"Well, i suppose the first thing to do is ask if anyone got bit while trying to run?" He says as he looks around, after studying the faces he gets the feeling no one did, but they could be hiding their pain well, it's their response that would alert him. "And if you're not bit, did you get hurt in any other way?" Just as he finished asking there was a terrible scream from outside, someone must have tried to hide somewhere else and had been found. Matt closes his eyes and rubs his face. Why did it have to happen like this? He thinks.
To take her mind off of what was going on outside, she studied the people stuck in this hellhole with her. The most noticeable one was a child. Though he looked a little strange with his hair, there was no denying he was a child. As she scanned the small room, she saw two similar looking girls. One of them had blue highlights in her hair. Not seated very far from one of the girls was a blonde headed girl. Another noticeable person was a very tall man that had a blue mohawk. He seemed very intimidating. She snapped her head to a man who was sighing and mumbling. He seemed normal enough. He then spoke up asking if anybody had gotten bit or hurt. She tugged at her shirt sleeve, pulling it down over her forearm. She wasn't bitten, but a woman who had tried to drag her down with her scratched her arm pretty badly. It was bleeding quite a bit, but she didn't want to draw any unnecessary attention to her self and stayed quiet, glancing around at the other inhabitants of this hell.
Izzy kept her eyes closed so she wouldn't psycho analyze anybody. She had a bad habit of doing that. Then one of the guys spoke asking if anyone had been bitten or hurt. She sighed and said "No i haven't been bitten." And to prove it she rolled up her sleeves she sighed and looked down. "And i suppose we should get introductions out of the way, I'm Izzy Ladore..... Hello" she said to everyone with a little smile and half wave.
"I'm fine," she told the dark haired young man, who had seemed to assume the role of leader. She looked at the others, hoping that if any were bitten they would confess and save them all another thing to worry about. Another young man pacing back and forth replied soon after her. "Nope," was his answer. She guessed that he wasn't the talkative type and couldn't blame him. This whole situation made even her want to curl up in a ball and melt away.
Just then a high scream pierced the air, making both the blonde and introvert cringe. Nobody wanted to think about what was happening outside right now. A deep sigh escaped the male's lips as he continued to pace, not responding to much else. He had no idea what the one girl had said and doubted that anybody did. Another girl introduced herself as Izzy. James wasn't sure how he was supposed to tell her apart from the other dark haired girl with a similar wardrobe/style.
"James," he replied, finally sitting down and hoping that it would calm his nerves.
"Call me Tegan," the blonde told the group, eying them up again. If there was any hope for them, she figured she should get to know their basic personalities and how they fought. If they could fight that is. If they couldn't, they were practically a dead weight to manage. She guessed that the kid wouldn't be much help, and though fierce looking, the guy named James wasn't doing much at the moment. Outside she could hear the zombies pounding and steady moan of the infected. It was unsettling and she looked at the ceiling in hopes of drowning it all out.
The Cold Steel touched his Neck Down to His Chest, The Necklace He was Gifted For Absolutely no, Existing Reason Hung Around his Neck. The Concealed Sort of Switch Blade Attachment of his Remained Attached to the Necklace and Touched, Where the Peak of his Rib Cage was, About 3/4's Of the Way Up his Torso.
Some Lady who was Also Playing with her Arm and or Sleeve Finally Spoke up. " No i haven't been bitten. And to prove it." Her Blood Touched Sleeve was Then Rolled up and Reviled No Injuries or Blood, It Seemed Fairly Normal seeing as how it looked like a Heavy Fabric and was Only Just Barley Touched by Such Liquids.
"And I suppose we should get introductions out of the way, I'm Izzy Ladore..... Hello" She Should had Said Acquainted..I suppose we should get Acquainted...... Not To Menti- Viper Flinched From Izzy's Half Wave and his Hair Parted Left Reveling his Right Eye Momentarily as he Slowly trying to Move Back to the way he Was Unnoticed. He didn't notice it Before but there seemed to be a Man Pacing. He needs to calm down.... Honestly if he's not bitten then he needs to calm down and be Grateful he's Alive. "James"
The Now siting Man Said. Did I miss Something? "Call me Tegan" Everyone Seems so Worried..... Like My Oh My, the Worse Case Scenario We Either Kill our Selves or Get Killed....Maybe Even Survive some time But Really? Whats to Fear? Does this Honestly Turn Your Brain inside out? There has to be Something After this and If there's not then It's Just a Dream he Awaken From, Not Remembering The Next Minute. I Suppose that Is a Long Shot or Possibly a False Assumption but Honestly They Shouldn't be so Shaken Up about this... I honestly need to stop judging people... They Probably made Friends there that were lost in that Struggle...And.......Family... Vipers Mood Suddenly became More Dark, Sad, Angry, Just so many Overwhelming Emotions inside that all Spawned from the Same Memory of Words Written in Blood on the Wall outside his Bedroom.
"Viper Faye~." He Spoke Fairly Quickly And Loud Enough to be Heard with a Tint to his Voice Making it Seem as Though he's Annoyed. Wanting to Look like he Barley Cares about the Living Dead or Flesh Eaters outside Viper Began Wiping the Blood Off his Arms and onto the Bottom of His Jogging Pants. He Honestly Though Waned to Go Lay in the Corner with his Silk Scarf Covering him like a Blanket and Cry Himself to Sleep Silently. Knowing this Wouldn't Help anything What So Ever he Fought back his Urge and Continued his Almost Meaningless Task.
It's Not like he could be Afraid of Blood, He only Helped People and People are Full of Blood. Including Himself which is no Difference from anyone Ells, his Heart Still Pumps Blood Around his Body and To get Oxygen and Become Enriched with it.

Little Did Viper Acknowledge he Probably had Expressions On his Face through out the Entire Conversations that All were happening. He didn't notice Until Now when Two Tears Snuck there ways From the Tear Ducts that belonged to him Sad Memories and Dramatic Stress that they'd Just Barley Escaped from. He'd Felt the Tears only when they'd Made their way down to his Checks, From there he Quickly Wiped them Away with his Scarf Hopping no one would Notice.
Vipers head Rested on his Arm with the Water Bottle in his Left hand uncapped.
Sitting back down, she opened the water bottle and took a gulp from it. While not cool, the liquid felt good after booking it into the safehouse and stressing over life and death. She had commandeered the only can opener and used it to open her peas. She looked at them and grimaced a bit. She really didn't want to eat this, but she needed food now before she turned into Godzilla and tried to rip everyone's heads off without reason so much as wanting their brains. She slid the can opener into the middle of the room in case anyone else needed it.
James meanwhile just stayed sitting. He didn't have much of an appetite at the moment. He hated seeing people being ripped open and killed in front of him, hated that he didn't know what to do, didn't know any of these people. He was used to living by his brother's side, performing at small gigs and experimenting in other media such as filmmaking. Now, that was all behind him and he was stuck with a group of people who seemed as different from each other as a duck is from an elephant.
Everybody seemed to noticed Viper's sarcastic comment after Matt asked about weapons and stated that they needed to leave. Tegan currently had no more than her fist and her foot, both of which could fend off a zombie, but not destroy it. The man with the blue hair also had no weapon and thus, no means of protection other than anything they could find here.
James kept his mouth shut, knowing the kid was as freaked out as he was. But Teagan, who could be equally as sarcastic, decided to speak up. "Cool the sarcasm, kid," she told him flatly. His idea wasn't half bad, but it still required them to go and find a car first. She wasn't risking her butt to find one.

She walked over to where the de facto leader, Matt, had opened a container filled with food and water. She grabbed for a bottle of water which pulled her sleeve up just enough to show the bleeding wound. Realizing, she quickly jerked the sleeve down, grabbed a piece of jerky with her other hand, and prayed that nobody took notice of the blood steadily seeping down onto the floor.
She went back to her corner and sat, though not as far away as from the others as before. She was closest to the girl with blond hair who had grabbed a can of peas. She revealed a face as she opened her peas that clearly said she hated them. She watched as one of the girls, Maria she thought, mention she knew where they could find a car. Setting a car alarm would be difficult, especially if the military had deployed EMP's and Li-Na thought it best to mention this fact saying, "Do you know what E.M.P's are? It will be more difficult to find an older car that does not operate solely from electricity that has a car alarm, don't you think?" Her words didn't come as smoothly as she had wished them, but at least they were understandable. She looked around seeking someone who would agree with her.
Matt let the girl go back to her spot before turning around and looking into a small cabinet that had a red cross on it. He hears Li-na begin to ask about EMP's. "Well, lets think about that. If by some chance an EMP did go off, the car wouldn't have gone off in the first place. Most cars on the street are newer models now so it would be rare to find a car that wouldn't have been affected. Secondly, that would be mess up ways for people to communicate. Without communication people wouldn't know what to do and be able to find safety." To prove his point he takes a small radio out of the cabinet and begins to fiddle with it until he gets the station that is repeating a message of safe zones still in operation, luckily Chicago is still active but nothing closer. "So there you have it, no Electromagnetic pulses." He grabs a first aid kit and then very quickly crosses the room to Li-na. "I can understand that you are scared," He says as crouches in front of her. "But I saw the fresh blood on your arm. Let me see it and tell me what happened, but since you haven't turned yet I am going to assume that it isn't a bite, people turn rather quickly." Matt says this loud enough so everyone knows that it isn't a bite.

"Well maybe being able to see more would help with planning our escape." He climbs the stairs and cautiously steps onto the second floor and from the dim light coming from the first floor he sees a door on his right. When he opens it the room is messy but a window is letting light in he walks in and looks out the window at looks at the zombies outside. The horde is still around the house, and although he didn't expect anything different, Matt still sighs at the sight of the undead. "I like a good puzzle, but not ones that will kill me if I fail it" He looks past the horde and looks at the area but doesn't see much that could help them right now and the cars in the street are to close to be set off.
