Under the collar, a black ribbon is tied, and to top it all off she wears a white vest over the dress and shirt. She wears long black socks and white shoes.
History: Tsumi had led a fairly normal life, since their family wasn't exactly a popular one amongst the thieves and killers of the old times. Since she was a child, she had been interested in the topic of traveling time, as she wanted to see how her future turns out. Over the years, this topic had grown quite old to her, until one day. On a simple stroll, she found herself wandering into the nearby train station, and right out of the sky, a strange man fell to the floor. His clothes were weird, and he held some sort of strange looking gadget. Helping the poor man who fell from the sky out, she later learned from the man himself that he was a time traveler, coming from 60 years into the future. Hearing of his tales, she once again grew interested in the topic of time travel. Of course, the man had to go back to his time, and to this day Tsumi still makes it a daily habit to check if he falls from the sky, into the train station again.
