**Power** - Leon can manipulate black lightning. Black lightning is like normal electricity except for the fact that only the destructive aspects are present, and it seeks to damage, destroy, and consume, all that it comes across. He doesn’t create any black lightning, only converts normal lightning to black lightning.

-Ability One: Any electricity that touches him is completely absorbed and stored inside of his body. Due to this, he is immune to damage by electricity. Any electricity he absorbs is turned into black lightning.
-Ability Two: Leon can transform his body, and items on his body into black lightning. In this state he consumes the electricity he has stored at faster rate. While in this state he is immune to physical attacks and is only affected by energy-based attacks. Another perk of being in this form is that he can enter electronics, though if he entered something complex, i.e a computer or phone he’d fry the electronic to the point where only an individual whose power revolved around building technology beyond what normal humans could can fix it. Though nothing happens if he goes through power lines or normal cables. While in this form his speed is enhanced greatly, allowing him to move at 100 MPH. Traveling through wires though allow him to appear anywhere where electricity can reach almost instantly.

**Weaknesses:** - All of Leon’s powers revolve around him having electricity absorbed so if he runs out, he’s basically a normal human with higher than average reaction speeds. Leon’s power has traded utility for pure power. Leon cannot do anything that normal lightning can do, and only serves to destroy things.
