There was a number of defunct robots she had to take apart today. Eventually she could use the parts to make new ones to help out in the scrapyard. To unscrew one screw, the tip of her finger popped off and a drill tip came out. She then used it top loosen the screw. Eventually if she had to, she would cut apart panels with a built in saw or use a laser for the thick parts. Everything was going as routine though. She hoped the others woudl show up soon.

Sarah opened her eyes, staring at the ceiling for a few moments before getting up. She did her routine check, looking over her body for anything that might be broken or loose, then did a quick internal check. Everything was working fine, so she got dressed. Sarah opened the door into the outside, raising her arm to block out the sun. Not that is was that bright, nor was her eyes unable to compensate, it was simply... Reflex? She saw others do it, so who knew... She grabbed her cannon and started walking.
She walked around the scrapyard, using basic patrol proceedings, when she spotted a friendly face. Well, hair, but close enough. She walked up to Nea and leaned next to a large panel next to her silently, not making a sound as usual. She was pretty sure that Nea didn't notice her, but she'd notice sooner or later. She always did.

However, about an hour later, activating on the dot, was the ever so diligent GloBOT. However, despite having a fully functional set of limbs and appendages, his delicate frame was never meant for the movement and transport of scrap materials. But where he lacked in functionality, he made up for in computing power. While there were so many things that were thrown away, they all went to seperate places. Motherboards had to be taken to disassemblers for extracting their gold content, while computers had their own disassemblers to seperate plastic, glass, silver, gold and. A robot's shell usually is made fully of plastic or various metals, while androids may have chemicals used for synthetic skin, and broken parts always had to be sorted by fixed ones. There was no way a robot like EMERA, built for strength, had any room for computers that could examine all the various properties of the junk it found and sort them into hundreds of different piles. However, GloBot, programmed with the ability to identify and sort all kinds of office papers and identify and terminate junk male found this sort of work rather simple.
Thus began their teamwork. One moves stuff while the other identifies it. While GloBot doesn't appreciate EMERA's clumsiness and EMERA finds GloBot annoying, they have made a sort of worker's bond, even though GloBot knew very well it broke the law about being friends with your coworkers, as opposed to being friendly, but neither have really observed it.
Although, something happened that day. As EMERA pulled a hunk of trash out of the mounds of scrap, something unusual among it stuck out. A steel cube, about the size of a rubic's cube. GloBot picked it up to examine it with his visual scanners, identifying it as hallow, but without any other information. GloBot warbled something unintelligible to EMERA, who responded with a moan, not so different from a whale's call. GloBot answered, placing a fist in his hand and narrowing his mechanical eyelid. EMERA responded with a whoop, positioning himself in an attack pose over the cube, while GloBot seemed to have an evil chuckle. Fists together, the hulking machine pounded on the cube, but it deflected his fists. GloBot did a distorted 'Huh?' as the stronger robot continued pounding, until the cube disintegrated into a black dust. The two robots celebrated, feeling rather accolished about the feat of strength obliterating the object, before turning back to work.
However, the dust sat there, but it seemed to move, like a bunch of microscopic ants, as it grew slowly. It was unnoticeable at first, until GloBot stepped in it, the pile, or rather, puddle, being four times it's original size. It clung to GloBot's foot, causing GloBot to start trying to scrape the black goop off with his hand. It struck to his hand, but it didn't come off. EMERA noticed his trouble and attempted to pull the goop off with his magnet, but instead, GloBot stuck to it. It warm led something angerly as EMERA let him off, and instead curiously grabbed the goop with his magnet it being pulled easily.
But then GloBot noticed something; the goop was eating away at his hand and foot. Panicked, the two robots started trying all they could to get it off. EMERA smacked his hand against the ground while GloBot ran around, looking for something to scape the stuff off, wanting to protect his frame. EMERA, panicked, ran into a pile of scrap and started pounding at it, making noise like a robotic Japanese drummer, while GloBot's core loved out from it's frame ad started rolling off, his body blindly trying to chase it. The two robots wreaked havoc as they tried to preserve their parts from the black dust-goop eating away at their material.

Nea then turned to Sarah and said: "Anyways, how are you this morning? For me it seems like most mornings: Disassembling and getting rid of nanobots that attack conventional metals. If I only found the alloy most of my body was made up, I could make those two nanobot resistance. But the alloy is harder to find than natural platinum."

After EMERA dropped the GloBot in front of the human mechanic, the two readily waited to be treated, hovering like two children waiting to be treated for bee stings. With immediate treatment, EMERA would be fine, with only a slightly warped hand, but GloBot would end up with a limp and barley even a finger. Though, fortunately, his core was safe.

There are very very many parts you have to have to make a robot. Kind of like humans., except, a lot more complicated.. Isabella jotted down onto her journal, holding a burnt out piece of CPU between her legs. But the the most important parts are the ones that help computers think, like the CPUs. CPU's are like the Left side of a brain, and help computers with language and knowledge. Today, I'm going to try and find a left side of a computer's brain, that controls it's emotions and personality! Wish me luck~ Isabella placed her pen in between the pages and closed her journal. She placed it and the CPU board in a slot in her backpack, zipped it up and got ready to do just as she wrote.
Isabella wasn't afraid to get her hands a little dirty while trying to find unused computer chips. Though, she was afraid to meet an actually alive one. She had heard so many rumors about the robots at junk yard, how they might start a rebellion and take over the world. Of course, even to her, this didn't sound very realistic because it would go against one of the Robot laws. Though, Isabella just wants to make sure, just so, you know, she can hide in her basement before it all begins.
Isabella had just found a curious little packet of computer chips, hardly even opened. She couldn't read what it said, but she was sure she could figure it out at home. Just as she was putting it away, she began to hear... mumbling? Oh no, that wasn't it. A giant machine came jogging by before you could say "Hide!" Isabella crouched down quickly behind a pile of organized scraps, and was just barely small enough to be concealed. Her heart raced at the thought of being smashed in an instant, but, it seemed as if she wasn't noticed. She couldn't see very well, but it sounded like it was far off now. She came out of concealment a little and saw it joining up with another and two... Humans? Isabella tilted her head a little, curious of this. What were they all doing? It looked like one was treating the two robots. Isabella placed her hand on the scrap pile to give her some support, but it was unbalanced and a few sheets fell off and clanged into another. Isabella gasped and was up and out of there in a second, thinking it might be better to just go home early today.

Sarah watched, in her usual emotionless state, the robot known as EMERA run up, carrying the one known as GloBot. These were probably her more favorite robots, although. As EMERA approached, however, Sarah caught a slight bit of movement... She switched to x-ray, her eyes changing to a pure grey, spotting the small human crouching, glancing at them. She waited until she looked away before silently rolling away, careful not to alert her companions that she was gone, and lightly ran across the junk, making close to no noise as she jumped the pile the human was hiding behind just as she started leaving.
Sarah landed a few feet behind her, pulling out her katana and pointing it at the girl. "What is your reason for your presence in this area?" Sarah said, the blade inches from her face. "I have no wish to harm you."

"What is your reason for your presence in this area?"
Isabella froze almost instantly at the mechanical voice, to which she once thought was human. She had hardly any time to turn and guess how the thing had moved so fast from place to place, but it was made perfectly clear by the point of her sword that Isabella was caught. "I-I.. I.. W-w..." The poor little thing stuttered, trying to regain a firm understatement on what was happening. Her eyes drifted up to the Android's face, and for a moment, she seemed fine. Then like ice falling into a pitcher of hot water, she cracked and began bursting with apologies. "I-I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to! I-I didn't...! " She cried, covering her mouth and trying to keep the blade as far from her cheeks as possible."I'm sorry, I'm sorry.." Her mind began racing with all kinds of possibilities. "I didn't mean to, Please don't..don't..." She drifted off, before finally falling over to the side and fainting.

Sarah watched the girl fall, moving the blade with her until five seconds after she fell before frowning. She put the sword away, staring at the girl, then crouching in front of her face. This has never happened before, she was expecting some form of resistance, not instant fainting. She poked her in the face a few times to no effect, then picked her up before looking around, confused as what to do exactly, before deciding that Nea would know what to do. Or at least, she'd better know what to do...
Sarah took off, climbing a large pile of rubble with no problem and spotting where Nea was, quickly sprinting up to her. "Nea." Sarah said. Her voice, rarely used anyway, had a small sense of urgency.

".....unless you spot them carrying a weapon themselves. Okay?"
Isabella came to consciousness to the sound of those words. Her eyes flickered around for a moment, observing and attempting to remember. Her eyes fell onto the woman with the sword and her panicking immediately resumed.
"N-no, wait! Y-you can't kill me yet!" Isabella pleaded. "I didn't do anything..! I.. I... I have to go home.." Isabella was near passing out again, but with the thought that Androids were going to eat out her brains if she didn't stay awake, she stayed conscious. Izzy placed the palm of her hand on her forehead and tried not to convince herself she was still knocked out or something, anything to keep from loosing what was left of her cool. "I-I didn't.. I didn't know.." She took one last look around at the robots before decided to keep quiet.

The two were about to start celebrating and head back to work, when they saw the guard android bring a human over. EMERA brought his face close to it's feet, perhaps a little too close, narrowing in on it like a banana peel in a pile of scrap metal. GloBot stood next to it's head, trying to stand on his toes, unable to gain a good visual point due to his small stature. GloBot used to encounter many humans all the time until his new employment, but EMERA rarely came in contact besides coworkers that may or may not have had augmentations on them. Both of them spoke in their own indistinguishable ways, with a clear confused tone.

Sarah frowned. a rare show of emotion, and set the girl down before taking a step back, hands behind her back. She was never told what the standard procedure was, just to keep order. She couldn't look at Nea. After all, one of the few friends she had in the world just rebuked her. No one else knows this, but that was the first time she's ever been rebuked for her actions. She's always been perfect, never making mistakes. She was designed to not do that sort of thing, and she just made one. She looked at the girl she just set on the ground and bowed, showing her apologizes. "I should not have threatened with lethal force." She said, returning to her emotionless state.

Isabella took a few seconds listening and watching the other two robots observe her. One was the one she saw from earlier, giant and frightening. It came a little too close to her feet and she flinched away, almost glaring at it. That at the least got her attention off of the situation, for a moment.
Nea brought the awareness back again. "My name? It's... I-Isabella. My.." Isabella hesitated for a moment, but when on ahead. "My dad works here. I was just.. just.. exploring." she responded, sniffles interrupting her explanation. "I-I didn't mean to. Please don't tell him.." Isabella was getting a bit curious if weather or not these two were human. She knew for fact that the other two in the back weren't, but... At this point, she'd rather be caught by something that couldn't expose where she went off to rather than something that could. If these women wouldn't kill her, her father might.

"But that they have a surveillance video of the murder with a silhouette dismembering a person without a clearly visible weapon and then cutting a policeman down the middle might spark widespread fear in the area. The reporter said that even the policemans gun was cleanly cut in half. The weapon could be an ultra sharp cutting tool or even a laser." Nea continued. The owner then said: "Then I will need you here to guard and maybe her (Sarah) too." "I live in the scrapyard, don't you remember? I have an apartment made up of four shipping containers here." Nea replied.

GloBot, to draw attention to himself, climbed up on Nea's work bench, and clearing it's nonexistent throat, he began to list off all kinds of tasks he could preform, more technical things such as surveillance an whatnot, but no human would ever have any idea what he was actually saying, it's voice not being anything more than warbling and squawking of which sounded absolutely nonsensical to under-equipped audio processors. Nonetheless, he listed his abilities with pride.
