He continued to watch Nuriel as they rose higher and higher until Keran reached a cloud. "Wait!" He spoke in a rather sharp tone now as he looked up to the cloud and simply stared at it. He was unsure if Nuriel would stop but he hoped he would, but how could he expect a boy he just met to follow his orders? He was confused and a little bit worried about this. He didn't know what was above the clouds, and this struck a small sense of fear into his heart in its self. The feeling of being unsure when in flight was one of the worst feelings Keran has ever felt.
He simply watched Nuriel now, hoping he would do as Keran pleaded.

He continued a bit higher, and after about ten seconds, he was about to spit to make sure he had unconciously shift direction, when the world of white gave way to the empty air above. He swallowed and inhaled. He looked around and noticed Keran nowhere in sight... He turned left and right, beginning to get worried that he was lost in the cloud...
"Keran!" He yelled at the top of his lungs... His hand on the hilt of his hidden Angelblade. He was ready to push away the cloud should he have to.

Corinne picked up her Ipad and followed Clare out into the corridor, she had no interest in going after her. All Clare wanted to do was find that guy and make shadows. Meh. Corinne would much rather look around, find something to eat and hopefully catch up with her brother and make sure he was doing okay. She walked outside of the building, it all seemed calmer now, no more mad rush to get into the dorms. Corinne pulled out the map of the grounds from her pocket and took a look at it, feeling a little confused she sat down on the floor and stared at the piece of paper trying to make sense of it. She hated maps.

Cowards. Atticus' manners called for superior kindness, whereas most would have found such rudeness unforgivable. It wasn't uncommon for him to suffer at the hands of humans—including supernaturals, or anyone else who resembled a human—so he'd grown accustomed to such things. He couldn't help but tighten his grip around the paper, forming a tight-necked roll. His black lips curled slightly, before easing back into its' solemn, nonchalant state. Female dormitory; it still irked him that they would consider him genderless, or less of a threat. How could he even fathom living amongst females? They needed privacy just as much as he did. What had they been thinking? And his roommate was a young lady by the name of Zin. He just hoped she didn't think he was some kind of pervert who'd begged the school board to room him in the girls dormitory. A quiet rumble thrummed in his throat, ending in a questioning sigh.
Second Floor: Room 40: Atticus Moore and Zin.
Arriving in front of his dorm room, Atticus snorted. Without much else to do, he rapped his knuckles cautiously, not wanting to disturb his roommate if she lingered there. No answer. He knocked again, placing a hand on his muzzle in exasperation. He knew that he looked foolish lingering at the door, knocking like a little boy who was too afraid to just enter. “Coward,” Atticus grumbled miserably, rolling his eyes. Finally, he unlocked the door and opened it, muttering under his breath. “I'm sorry—I...” He began lamely, peeking between his great, clawed hands. When he realized no one was inside, he exhaled and let his hand drop from his eyes. The room itself was far different from the wooden shack on the hills that once belonged solely to him. A luxury that he never thought he could afford, let alone acquire. No one really understood how a being like him could exist, and without an alternate form, he was stuck living away from humans. People feared what they did not understand.
Realizing he'd been loitering in the doorway, Atticus stepped lightly and flopped down on his hammock. Thankfully, they must've read into their biographies. He preferred hammocks over beds. Now, all he had to do was find his roommate and explain his case. Perhaps, in a few moments.

Zin was screaming bagging on the wall, in the pitch dark. Begging for help in native tounge.
I came here for a reason. She thought, crying in harder.

Joss had yet to figure out her room number. And the purpose of her cardkey. This was going to be a long, long day.
The pale girl was just standing there before the hallway, shoulders slumped dejectedly. Her backpack was hanging loosely off her right shoulder and she held a folded up map in one hand and the rock in her other. Awkwardly, she stood there and stared down the hallway for half an hour without moving from the spot. Her legs gradually grew stiff while she stood there. A while later, she'd snap out of it and turn her attention back to the rock again. ...Really. It didn't make any sense to her. First of all; Why would anyone give her a gift just like that? It wasn't like Amrytile knew her. They'd spoken to eachother for ten minutes, tops. And, even then, he confided in her for some reason she couldn't even bring herself to fathom. It puzzled her beyond human understanding. Secondly... A rock? Really? No, she wouldn't be able to let this one go easily. Regardless, she decided she'd stop focusing on the rock and swung her backpack down from her shoulder to position it at her feet. She crouched down and dropped the rock into the bag, giving it a departing wave before standing up straight again without shutting the bag properly and swinging it over her shoulder again. The zipper complained, but she seemed largely unphased by this.
Even though Amrytile had been so kind to show her to the dorms, Joss didn't remain in the area for long. She wandered through the hallways purposelessly, her pale eyes wandering over the doors as she passed by them. None of these numbers related to her. Gradually, Joss' posture slumped as she dragged herself along the hallways back and forth. She even ascended the stairs to the second floor to explore the second part of the girls' dorms. She found nothing aside from youths running in and out of doors and occasionally passing her odd and snide glances. She stuck out like a sore thumb, even though there were others who had much worse features. However, what made Joss more distinguised now was the unnatural ripple following her. It looked like, to the inexperienced eye, the air itself was rippling around her. She didn't pay it any mind, as this was a natural occurance to her. But it, undoubtably, gave anyone passing near her the chills. The spirit realm was strongly present around her.
Joss didn't remain inside the academy for long. She retreated the building soon after exploring the entire dorm wing and dropped on her rear in the stairs leading up to the majestic building. There she sat, legs pulled against her chest and arms wrapped around them. She stared blankly ahead.

Trudging up the hill, Surma let out a stong sigh and rubbed his forehead, not happy with the fact he was being forced to hike to get to the academy. The hill was actually quite steep, and went up for at least five minutes. When Surma reached the top, he stood still for a moment in the parking lot, looking around at some of the fancy cars that had been parked there. The staff here must be earning.. he nodded in thought before walking on to the academy building. Surma began to head up the steps when he saw something strange out of the corner of his eye. A girl sat alone in pretty much a ball, and behind her, the air rippled away as if coming out of a planes jet engine.
Surma looked up at the doors, then back to the girl and closed his eyes, hoping he wouldn't regret the decision he had just made. He walked over slowly to the girl and looked down at her, before speaking in the kindest tone he could muster. "You ok..?" His voice was mostly void of emotion, like in most cases, however, he had managed to muster a slight overtone of kindness. "You need any help with something?" Surma looked down at her and stood quietly as he awaited her response.

"You okay...?"
Joss flinched. Oh dear lord, people are speaking to her all of a sudden. She snapped her head about to stare, wide-eyed, at the approaching boy. At first, she thought it'd been Amrytile who came back to reclaim his rock. It would've made sense to her, really. It was a waste to throw you possessions at Joss. First off, most items could as well be alien technology to her. She knows rocks. Rocks are rather... fundamental, after all.
"You need any help with something?"
Her brow sank down and she eyed the boy with quite obvious confusion. "... Ah... I... no? I don't know. Do I?"

Surma noticed little change in the girls face, she seemed utterly confused with his presence and his questions, though she had yet to answer them. Although he got the impression that asking this girl alot of questions would be a bad idea, due to her seeming to understand very little about.. well anything, he decided it would be best to try and find out as much as he could so that he could actually do something to help. Surma thought for a moment, confusing himself almost. Why was he bothering to help someone? He didn't usually do that for anyone. At this moment in time, it didn't seem important though, and so he asked her one last question before waiting for her to answer him, "Do you have a name?"

Joss found herself instinctively leaning away from Surma when he sat down next to her, the rippling behind her growing a little bit more intense. If you looked carefully, you could see dark colours beneath the rippling. But, again, that was only if you actually looked closely. Her eyes narrowed down a bit when he came closer and started asking his questions.
"Is there somewhere you're meant to be?" No clue. I think so. But...
"Do you have a name?" "It's Joss. My name's Joss."
She beamed a bright smile all of a sudden. Hey, a question she could actually answer! She was thrilled! And she politely extended a thin hand to Surma. If he took it, he'd note that it was soft and cold.

Surma looked at Joss as she smiled, then down at their hands. Neither of them hand withdrawn their hands from the handshake yet, and it was only now that he noticed how Joss' hand felt. Surma looked at Joss, who didn't seem to find the extent of the handshake strange as of yet, and continued to smile. He released his grip and let his hand fall back to his knee, and spoke to Joss once more, "Do you have a room mate?" Surma had thought about it logically for a moment, perhaps Joss had already met her room mate and she was simply waiting for them. Then again, perhaps he was thinking too simply afterall.

"Room mate...?" She echoed his words inquiringly, the smile slowly wiping from her lips. It was replaced by a frown of utter confusion.
"I... don't know? I met another boy a while ago who told me this piece of paper was supposed to show me where the 'dorms' were." Notably, she put certain emphasis on 'dorms'. "... What am I supposed to do in the 'dorms' anyway? All I saw there was a lot of people running in and out of doors..."
Yes, she was quite obviously lost. In more than one way. Wasn't it just cruel and heartless to let someone like Joss roam these grounds without proper guidance? She wouldn't be able to find her way around this place on her own, that much was clear by now. But, the personell in this place likely had better things to do than waste their time on an airhead who was suspectably retarded.

Snapping out of his thoughts, Surma looked at Joss who seemed deadly confused, even now, and he realised just how much help she must have needed. Has anyone been helping her at all? The boy she talked about doesn't seem to have done so.. Surma sighed a little bit and stood up. "If you want me to help you find your room, then you should come with me, I can show you how to get there so you don't get lost again ok?" With that he turned to face the door and walked up a single step before looking back at Joss and waiting, if she wanted to come along she would.

"Would you like me to help you find your room? It can't be that far away from here.. Do you have the room number?" Joss blinked her eyes slowly, giving him an expression much like that of a deer caught in the headlights. She had absolutely no idea. Room number? Did that have anything to do with the 'map'? Or that little piece of plastic she had been given back at the assembly? She frowned and fished the card out, turning it over again and again in thorough examination of it. The more she turned it about, the less she seemed to really understand.
Dejectedly, her shoulders slumped and she stood up to follow Surma. She stumbled a bit when she rose up, but regained her balance almost immediately. Reaching down to pick her backpack up, she swung it over her shoulder. The zipper whirred as it opened further, but it still didn't phase Joss in the least. She probably wouldn't notice anything until things started falling out of it.

As he broke through the cloud he was immediately welcomed with the sun shining in his direction. Closing his eyes immediately he let out a light grunt. "Nuriel, where are you!" He shouted as he span about, keeping his eyes closed in case of the sun striking down upon them. He moved about franticly, whilst in mid air.

"What happened? I thought you got lost in the cloud!" He said. He was actually surprised himself to feel how worried he was for this guy he just met a few minutes ago, but a friend whom he could relate so well to was a treasure Nuriel knew was hard to come across. He looked down to see the two holes they made closing up. He turned his head back to Keran,
"So did you have trouble or were you reluctant to come up or something" He said softly, he didn't want to offend his new friend with a temper, especially when it was over his worry for him.

Aaron stood up and moved downstairs to the main floor of the dorms. He walked out the archway and into the grounds and down the hill in front of the acadamey. Aaron walked the perimeter of the school until he made it to the front entrance and began to walk down the steep hill. It was more quiet and less crazy now, with only a few people around, walking up and down and a few hanging out in the grass on the hill. Most were already making friends, and Aaron remembered that he needed to make some as well. It was a fresh start, and now if he told someone he was a werewolf, he'd hear in return, "Oh cool, I'm a vampire." That'd be a releif to hear after the constant shunning he got back home.
As he looked at the people around him, he noticed one girl to his left with short dark hair(Corrine). She looked confused and was reading over a map. He decided he'd go over and help, though he didn't think he'd be much of it, but he could try, plus this could be a good chance to make a friend. He walked over next to her and said to her, "Hey, you need help?" He couldn't help laughing a little because of her troubled faces.

"So did you have trouble or were you reluctant to come up or something" His eyebrows slowly narrowed after hearing Nuriel speak, his voice becoming slightly sharper than normal. "What if a blimp was above us or a jet came charging through. What if we didn't have time to move from this area? We would have been damaged greatly from the impact!" His eyes scanned over Nuriel, for injuries or any harm that may have come to him whilst Keran couldn't see him. "Are you ok?" His voice was still firm and sharp at this point. He seems okay. This is why I hate clouds; never know what is above them. He let out a breath sigh and simply stared at him as he awaited a response.

"Hey, you need help?" a friendly voice interrupted Corinne's thoughts and she looked up to see a guy standing over her, laughing to himself. Laughing at her it would seem. Corinne felt a little intimidated and pulled herself back up to her feet, so that she was face to face with the guy. "Know where a girl can get some food around here?" she asked smiling back at him.

So thats it... He was worried for me as well... He thought as he brought his eyes down in shame.
"Yeah... you're right... It's just... It sounds pathetic, but i was just excited, ya know? This is the first person who i can actually relate to my age... So you know, I dont know..." Nuriel thought... He remembered all the times he spent imagining if he had a brother like him, things would be so much better...
"I'm sorry i made you worry... We should get back to the dorms..." He said embarassedly. Before Keran could respond Nuriel looked down to see the school and pointed his head downward He shut his wings and let himself fall like he was so used to doing when he needed to clear his head He descended faster and faster quicly reaching terminal velocity. When he opened his eyes he snapped open his wings, parachuting him down to the ground He walked quickly back to his dorm. He had made a fool of himself... The first thing he learned with his crew was enjoy the experience, but dont lose touch with reality. And thats exactly what he did. He knew keran was right, had he gotten close to a plane's engine he would have been vaporized in the engine, and probably killed everyone in the plane too... He walked off slowly his eyes a bit red. From his embarassment... hopefully he hadn't ruined his chances with his first real friend in a while...
