to be used. Her father a Guardian, though that Elphida might be a Guardian, and so taught her to fight with swords instead. But it would seem that he was wrong, as Elphida was far too weak to be a Guardian, and her aura never manifested at all. Not many humans wanted to involve themselves with the weird child and so she stayed inside her house all the time, playing card games and only going out when it was time to practice with swords.
It wasnât until Elphida just reached her teenage years did her grandparents finally understood what was going on. Elphida was just like her ancestors. The founders of the Dynami family to be exact, Remlin Dynami and his wife, Astraea Nikral, who then took the name Dynami after marrying her husband. In family archives, Astraea was said to have an immense manapool and a blazing aura despite being a Guardian, a warrior known to have crushed through multiple enemies with her pure brute strength. Remlin Dynami on the other hand, had developed his potential far later in life and even then, his magic capabilities were weaker than most Magus.
What is interesting is that both of their names became well known, Astraea became known to be the âGoddess of Justiceâ and Remlin became a very powerful Card user, becoming known as the âFather of Spellsâ with his highly skilful abilities in capturing any spell thrown at him. Their bloodline eventually thinned out and no one in the Dynami family was able to match their ancestorsâ featsâŠthat is until Elphida was born.
Elphida suffered a lot as a âmagic-lessâ child, always openly made fun of. She became afraid of being in contact with people, and it caused her confidence to shatter. She became rather timid and frightened of the notion of fighting. She developed an inferior complex, always believing that she would never amount to anything incredible unlike her ancestors. She also felt like she was tarnishing the Dynami family name, even running away several times out of sheer pressure, only for her family to bring her back.
Hoping that his parentâs theory was right, Elphidaâs father changed her name, adding the initials of both founders into her name and brought her to see them. Elphidaâs grandparents bestowed her a small old box, which held Remlinâs Crystal Card, Ace. As if reacting to its new chosen owner, as soon as Elphida touched it, both object and human glowed. After the bright light dimmed, they saw a very faint outline of an aura around Elphida. Although they couldnât exactly see what colour it was, it brought some hope to their hearts, knowing that Elphida wasnât truly lacking magic.
Elphida, the descendant that would hold both souls of their founders and their names. It was a huge burden to her, and with her inferiority, she is afraid that she may fail. Elphida, the young girl who had grown rather accustomed to swords instead of magic⊠Without warning her, her parents enrolled her in Archon Academy. Elphida, afraid of being picked on again, decided to pick up a cold, aloof persona to avoid conversation and interaction with people, despite her warm, welcoming heart.
Other
Elphida seems to have a small personality split. When she is wielding a sword, she becomes fairly more confident with herself and displays a stronger persona. This may change in the future.
Elphida openly speaks of her dream to build an orphanage when she graduates.
