In this world, the supernatural is natural. Powers, abilities, magic, all can be seen normally. There can be monsters that appear from the sewers or streets, and also those who possess power among the normal to fight them back. Multiple realms, alternate dimensions, large scale phenomenon. All are truth. But while there can be things classified as large scale disasters, that can threaten entire cities or even the world, there are also heroes to stop them. With large amounts of power and ability, with huge amounts of fans and backing, the Heroes Organization is always there to stop the big, bad catastrophes. They always seem to win, and the world is saved. Their identities are kept secret for their protection, but they always seem to get their love interest.

But this is not the story of those heroes.

No, there are many, many stories already about those heroes. About people who have large amounts of power, and can do anything they need to.

This story is about the others. Because while the heroes are praised and cherished, there is often a large amount of damage done. Furthermore, because a huge threat could come at any time and they already deal with the large issues, they cannot deal with the small things. They need to rest, eat, and do things too. And sometimes, they themselves need help after the battle is over.

Emergency response teams are often sent out, but frequently during or after these things happen, the villain's forces or just random villains and monsters themselves come out and fight, attacking everything and everyone in the area. While they are usually good for normal matters, it can often get to a point where they need specialists to help, or end up losing people themselves, even if the cops are already there. And sometimes, it is the heroes themselves that need saving, because even though they defeated the enemy they were serious injured or knocked unconscious in the end.

Therefore, in one of the most invaded, dangerous areas, a team of experts were pulled together. While maybe not exceptional enough to be heroes, they are gifted or talented individuals. This organization, although experimental, often highly judged, and lacked the glamour of heroes, was created because it was needed. Often praised, they tend to sometimes be blamed for not just their mistakes, but those of heroes that they could not get to in time. But even so, it is still appreciated, and needed. And it was called the ERRU: Emergency Rescue & Response Unit! Taking all sorts of people from all over, this team's mission is not to save the city or the world (most of the time), but to react to the small things, and the remnants of large scale fights.

This team, now established for a few years, and is getting new members, is still pretty new and green despite being selected exceptional people. They are based in what was deemed to be the most hazardous and attacked city in the most hazardous and attacked country, maybe in some sort of response to all the media they put out, Tokyo Japan. (And yes, this was totally me mainly just wanting to make fun about how life in Japan, according to fiction, seems to often include large scale invasions, supernatural phenomenon, and so forth. XD)

Yes, this story is not just about their missions, but their lives. Well, its a good portion the missions, fights, and rescue efforts however, but their lives as well, and the enemies they will make and encounter.

Although not overly serious, I do expect some level of seriousness and reasonability. Just, not too much is needed.

SOmetimes it might get dark, sometimes it might get silly. It all depends on what happens!

If you come into this RP, remember that the characters are not all powerful. I wont say it will happen, but everyone coming in should be able to accept their characters getting beaten to a pulp, utterly humiliated and embarrassed, and having the ability to lose.

This is a world full of fantasy, supernatural, and what not. So it should not be hard to please keep your characters within reason, please.

There is no official character sheet, since I might miss something that someone else wanted to add to their character, but I require you put in a good amount of details and information.

I will allow any type of pics to be used. I will be using an anime one myself.
