~Sober~'I'm just me. How do you explain that?'
This young women is very playful. When she flirts or talks to people, she does so in a silly manner. Of course sometimes her flirting can mean something else, but most of the time it is harmless. Celina enjoys watching the look on men's faces when she flirts with them. And the reactions are even better. She can also be very funny when she wants to be. Attempting to crack jokes, using sarcasm, and just plain messing around. Of course she takes things seriously when it is important, but you can mostly find her smiling and laughing at something or someone.
She is a out going social butterfly that will start up a conversation with just about anybody. Her idea of a good time involves anything with other people. Including parties and drunken nights. Celina is a very compassionate person, when she wants to be, that acts as a rock for her friends. She will have their back and be the one to support them when they fall. She helps mend broken hearts and clean up pieces left behind. But if you aren't her friend, she can be rather cold hearted and standoffish. It's her way of protecting herself.
She is ill-tempered and stubborn. When this Latina gets mad, it isn't something she can blow over. She gets seriously pissed and almost red in the face. Often times her deep brown eyes seem to glow a bit hazel from her rage. She screams, throws things, and breaks things. It isn't her finest moment. Not many like to see Celina mad because it takes a lot to calm her down. And when she believes in something, nothing changes her mind. She would fight to her grave for what she believes in. This can put the young woman in bad situations, but she doesn't care. Not at all.
~Drunk/High~'Pass the weed'
Celina is usually calm and reasonable. It takes a lot to anger her and even then she doesn't take it out on the person that angered her. She deals with it in some kind of way. Usually something therapeutic. Like reading, swimming, or talking it out. But the best way to cut herself. Don't ask her why, it just seems to be the better option.
Often times she gets really emotional over nothing. She will cry about the dumbest things and she won't really know why either. People just let her have the breakdown. Once her bipolar moment is over she just stumbles around laughing about something no one had said. Or she is making yet another dumb decision. Or she mumbles something about her parents. When she is like this alone, it's dangerous. Her dumb decisions get her in really bad situations that she can't handle on her own.

~The Perfect Family~'We were perfect in a fucked up town'
Celina was born to a Hispanic father and a 1/2 Korean mother. The combination was strange, but the child produced was beautiful. Or at least that is what everyone says. Both of her parents were immigrants that had met in America, Land of the Free. They got married rather quickly and had Celina right afterwards. For as long as Celina could remember she was living in this run down town. Her parents were used to the police sirens, constant gun shots, the occasional smell of weed the filled the hallways, and the frequent house robberies. They called that place home for a reason that is beyond Celina's comprehension. Despite this mixed Latina's background, she was raised in Hispanic culture. Her mother seemed okay with that and she went with it. She was taught fluent Spanish, as was her mother, and they spoke Spanish in the home. With all the craziness around them, they had still managed to be happy and make some kind of decent living.
~A Tragedy~'I was left to fend for myself'
The government was starting to deport people. Anyone who wasn't an American citizen was going into hiding, or forging immigration papers. Celina's parents were doing both. It didn't help. Her father was caught and deported. Celina was about 12 then. It changed how her and her mother lived. They would call as many times as they could, but it wasn't the same as having him in the house. He would often send some money, but it wasn't enough to cover the house bills and such. Her and her mother were struggling. A year in Mexico and her father had tried to comeback, but he was shot by the border control police. At 13 Celina started drinking. It wasn't heavy, but it was way more than a minor should consume.
Her mother had started to change. She wasn't hurting Celina or anything, she just wasn't full of life. It was almost as if she was a hollow shell. Her mother was always working and trying to bring in money, but it wasn't enough. Her mother decided that her family in Korea would help and left Celina alone. She was about 14. Celina was doing well on her own with the money her mother would send. She would buy groceries, stay in school, buy alcohol, and keep things up. A few times she fought away child protective services, but they didn't really care that she was alone. They just wanted to get paid for a child they turn in. After a year her mother stopped sending money. She stopped sending letters. She stopped calling the house. It was as if her mother just disappeared. Celina never knew what happened to them, but she was abandoned and didn't know what to do. At 15 she was considered an orphan.
~Moving On~'I needed the money...'
After her parents left her, Celina would do odd jobs around the town. It started with walking peoples dogs, to cleaning there yard, at one point she attempted to sell her body for money. Luckily for her the guy wasn't as mean. He gave her the money and left her alone. She was having a hard time making ends meet at the house her parents had and keep up with school. She made the decision to move to the apartments that people would talk about. It was dirt cheap, no ID needed, and they didn't care who lives there. She moved in and got settled. She was able to be a waitress and pay for everything. Up until high school graduation she would live like this, but then she met a drug dealer Calvin. Calvin was the guy that opened a whole new door for Celina. He gave her money when she needed it and helped her get alcohol. All she had to do was be a bartender at his club. She agreed and was able to get her money, but he started offering more. But the agreement was that on some nights she got up on stage and stripped. For a long time she said no, but he was so convincing and she needed the money. Now she strips and sells beer at his club. Celina vows on day that she will find something better, but she is having a hard time finding it.
