In the training rooms of Hi, people from outside, watched a bolt of flame race towards a well known flame trainer. The villagers princess was training, and it was quiet the sight to see. It reassured those who watched them, that they were in good hands. Strong hands. "Suzaku...why don't we take a break?" Kaze, a blaziken and trainer, asked calmly, eying her flared body [Flare Blitz] in worry. "We've been training for quiet a bit" The female arcanine wiped her forehead, and gave a grin despite her tattered state. "You're just worried that I'll beat you~ You little fried chicken" Kaze mocked a glare as Suzaku pressed on with the teasing, only to stop at the sound of a light cough. "Ahem.." Turning her attention towards the door, she spotted Lug, who she knew so well. Her father's adviser.
"Is there anything you need..?" Kaze asked, and Suzaku nodded in curiosity, worried if anything happened to her father and hoped for good news.
Lug bowed a bit towards the princess, and nodded in respect towards the flaming trainer. "You're father has requested your presence Suzaku." At this, her eyes flared with joy, and she couldn't restrain a smile. Glancing towards Kaze, she stuck out her tongue. "You're lucky. Fried Chicken" And with that, she quickly and swiftly left the room, leaving Lug and Kaze alone. The two males exchanged amused glances, before saying their goodbyes. The heatmor ran out of the room. "Please slow down Princess." Lug panted, trying to catch up to her speed. Though Suzaku didn't heed to the request, she missed her father too much, and wished to see him more then anything.
"I don't think you should see him like that." She stopped subtly, and looked down at herself. Her skin was dusted with ash, and her training clothes were ripped and tattered. Don't even mention the hair. "You think so Lug..?" Suzaku asked, worriedly, wondering what her father would think. Would he really care? The heatmor nodded while catching his breath. "Maybe you're right...Um where is father right now?"
"In his chambers."
Suzaku began to think for a second and nodded. "Well you may leave me now, Ill go to my father's room after I change." Lug nodded, and bowed down in response, before leaving her to be.
Watching his back disappear, she raced towards her room, dodging the servants and maids. 'What to wear, what to wear!' The arcanine panicked, scanning her large dresser. She didnt want to look like a mess in her father's presence, but at the same time, she really didn't like formal clothing.. "I guess this one will do." Picking out an outfit, she slipped it on, and saw that it was a dress. The ends reached her knees, and the material was simple and thin. The color theme was like a fire blazing, and it didn't look too bad. Nodding in satisfaction, she again raced out of the room, and slowed down near her fathers. Dusting off any ash, and soothing down her hair, she exhaled, and began to open the door slowly. "Father..?" She whispered, and entered the room. In that second, she spotted her fathers familar face, asleep on his bed, his face calm and undisturbed. A soft smile graced her lips, as she observed her father in his peaceful state. ITs been awhile since she seen him, and it was the first in awhile to see him asleep. Looking closely, she saw distinguishing signs of stress, and she frowned. "Oh father...you never sleep do you.." She sighed, and sat on the bed. Deciding not to wake him up, she laid down next to him, staring up at the ceiling. 'I guess i'll wait..'
In the crowded guild, one was seen unmoving. Electra, the jolteon, rested against a long wooden pole which held the guild's roofs up. Her hood casted a shadow over her closed eyes, as she, supposedly, slept. Though with ease, she noticed the noise level increase. Peering up, her bright yellow eyes shot through the shadows of her hood, and began to scan the crowd. There was the source. Her guild master. She has returned. A little smile casted away on her lips, as she watched the master leave. Members around her all laughed in joy, telling of the many tales of Koya. How she saved many, and how generous she was. Which was all true. Kicking off the pole, Electra let her hood fall, revealing her face. Gold, bristling hair that seem to hurt to touch and bright golden eyes that caught anyone attention, that was her. Maneuvering through the crowd, she watched the 2nd leader enter the office. 'Must be something important.' Electra tilted her head, watching the door close in a deftly shut.
In the great, and broad forest of Kuza, it was silent, excluding the sound of the wind. Shadows from the clouds over casted the trees, showing a sign of great disturbance. The cherrubis disappeared under their leaves, while other pokemon left to find their homes and children. It was all quiet. The trees shifted eerily, while the sun was limited to its shine in the dark forest, only small patches of light were seen on the ground. This was the first sign and everyone knew it. The sign of war.
Immediately after the villagers went off, a sudden charge of pokemon jumped through the large branches, and some lopped across the grass, leaving the lightest of sounds. Some of them stopped near a gate, nodding towards some breloom who stood guard. "Who are you and what is your business here.." One asked, eying the hooded figures suspiciously while another pointed his spear as a threat. Quietly, one stepped forward, and pulled down her hood, causing eyes to widen. The queen. The two guards hastily bowed. "I apologize Queen Antheia!" The queen shook her head, and smiled lightly. "Its alright, you were only doing your job, but if we may enter, me and these patrollers all have business to get done." The two nodded, stepping aside quickly, allowing all to race inside to attend to their jobs. Leaving Antheia with the guards. "There are more of are patrollers coming so please allow them in."
"Of course."
Nodding, Antheia disappeared from her spot in a flicker, before appearing near her chambers. Her speed is what she was known for, as well as her grace and finesse. "As expected, your speed is still in tip-top shape.."
Antheia remained unfazed, and she merely spoke calmly, glancing at a shadowed corner near her windows. "What are you doing in my chambers Rafe..?" She smiled calmly, watching a roserade, her soilder's trainer and adviser, step out of the darkness, a mask adorning his face. "Just to check on you, news of your arrival has spread like a wild fire."
"I see.." It suddenly went quiet, but Rafe took it to break the silence. "Did you find anything during the patrol?"
Antheia sighed, and shook her head. "No, the boundaries have been left alone, but I'm afraid war is really coming upon us..." The roserade nodded quietly, clearly worried of this predicament. "What has the other kingdoms says about this..?" The queen bit her lip in frustration. "Nothing, we are in too much of mess to communicate without breaking out in a fight." "The guild..?"
She remained silent, and simply dropped in her chair, hoping to relax for once. It was Rafe's turn to say 'I see' before turning away to do this job. "Wait."
The roserade stopped immediately. "Yes?"
"Where is my son..?"
"Im not sure...why?"
"..I want to see him, if you see him, please ask him to see me."
"Of course." And with that, Rafe left her alone, in her dark chambers. She noticed this little change, and looked around. The windows provided no real light, seeing how it was outside, and usually the sun was their only light.. This defiantly gloomed her mood a bit. Everything in Kuza was usually so bright.. the sun warming their homes and the trees swinging in a welcoming dance. But today, the sun seem to hide from war, and the trees seem angered.
Feeling some sun light from the small round skylight abover her flicker upon her face, she closed her eyes, and relaxed on the chair in the dark room.
