Jeong had noticed that Kiyoko started acting strangely, but he didn't have a chance to say something before mom and dad across the table reacted at lightning speed to make sure she was okay!
At Kazuo's comment of wanting to carry Kiyoko to the nurse's office, Jeong stood up suddenly and put his hands down on the table.
Jeong was visibly angry and talking in a tone that seemed much too angry for such a small thing. Why would he be reacting in such an over-the-top way over someone obviously just trying to help?

Hey! She doesn't need your pruney hands all over her, sharkboy! Don't think you can be all sneaky like that! Kiyoko-chan is a strong, independent young woman, and if she says she's fine, she's fine!

Satomi was very concerned for Kiyoko as well as Kazuo was apparently. Even though she knew Kazuo well enough to know he probably wasn't implying anything,.. it bugged her.
'It'd probably be easy to carry her with how small she is...I bet he couldn't even lift me..' She thought to herself sadly.
Satomi shook her head clearing the body shaming thoughts out as she smiled at Kiyoko.
"I'm sorry to hear about the car accident, but I'm glad you came out safe. If you would prefer to leave it be that's okay."
She spoke stepping back a bit knowing all the attention may be a little much for the little lady.
"but, if you want to go to see the nurse you don't have to go alone." she said comfortingly, giving her a thumbs up.
As they stood around her Jeong got heated and yelled unhappy with Kazuo. "Jeong, calm down." Satomi spoke placing her hand on his shoulder worriedly.

As Kiyoko spoke of the accident Kazuo felt a sadness for her in his heart. The suddenly Jeong started yelling. Which caused Kazuo to step back a bit and look at the other man. "I meant no harm. Just that, I feared she would have trouble navigating on her own. . ." Then it hit him. "Oh my, I meant no ill intent Miss Kiyoko-San! I wasn't even thinking. . . I was just thinking like a parent would haha.. Sorry." He said with a bow and then he ran a hand through his hair. He found Kiyoko to be very sweet and even quite cute, but the only one he'd ever try anything with would be Satomi.
His eyes went to her and he bowed again to her. "Forgive my actions as well." He said worried that he may have offended her as well. He really needed to remember that he was with other people his age, that he was not their parental figure.
