Personality: Koemi is... eccentric. She's out and about weird sometimes. She speaks in a dream like state as if nothing really affects her and she does whatever she feels like doing at the time. This disconnection from reality is related to her being in the hospital for the longest time. Though there are moments where she'll be serious it's almost always eclipsed by some dream like statement. Although she has an insatiable curiosity and will explore something to the very end when she finds something that interests her. The only thing that will get her talking is time travel and is very passionate about it. The mere mention of time travel will make her snap out of her usual dream like personality and bring her into a state of energy and excitement. This usually leads her to get in trouble with the higher ups who don't want her to time travel. "I just want to see what life was like back there. That's all I want!"
Appearance: Koemi has long white hair and bright red eyes. One eye is covered by an eye patch. There's no reason for this, she just thinks it looks cool. She dresses in short dresses that expose a lot of skin and likes to walk around barefoot. Again, no reason why she doesn't wear shoes, she just thinks it looks cool.
History: Koemi may not be a time traveler but she is aware that time traveling exists. Or at least she strongly believes in its existence. Her family and friends disagree with her on this. Koemi has been in a hospital most of her life due to a terminal illness. As such, she's only recently coming back to school. She doesn't care that much about the class and only wants to find time travelers. During her time in the hospital, the only friend she had was a nurse who moved to England in order to be with her boyfriend. Koemi understood but she's received almost no social interaction aside from this. She has also snuck out of her hospital room more than a few times. There, she encountered a time traveler which cemented her belief that time travel exists. She's determined to meet the time traveler again and yearns to learn more about time travel and even become a traveler herself.
