Personality Description
Dylan is a pretty relaxed guy for the most part, but sometimes that "laid back" attitude is pretty forced. He carries lots of stress, but doesn't like to deal with it and so he pretends everything is okay. This has led to him getting overly anxious about little things, but he still manages to appear to keep his cool in front of other people. He holds himself well, liking to feel in control of a situation and even other people. He has an easy smile with the charm to be able to put anyone's guard down. To those who don't know him personally, he seems like any generic guy. He likes to stay active and lighthearted, though if he gets in a slump it can be very hard to get him motivated again.

Dylan is something of a liar, both with what he says and how he acts. It's a trait he's had since he was young. He's manipulative even when he doesn't mean to be, and has a tendency to surround himself with "yes men" who will just go along with what he says. Because of this he easily gets frustrated with stubborn people, or even just strong willed people who question him. Though he is pretty good at keeping on a friendly face, if he feels he's not in total control of a situation he can start to act very hostile and irrational.

ImageBiography
Dylan's life was nothing very remarkable in his early years. He got pretty average grades all throughout highschool, and rarely made any long lasting friendships. Not that people didn't like him, anyone he talked to was more than eager to spend time with him, he just found that he didn't like other people very much. He found them predictable, boring. At one point, he even wondered if he was a sociopath, but decided that he wasn't that far gone.
Really, it wasn't until he finally went off to college that he discovered he had an interest in science and psychology, which led him to meeting Adriel, the son of a scientist. Adriel's father's work wasn't very public, but once Dylan got even a little information about the project, he was determined to be part of the project. Few things interested him, so if he found something interesting he wasn't willing to let it go easily.
After the head scientist died, Dylan continued to help work on the project. Eventually he even became partners with the head of the project, Adriel. As the project came closer to execution, Dylan found himself more and more interested in testing himself, rather than the other people. He wanted to know how he himself would hold up in the experiment, but to know that, he too would have to have his memory wiped. So, while Adriel kept his memories to observe the subjects up close, Dylan opted to have his memory wiped, and to take part in the project voluntarily.

Adriel was excited he was finally able to see his father's experiment finally shoot into action. If it weren't for Dylan's help, he was sure this never would have happened. After months of consideration for who he was interested in putting out onto the deserted island, he finally made up his mind and began making it happen. Though he definitely wasn't ready to hear that Dylan wanted to be apart of the experiment himself. So without anything Adriel could do, the male wiped his partner's memories as well. Adriel just hoped that his memories would come back. He grew to become a good friend to the male and he wasn't sure what he would do if Dylan never returned to himself.

Adriel sighed as he sat on the beach, the sun's rays baking him on the white sand. Everyone seemed to still be passed out, so he sat there alone, lost in his thoughts. It wasn't long until he started hearing movement just a few feet away from him. Adriel removed his attention from the ground and spotted the beautiful blonde, he stamped the letter B on beginning to come to. The male wiped the smile off his face, starting to get himself ready to play a role he hoped no one would ever find out.

Once the woman sat up he stood to his feet and made his way over towards her. "Hey, are you alright?" he questioned as he gave her a hand to help her from the water.

The blonde sat there staring up at the male, completely oblivious to the fact he was the reason she was there. Before taking any action towards his words she glanced around and cleared her throat a bit. She immediately got a bit nervous because she realized she couldn't remember anything. Not her name, how she got there, where she was, nothing. Her mind was blank. "Um, yeah. I just....I can't remember anything," she finally answered as she placed her hand into his with a warm, thankful smile.

When the female stood to her feet she took another look around, finding that there were others. She wasn't alone. "You're not the only one," Adriel responded as he walked her back towards the area he was previously sitting in. At that moment he decided it was time, he glanced down at her wrist and spoke up once more, "What's on your wrist?" he questioned, causing the petite blonde to glance down at both her wrists before noticing what he was talking about.

The blonde made a thoughtful look before responding, "It's the letter B. I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean," she stated before noticing a letter S on the male's left wrist. Adriel purposely moved a bit, causing his jacket sleeve to hike up just a couple inches so she would notice it. "You have one too," she added with a curious tone before going silent. B wasn't sure what all of this was about. Why they had these letters stamped on their wrists. But she knew she would do whatever it took to eventually figure out the answers to all of her questions and eventually make it back home. Wherever home was.

The brilliant beam of light invaded Macy's darkness. Not only was it annoying but also excruciatingly painful. As she squinched she decided it wasn't worth the effort. She closed her slivered eyes to sleep again. Breathing deeply, she noticed the smell of the salty ocean. It reminded her of something familiar but it also seemed strange and out-of-place to her.

Macy laid in a deep stupor. Once again, she winced, brows furrowed taut with pain as she tried to move her head. To her left inaudible words danced around her head as she tried to make connecting sentences. Unfortunately, she was already too miserable to focus her attention on this. "I must be dreaming or hung over." She tried to recall if she went out to karaoke the night before, but her mind drew a blank. Macy consciously shifted her hand and a few granules of sand worked their way under her fingernails causing her agitation. She quickly moved both hands to her chest "This is not a dream." She slowly raised her drained body into a sitting position. Eyes still closed, she rested her head in her hands and began to rub her temples, trying to massage away her throbbing headache.

Using her hand as an awning she sheltered her eyes from the blazing sun as she slowly opened them. At first her sight was blurred. Leaning forward, blinking and squinting to perfect her view, she found herself in awe of what she saw. Stunning crystal blue skies, perfect ocean waves that religious surfers craved, and pristine white sandy beaches.

Macy eyes traveled slowly to the right, staring at the breathtaking view. When suddenly a lump caught in her throat, forceful palpitations in her chest, caused her to be slightly panicked. She swallowed hard and tried to regulate her breathing, wiping her eyes again to make sure she was awake. There were others laying on the beach in the same condition as her. Keeping her panic at the edge, "Where am I?" Again, she heard voices, to her left. Pivoting she overheard a male voice "What's on your wrist?" Macy looked down at her wrists. Both of them were imprinted with the letter.........

She got up too quickly and fell back to her knees in dizziness. When the beach stopped spinning she got up again and trudge over to the two that were chatting. Holding her wrist out "This is a big deal right?" raising her voice "This is a big deal right?"

My name is........."What...I can't remember...." it was then that she drew a blank on most everything and collapse to the ground.

The coldness dripped down her chin pooling in the hollow below her adams apple. Sputtering, she spit water towards the three people bent over her. A petite blonde, a sexy brunette and arather good looking guy. "Do either of you remember anything at all by chance? The smallest detail of anything in your lives would help me calm down a bit," questioned the blonde. Macy sat up,trying to catch her breathe, but the smothering humidity made it more
difficult. Sitting at wrist level, she needed to quench her curiosity and as inconspicuously as she could, she glanced from one wrist to another. Their wrist all had a letter marked on them; the blonde...B, the brunette...X,the guy...S and she had a K. "What do they mean? Together the letters didn't spell anything. Could they be an acronym for something?"

Macy took a long sip of the sulfured lace water. Letter S was right it seemed to help her. Her weakened body struggled to gain footing in the sand. After she stabilized herself, she took another sip of
water. As calmly as her voice would let her,"Has anyone noticed we all have a letter on our wrists? I mean, that is weird, right?"

Her senses slowly returning to her, Macy was aware of her discomfort. She wiggled adjusting her wet sand
soaked clothes, then readjusted again. Unconsciously scratching her arms and stomach, Macy squirmed in her own skin, that was dotted with festering itchy bites. With sand and grit in unmentionable areas, bug bites and the blazing sun, she did what any girl would do, stripped down to her bra and pantie, and without a word, unsteadily walked to the ocean for a dip.

Dylan's head was pounding. A moment ago he had been dreamlessly asleep, but now he could feel consciousness pulling at him, whether he liked it or not. The first thing he noticed was there were faint voices talking. The second thing he noticed was he wasn't in a bed, but instead could feel sand sticking to his bare arms and the back of his neck. Tentatively, Dylan opened his eyes to get a peek at his surroundings. The brightness made his head spin and vision blur. Trying to blink the blurriness away, Dylan began to sit up.

"What the-" He was on an island. That much was clear immediately. But why? As he tried to remember why he might be here, he realized he actually couldn't remember where he was from. Actually, he couldn't remember anything. Including his name.

There was a group of people standing not to far away, talking amongst themselves. He didn't recognize them. He barely caught one of the girls saying something about her wrist, and on impulse her looked down at his. "Z". What the hell did that even mean. He didn't seem to be getting anywhere on his own, with his own memory missing, so he decided to force himself to his feet and walk to the other people.

"Do any of you know where I am?"

Iris was far too shocked at the fact that she didn't know anything about herself at all to answer anything or anyone or contribute to any possible conversation that was going on. She tried searching her memory for a mother, maybe a father but drew blanks every time she tried thinking back to it. She fell back onto her butt and bit the insides of her cheeks nervously. She felt around her clothing for any signs of who she may be and noticed another tattoo on her inner left wrist. It was a tattoo of... Ying-yang? She didn't know what it meant and began searching her body for other clues.

Iris found another tattoo on her right ankle of a yellow and orange crescent moon with a face on top of a blue star. Still, this tattoo didn't tell her anything so she continued looking and wasn't sure how she missed it, but found a tattoo of a woman right above her "X" tattoo. The face looked familiar, maybe a family member? She wasn't sure and gave up with a sigh. Iris looked up after examining her body, just in time to be met with the brunette striping down. Iris blinked in confusion and looked around, wondering what exactly she missed. As she watched her walk into the water, she did realize that washing off the sweat and sand and getting out of the burning sunlight would be pleasant. And for some reason, stripping in front of people seemed so comfortable. Why was that?

However, Iris held back her urges and stood up on her feet. She wiped off some of the sand from her body and decided that she'd wait to bathe until later. She was about to speak to the other two who were still on the sand, until a random voice interrupted her. Iris looked past the blonde girl and dirty blond guy and watched the other guy as he approached. Iris shrugged and looked off into the sea thoughtfully.
I thought you guys kidnapped me or something, but you all seem just as confused as I do, so I guess we're shit outta luck.
Iris said, slightly irritated before crossing her sunburned arms painfully.

(( OOC: If you guys would like to know what I'm talking about with the tattoos, they're here.

Adriel sat there just taking in everything around them. He was happy to see that the water did in fact help Letter K enough for her to finally regather herself. Though he definitely wasn't expecting her to strip down to her underwear and step into the water, followed by Letter B. The male let out a smirk and just shook his head before returning his attention towards the other brunette, Letter X. She seemed to be looking over her body at all the tattoos upon her. Some of them he liked, others he just wasn't too sure about.

Just when the silence was beginning to become uncomfortable, Dylan finally awoke and stumbled over to the two of them. Apparently the memory loss worked for him too, this was something Adriel hoped wouldn't work. But turns out, he was as lost as the others. "Do any of you know where I am?" was all that came out of Dylan's mouth before Adriel just shook his head. He hated lying to his partner, but he needed to until he was able to regain his memories. "We're all just as clueless as you are man," he answered before glancing over towards Letter X as she began to speak up.

"I thought you guys kidnapped me or something, but you all seem just as confused as I do, so I guess we're shit outta luck." Adriel couldn't help but to stifle a laugh after hearing her words but shook his head as he did. She was correct, but he wasn't going to let her know that. "I understand your reasoning behind that, but it turns out we're all just as confused as you are...." he took a glance at her arm before finishing, "X." That was what he was going to call her until everyone begins remembering their names. Adriel just hoped he wouldn't accidentally call someone by their name before that happens. He knew the names of every person on this island. Still, there was one last person left one this island who needed to wake up and it was oddly taking longer than it should have. Adriel hoped that Kale was alright.

Nova watched with confusion as Letter K stripped down to her undergarments and began to walk over into the water. At first she wasn't sure what the brunette was doing, but seeing as how she was making a valid point without every spouting so much as a single word to what she was doing, the blonde followed along behind her. She stripped down to her underwear and followed the female into the water. The moment her bare skin touched the cool water, she felt as if she melted into it. The overbearing heat suddenly dissipated and soon became bearable. Nova dived down into the water and shot back up, beside Letter K and she glanced over at her. "So do you think someone on this island put us here for some reason?" she questioned, hoping that she wasn't the only one thinking someone was behind this psychotic mess.

As she stood there in the water, she began to take a look out towards the horizon. Nothing but miles of water, they were in the middle of nowhere and she had a feeling nobody knew where they were. There weren't any evidence of a broken down ship, a crashed aircraft, nothing. A bit of fear for herself and everyone else on this island slowly began to creep up inside her. Though just when she thought everything was going to be alright for the duration of the day she felt something wrap around her legs and pull her under. Nova immediately screamed out and began fighting off whatever it was that was pulling her under the water. She knew it had to be some sort of creature that lived in the water because she didn't feel fingers wrapped around her ankle. "Help me!" she called out as tears of fear began to stream down from her eyes.
