Shinn Kurogane's Story

"Tomorrow, you leave, huh?" The girl nodded. "Sorry, Shinn. I really have to go somewhere to get money for us to live." She apologized. The black-haired boy sighed. "It's alright." Then he looked closely. "Hey, Sachi, are you crying?" "H-Huh?" the girl asked. Tears were indeed falling from her eyes. "H-Haha.... I guess... I couldn't bear the pain, huh?" The girl then proceeded to wipe away her tears. "I didn't t-think it would be so hard, separating ways.... Be a good kid, okay, Shinn..?" Sachi told him between sobs.

He nodded, a sad smile appearing on his face. "I will...... Onee-chan."

Shinn woke up with a jolt. "Mr. Kurogane! Pay attention, will you?" the teacher scolded him. "Yeah, yeah, sir." Shinn waved him off like it was nothing. The teacher sighed between returning to his lesson. Shinn didn't even bother paying attention- He was a straight-A student.

He sighed deeply. "Sachi, Ayase, where are you guys when I need you?" he muttered to himself. Ayase was his friend from another school. She constantly hung around him, trying to cheer him up. He also noticed that she had a fondness for origami works. Every time he asked her, she would respond, "It's just intriguing that someone can make something out of little pieces of paper."

Finally, class was over. His head hit the table instantly, causing pain to jolt through his brain. He didn't care. Just as long as he was asleep, it was alright.

But just as he was falling into the land of dreams, someone called out to him. "Oh for God's sake! What is it!?"

"Alex?" The person whispered to the blond boy on their left side.

"Oh for God's sake! What is it?" Alex yelled to the person in front of Shinn. It appeared they made the mistake of beginning to ask for something. Alice was on the right side of the victim of yelling, and flinched away, with tears rolling down her face afterward.

"Please stop yelling..." Alice said quietly while curling up into a ball and covering her ears. She began sobbing loudly. It always hurt her ears when someone talked loudly or yelled.

Alex rushed over to try and calm his sister, but as he began to hug her, she pushed him away. Hard. "D-Don't touch me!" She yelled, and realizing she was now the center of attention, she ran out of the classroom.
