Setting
The City. A large metropolis with the ocean on the east. It has many districts, including Chinatown, Little Italy, and other ethnic enclaves. (The exact location of the City, include which country it's in, will be left unknown.) The City is completely run by a criminal organization, known as The Big Bad 12. The Mayor does nothing to stop them, and the Police let them get away with whatever they want. The Big Bad 12 do what ever they please. But a few citizen's will challenge The Big Bad 12.

Rules
- No Godmodding or Superpowers (You can have weapons that give you super-like powers. Like a gloves that shoot electricity or something. But this type of thing will only be limited to The Big Bad 12)
- This is a more character driven RP, I would like some interesting characters.
- 18+. There will be a lot of Gore and Cussing, and maybe some Sexual Themes. RP is suppose to be like a Quentin Tarantino movie.
- Anime pics and drawings are preferred, but I'll accept RL.
- Be as literate as possible.
- Be Active
- Only two character per person for now.
