" Good to know"

Sarah didn't enjoy how everyone else was looking at her for talking to the new guy, she silenced herself and pulled herself up into a stand. She heard that they were going to head out to the town, so that'll take abit long... But she could atleast complian mentally to herself while this all was happening. She didn't want to come off more of a bitch than she knew they all thought she was.

She dusted off her shorts and decided to trail behind the group, keeping quiet while she waited for all of them to start heading out.

Colin stared after the girl that had just confronted him, confusion in his eyes. There was some kind of pull about her, but he didn't know what to think of it. He was probably just delusional, after all he had just got in a car accident. And his head was bleeding just above his ear, so his mind probably wasn't on point at the moment. He heard Sarah and Ryan's distant conversation and walked back over to the bus. He saw his bag about 3 feet away from where the fire was dimming, and he picked it up. It had been burnt, but not terribly, and the contents inside were safe but very hot. He picked it up and threw it over his shoulder before walking back to the area where all his friends were.

When he saw that everyone was leaving, he shrugged and tightened his bag around his shoulders, and began to walk with them. It was pretty ironic that they had all been in a car accident that could have been fatal, but were just walking like nothing happened. Well, you don't want them to sulk about it, he thought. He began to walk over to where Sarah was standing up and smiled at her.

"New boyfriend already, Sarah?" He asked, a smirk on his face.

"Well Jamie, that wasn't very nice." Jakob rolled his eyes at her as if he was a catty teenage girl. Jakob began to realize he had been acting in a very serious manner which he never did. He quickly changed back to normal though, well atleast an act of being happy so he could be a positive influence on some of these depressed people. This was supposed to be a fun trip that Corbin and he had been planning for months. "Don't be such a buttface," he said to Jamie. "Or you'll have to carry Corbin."

Jakob lifted up Corbin to get a better hold on him as they walked to Ryan's car. "Uhm, we're heading into the desert," he said. "I don't think we can drive that way. Unless a half broken down car can make it through that land for two miles." Jakob looked down at his twin brother, Corbin and then looked back up. "Jesus, he's heavy." He set Corbin down on the feild and looked down at him. He lifted up his hand and smacked him three times on each cheek, hoping to wake him up.

Quickly, Corbin opened his eyes and smacked Jakob back. "What the hell?!" Corbin rubbed his eyes and looked around. "Where are we?" He then got a sharp pain in his left leg and groaned. "Ah, I think my leg's broken," he said.

Jakob had been caught off gaurd and when he was slapped back, he quickly slapped Corbin back again. "Sorry." He began to laugh at what had just happened and then said, "The bus went off the side of the road. We have no reception or transportation, and now we're headed torwards a town some creepy-ass chick told me about. We can get your leg looked at there probably."

"Ugh, I want to go back to sleep now." He groaned again and pulled himself up along with Corbin's help. He leaned his left arm around Jakob's shoulder and they all began to walk again.

Jamie looked at Jakob as he spoke about her being not so nice. "Don't be such a buttface," She looked at him as if she was about to knock him out or something. "Or you'll have to carry Corbin." She watched him stumbled up and walk near Ryan's car before he plopped him back down. Whimp. She teased in her mind. He started to talk about the car and what not and before she knew it, she was dozing off in space.
By the time she got back to planet earth and reality, she looked over towards Jakob and Corbin and heard a loud smack. Her eyes widen with curiosity as she watched Jakob slap his brother. Before she knew it, Corbin slapped him back and then Jakob slapped him again. It was pretty amusing to her and she gave a smirk before walking over towards them with a quick trot. She crossed her arms and leaned on her right hip before having a small grin on her face.
"Told you knocking him up-side the head would work." Her tone was snotty and bragging. She looked down at him before Jakob spoke again. "The bus went off the side of the road. We have no reception or transportation, and now we're headed torwards a town some creepy-ass chick told me about. We can get your leg looked at there probably."
She looked at Jakob and heavy sarcasm coated and dripped off of her every word. "Ya, and totally following what a creepy ass girl tells you is smart." She glanced down at them two before Corbin started to complain about wanting to go to bed. "Trust me, we all want that." Her voice mummbled under her breath as she sighed with irratation before she started to follow Jakob and Corbin to where ever the hell they where going.

She looked up at Colin and stuck her tongue out." Aren't you a funny one"

Sarah glanced back down at her feet as they started walking to god knows where. She couldn't bring herself up to look at him. Her nerves skyrockted up as it always did when talking to him.

" Where did you find your bag? I thought it was in the bus" She glanced up at him quickly and riased an eyebrow. I want my bag... But tht's probaly up in flames like my sketches..

Colin made a scoffing sound and smiled at her in the dim light of the sun. His eccentric blue eyes were like diamonds at the moment.

"Aw, come on. You know you love me." Colin joked, poking the side of her head lightly. "My bags had been thrown from the bus. Where was yours? I can go back and get it, if you want." He offered, raising an eyebrow. He knew Sarah was an artist, and he knew how attached artists could be with their work. Almost like Colin and his many cameras. They had become a part of him, his talent. Maybe we could work together, he thought. The artist and the photographer.

"Do you have any of your drawings or sketches or whatever you do in that notebook with you now?" He wondered, thinking of a way he might be able to take photographs for her and have her draw them.

She smiled and blushed a little bit, she knew he was joking but she liked the sound of it.

"I have one sketch book with me... But it's small and is already piled in with tons of drawings... I'll just buy another one when we get to that town," She looked back towards the ground and ran a hand through her hair, forgetting her that it was up in it's bun. Her dark hair tumbled down as she sighed and retrieved her rubber band from her shoulder.

"But thanks for the offer Colin, it's really sweet of you"

Corbin had woken up now and was already attempting to walk by himself, though he had been failing miseribly(sp?) for the past thirty minutes. He and Jakob were now taking turns singing verses of "We Are Who We Are" by Kesha. They hated this song, and knew most of the group did, but it was a song that was still fun to sing, because they knew all of the words since the song played every ten seconds on the radio.

In the midst of their mindless singing and the others' groaning, Corbin stopped in his tracks and stared ahead. "Jakob, stop, look." The others had probably seen it and were sighing in releif. They could finally see the town, though it was no paradise. Jakob looked up and saw the town in the distance and smiled. "Thank god," he said. "I thought I was lied to, and then we'd have to live out here forever. Nevermind." Jakob began to run torwards the town, but then remembered Corbin. He walked back and held Corbin, even though he struggled and wanted to walk by himself.

They all soon made it to the outside of the small town. Literally. It was about fifteen buildings long and fifteen wide. It was the smallest Corbin and Jakob had ever seen. It was creepy as well, ecspecially since it was getting dark and the town seemed barren. A tall, stone wall surrounded the town and the group walked along the edge until they made it to the front of the town where a small, gravel road was in front, but it looked like nobody would ever drive down it.

Jakob moved up to the front gate and called for someone. "Hello!?" Nobody was out and about that Jakob could notice. "Hel--." The door opened alone without anybody that he could see around. "Uh...you guys want to go in?" To be honest, he wasn't sure himself. It was creepy as hell. "Fuck my life," he said quietly to himself.

Jamie kept walking, tempting to start yelling at the two brothers for singing such a stupid song; but she didn't. When they got to the town, her anger trippled, having the song stuck in her head. Though, the town brought her attention away from her anger. It sent some chills down her spine; they crawled down her back and pinch and ate at her nerves and her innerself. By the time she looked at the two brothers, they where already at least seven yards ahead of her. She tried to move but her instincts where telling her so bad to run away. It was one of the strongest things shes felt through her body; there was only one time that she felt this and she knew what it was. She was a bit afraid; though, she would never admit it, no matter what. Her pride was to stucked up to even utter the words that she was afraid.
She shook her head and swallowed her feelings down her throat. She started to jog to catch up to them and stopped when she was by the 'love birds in process.' To be honest, she hated it. She tried to hold back a gag and a growl as she pasted Sarah and Colin. She sped up towards Corbin and Jakob; she kept up with them until they started to yell for someone. "Uh...you guys want to go in?" She walked quickly over towards them.
"Ya, it is a town, and I want to get out of this damned place as soon as possiable." She said, putting her hands on her hips and leaning towards the right. "I mean the worst that could happened is we all get shot and killed." she shrugged. "BUt that is like a... what? 20% chance of happaning." She looked at Collin and Jakob, almost expecting them to go inside.

Ryan sighed when they finally got to the town.
He didn't talk much, because he didn't know anyone there.
"Let's check it out..." Something was twisting at Ryan's stomach. He knew that it wasn't right to go into that town, but he had to.
