Introduction
In the days of yore, long before any can recount, there were 3 deeply-rooted, 3 very strong, kingdoms occupying an island nation. At the beginning, there were only two factions that occupied the mainland, the other taking residency on a western isle….and, it was also at this time, that the main section was equally portioned off to each King. However, this was to all change in drastic measures soon enough. To the north, sporting a banner of crimson and silver, was Vermillia, a country well known for their rash and severe behaviors. To the south was Halcyon, the house of green and gold vibrancies, holding a reputation for being the sly ones, the snakes amongst court. Finally, there was Berylic, the island nation of calm and collected people, their signatures being of navy and pearl. Needless to say, this eclectic medley was doomed for failure and chaos the second it appeared in history’s span, each nation in disjoint with it’s neighbors... especially so when those under the house of Berlylic were not even human.

Within a few years of oppressing the Tarnish into obedience, the King of Vermillia set out on a quest to expand his land. Without warning, without hesitation, the banner of crimson and silver launched a raid on their southern neighbors, on Halcyon. The latter, while being the sly and cunning snakes, had little chance to push back the advances..unless they asked for an allyship with Berylic. However, already foreseeing the doomed outcome and being the weakest of the three, they denied with haste. As such, the spite within Halcyon flared towards the peaceful island nation and, before the first snowfall had arrived on icy wings, they fell to the power of red. Of course, Vermillia was benevolent enough to relinquish their complete hold on the lesser kingdom’s identity, still allowing for the conquered to rule as normal….under supervision, that is.
As this war for land was unravelling, a new sort of battle was well on it’s way to being developed. A struggle of lust and emotion. The Queen of Vermillia soon fell prey to cupid’s bow for Berylic’s Third Prince, a passion forbidden by law….and that very happiness was quickly put to an end. The Red King immediately discovered his wife’s unfaithfulness, rage and envy consuming his thoughts. With Halcyon as an eager ally and the Tarnish as brute force, Vermillia declared a war with Berylic, a war that would, ultimately, end up destroying the latter for good.
Unfortunately, history was to repeat itself through the acts of love once more. Halcyon's only princess, their only bargaining chip, became entranced with Berylic’s First Prince, their love far more intense and pure than the past lovers’. Without hesitation, the Princess fled to the island nation and the couple quickly consummated their foreverness with a child. Viewed not only as a traitor but as filth, the runaway Princess was targeted as an enemy to the King of Halcyon and was annihilated with the entirety of Berylic…. without the King of Vermillia’s knowledge.
Fate has an interesting way of playing out it’s deviously cruel tricks, wouldn’t you agree? This time, it wasn’t the death of pure love or the extinction of an ancient race, but through the arrival of a half-blood child. Aged two years, the product of the traitor Princess was delivered to courts of Halcyon by a loyal Demoni servant and an Oracle nursemaid. Not having the cruelty to destroy his only grandchild, despite the overpowering Seer blood running through her veins, the King of Halcyon made arrangements to hide the girl from the public’s eye.
Meanwhile, as the young princess grew from a toddler to a young lady, the Kingdom of Green began it’s ascension to rule. The old King of Vermillia was progressively becoming more and more frail with each passing eve, his days, as well as his Kingdom’s, rapidly dwindling. Then, it happened, a joyous occasion; the King of Red finally passed on. Unfortunately, Halcyon wasn’t swift enough to act and the youngest prince of the north rose to sit atop of Bloodied Chair. A mere lad at the age of 17, his cruelty was already well known as stripped even more power from Halcyon, a display of his dominance as ruler.

Now at 16, the impurely blooded princess has been spotted, the rumours of her existence rushing through the lands like fire consuming dry sage. With curiosity and sadistic control in mind, the young King has made a demand of his subordinate territory to relinquish the hidden Princess’s hand in marriage to him…. and a threat on her life should they attempt rebellion. With no say in the matter, the ruler of Halcyon agreed to the commands, helpless to provide protection to his only granddaughter.

- Typically plain-looking, hair colours indicate the levels of “purity” and class. For example, peasants usually have brown hair whereas nobles only sport black or white.
- Often develop trademark skills (ei: hunting, cooking, sewing) that is unique to their own being.
- Humans, in this world, live to be up to 120 years {give or take}.

- Often they are mixed with another species and it is displayed in their outward appearance (ei: ears, tails, fangs, slitted pupils, etc).
- Has a trademark power of physical manifestation (ei: water manipulation, fire manipulation, etc) that is unique to their own being.
- Most only serve a single master for the entirety of that human’s life.
- Lives to be up to 210 years.
- All Demoni have peaked physical conditions.

- Only possesses psionic abilities (ei: reading pasts/futures, mind linking, etc).

Violent and sadistic, this was the youngest prince out of all of his brothers. When his father passed on, a duel was held between the 4 siblings and this was the young man who came out on top. In all honesty, he doesn’t view the bride-to-be as a human {more or less like his plaything} though he is quite protective of what he claims as his. However, he does have some redeeming qualities {quite caring at times and loves to tease others} but those are often lost when his abusive traits come into light.

Winning the second spot in the duel between his brothers, this man was the most likely candidate for becoming the next King. Charming and snarky with a brilliant mind, many would say that his cocky trait is an asset. However, much like his youngest brother {the King} he has quite violent fits due to his temper and holds the greatest disgust for the Berylics. In fact, he is happy his father has annihilated them! In regards to the Halcyon Princess, he believes there to be something off with her and is quite eager to find out what.

Married to the quiet beauty of Princess 1, his wife from a faraway land, one would think that constantly smiling man is quite content. However, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Behind his sunny demeanor, this man despises the New King and Princess 1. After all, he was forced into an arranged marriage..and, while he will never outright tell either of them his true loathing nature, he is hoping that they will both perish away sometime soon.

The slacker of the family, there isn’t a single care on this young man’s mind. Flirty, overly sexual and a fond lover of women and alcohol, it doesn’t take much more than a pretty face to catch his attention. Despite the New King’s warnings, Prince 3 has taken an interest in the Bride-to-be, excited to have a new plaything other than Princess 1 in the castle.

Firmly struck with Cupid’s arrow, she claims that Prince 2 is her true love, her soulmate..and she refuses to allow her eyes to stray. Overall though, she is the true image of a lady; reserved, shy, and gentle.

The hidden princess, the one never meant to be seen by the sun’s light, this girl is part Seer. However, due to that side of her bloodline, the Berylic heritage is far more dominant leading her to possess the powers of her annihilated people. Disobedient and opinionated about every matter, she’s far from the lady that the New King wanted or was expecting. Despite her rough mannerisms and her love for “manly” activities, she is still quite sheltered and innocent about the world. In fact, it is to such a degree that she doesn’t even know about the truth of her blood or parents.

The loyal Tarnish, this creature follows the Bride-to-Be everywhere. Silent, observant, and blunt, he isn’t afraid to tread on toes {even those of the New King} if it’s for the sake of protecting his precious princess..hell, he would even raise a blade to any of the Princes’ throats if it came down to it!

So please, just reserve~ Also, this is not a first come, first serve role-play and you might have to compete for your spot should another person show interest. - {Two Days} || You only have two {2} days to submit your characters, and four {4} to complete it. If not complete by day four {4}, I will give your position away... unless you contact me beforehand with a good excuse for not being finished, that is.
- {Literacy} || Not only will I be looking for details in your character sheet, but proper grammar and spelling as well. This role-play is to be literate, meaning posts are to be kept at a minimum of 150+ words.. Now, I know we are not perfect and we all make mistakes but if you cannot use a proper spell check, it will reflect within your character sheet! So please, be at least semi-literate with the capability to post at minimum one hundred and fifty words {150}.
- {Explicit Content & Etc.} || Of course Romance is encouraged..it is the best thing ever! Gore may also pop up in here a few times. Drama is allowed in character >but not in the OOC...unless it is playful< Yes, Swearing can be used, but please don't go overboard..also, that includes "intimate" relationships. Please, take it to the PMs if you wish.. just don't blind us~
- {Anime} || Yes, Anime. I will not accept a character if it isn't in anime-style. And please don't use different pictures for a character, I want it to look neat. If you have a problem finding a FC, just ask me for help. Also..while we are on the topic about anime, put down the last anime you've watched and bold the third {3rd} letter in it's title when reserving to show you have read the rules.
- {Commitment} || I am aware that we all have lives outside of role-playing and our computer screens. Some of us either attend school or have a full-time job, sometimes both. All I ask is that you post at least twice a week. If, for any reason, you find yourself unable to post for x-amount of time, please notify me. I do not bite, I do not get angry, however; should you fail to notify me of your departure, I will boot you out of the role-play. I am also aware that some of us may be in other role-plays, and I understand those come first. Notification of departure and how much time you'll be gone is all I ask for.
