"Of course...I do not like having visitors let alone watching a guest...Come then, we have a long path ahead of us, first e pass through theses caves so prepare to face a bunch of monsters." Selena turned around and began to walk ahead.
Inside the fire caverns, the heat was soon felt. Inside the cave there was lava flowing around and the inside felt warm. All around they could see small monters running around from fire slimes to even goblins. The caves were open and the exit was a fair bit away. However Selena was not even worried in the slightest. "We should be able to get to Sama within a day. The many mosnters are only threats to civilians or untrained soldiers." Selena spoke as she picked up a slime, gave it a small pat before pushing it away.
As the two continued to walk, they would suddenly hear a large amount of footsteps surrounding them. From behin rocks goblins, lots and lots of goblins armed with mallets to swords charge from cover and charge their position yelling at them. Selena does not speak but draws her sword. Looks like getting out of the gave was not going to be simple.
Herobrine Use his tendril explosion attack, it kills all but one goblin, he walks up to that goblin and says "boo" in the most demonic tone, the goblin drops his weapon and runs away, " let's continue walking"
Selena simply sheathes her weapon and continues to walk not bothering to thank him since it was clear any one of them could have easily cleared the massive group of goblins. Soon they could see a light at the end and they could finally see the other side of the cave. However exiting the cave, the light that was shown was really the sun setting to dawn. Of course, they still had a long journey ahead of them. However she got a feeling that something special was happening, she could not understand why but she felt as though fate had something in store for the two of them.
"It truly is...after the war, when everyone saw the sun rise...it was not thoughts about another day of war but instead finally a day of peace. After many years, we fought for our survival together...a shame that not everyone made it..." Selena spoke as she began to remember the past. Those days...it would never be forgotten

Selena turns to face Herobrine. A mysterious man who does not have a home saying that he knows about a war that has scared her and left so many dead. She kept calm, however deep inside she was irritated. "If you do know the war...then tell me the name of the war. And do tell me what they faced. If you know they fought in this was then surely you know about it." She asked easily masking her anger.
Herobrine " all I remember was that a civil war broke out in the Sama Kingdom, and everyone where I came from called it 'The Great War', and I also remember a young woman who saved me when I was trapped in some rubble, she kinda looked like you, thinking about it you look exactly like her."
Her eyes goes wide. Impossible...if he knew about this then...why would he lie about not having a home. "I remember saving many people from that time...During Both the Civil War and The Great War...You must know me then, Selena of the Six Heroes. I went out personally to combat the Gods and their armies...however, why did you say you did not know where you came from? If you were born here then this was truly your home." She speaks, now interested in this young man, a fellow person from Sama? It was reassuring to know that more people still survived.
Herobrine "Well first of all I left because people in my home town said that I was the cause of the war, and I lied because I didn't want people to think that I started the war" sighs
Selena sighed. "No...There were severe differences between two powers and everything went out of control. You must have been the scapegoat so both sides can have someone to point their anger at. Although the war continued on even during the Great War. Unfortunately...You should know that Sama is almost a ghost town at this point, the whole kingdom only has a few people left...me included...Me and many people who I led ensured they could all get out alive...Of course...You are looking at the last survivor of the Sama army..." She suddenly went silent and turned to the ground. She remembered that day vividly, her allies getting slaughtered....her friend sacrificing herself....and her decent into sorrow...She grimaced as a tear escaped her eye.
Herobrine He pats her on the back " I feel your pain as well" he slowly morphs back into his human form
She quickly wipes her eyes and calms down. She sighs thoughtfully before speaking "Thanks...now that I know who your are, I guess...you are free to go, I will head on home. My duty is done, I do not have to continue to fight. Let the new generation take care of things, and to be honest I just wanted to live quietly after everything was over. Feel free to come back...home I guess, don't expect anything fancy though." She smiled softly as she walked forward after her little chat detour.
"Forgetting what?" Selena asks and checks her person if anything was missing. No, everything was in order. As far as she could tell anyway.
Herobrine " I remember that you had a little brother and he died in the war, well he didn't" he grins more
"Little...brother?" Selena asks very confused. "I'm afraid you are mistaken. I am an only child. I was raised from a long line of chiefs and grew up training with swords. I would have known if I had a younger brother, ii years is hard to miss anything happening onboard a ship most of the time and even then...I would notice a new face on the ship." She tilts her head confused. If he turned out to be a very long lost brother...she would not be feeling much of a family connection.
"So, you are saying that you out o everyone is my long lost little brother who suddenly appears after leaving Sama." Selena speaks however she ends up laughing."So for over 18 years I have spoken to you for at least many of those times...Hahahaha! I would already recognize you in an instant if you were my brother. You do have a way with jokes...But thanks for the laugh, listen...I never had a brother. Never interacted with one. I was the next in line for chiefhood, however if you really were my brother I could have passed it to you during that time since I did not want to be responsible for many things."
What he was saying was crazy, her parents died a long while ago before she turned 18 and before the civil war started. If what he says was true then both those times do not match up. "If you were from some alternate universe then maybe that was true. However that is not the case here."
