Captain Arren Valaj'Karesh stepped into the bar and surveyed the area for a moment. The man could be described as a military type, his outfit was tan, and trimmed with a black combat vest, black helmet, and an armband that bore the Tech Con logo.

Silently he stepped into the bar and looked around, calling out his voice. "May I have your attention, please! Is there an Erin Loire here in Gambit's?" He called out, tapping some information into his computron.

"I need to speak with her."

Captain Arren Valaj'Karesh nodded and checked his list. "It's business between me and her, I have some things to explain regarding her employment here at Gambit's." He said, setting a small briefcase down.

"I'm here to brief her, and set her direct deposit up, we do this for all employees of Tech Con." He said, motioning to a sign that read "Gambit's bar - a wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Con Group."

Captain Arren Valaj'Karesh nodded and sat down, going through several papers, one of them bore the logo of the Ministry of Law, and one bore the logo of the Langaran Defense Agency. He read through them and nodded. "You've got quite the record... unfortunately I lied.. I'm here to inform you that your employment here has been denied. Currently you have two pending cases in which you are a fugitive from justice, until you resolve those pending cases, Tech Con will not consider any further employment for you." He said, putting the papers away. "You understand."

"The word of an android is null, Agent Duram decided to press charges, you're looking at felony assault on an agent of the Confederation, and there's a pending case from quite a few yahrens ago, a Callandra Henderson is pressing charges for attempted murder. You'll have to face triad and possibly prison time for these two charges, when the cases are disposed of and your name is no longer flagged, we would be more then happy to hire you, though the manager here may have approved your employment, when the paperwork reached Tech Con, we had to ultimately, deny it."

Captain Arren Valaj'Karesh shook his head. "The cases need to be resolved, LDA Filed and injunction, Tech Con cannot legally acknowledge your employment, our hands are tied, you'll need to go to Langara and resolve the charges, you might get a Judge who will put you on probation, it's an assault charge, you make a good enough case you could get probation."

Nodding he looked to the papers. "You should have known full well that we're an Aschen company. The Attempted murder charge will likely be dropped due to insufficient evidence, according to the notes from the seeker. But, as it stands, we're not hiring you."

Captain Arren Valaj'Karesh sighed. "Ultimately...." He then looked to the source of the voice, and scowled. "It's not my decision, I have bosses who have bosses who won't hire you, it's out of my hands, Tech Con's not going to hire you, until these cases are absolved. If you have any questions you can contact Mr. Hagan." He said flatly, standing up. "My work here is done, you want to get anywhere, fix your issues."

The Tech Con defense post was teeming with activity, backhoes, dozers and several other heavy machines echoed in the back, as several Tech Con Mercenaries, equipped with combat armor, and disruptor rifles would be watching the expansive prarie before them.

"All's clear." He said, nodding to two Mercenaries arming a Rotary plasma cannon, her tri-barreled form extending up into the skies of. Aiming and drawing.

"What do you think these things are?" Captain Arren asked a nearby soldier, whom shrugged. "Frak if I know, but the Military doesn't want to get involved anymore." He said, watching one of the many Terraforming ships pass overhead, tilling and repairing the damage.

The Bombs struck the first layer of the Defense post's shield systems, which rippled in fervant blue energies, bubbling outwards as the bombs detonated on their barrier. "Shields are holding, Automated defenses primed and active." The AI Chimed in as the Station's commander braced, the bombs shaking the entire installation. "How the Frak did DRADIS Not pick them up?" He shouted, the Lieutenant speaking up. "It was a suprise attack, they came out of nowhere." He said, then focused on the screens. The Supercrete walls standing defiantly against the acid that was slathered around them, alien materials. It was then the mercenaries atop the walls began to open fire, plasma being slung, thousands of bright blue sphere of energy, followed by green spheres of light, searing towards the strange beings, burning through armor and shields alike. The Aschen had prepared too.

A Railcannon emplacement, 12.5mm of High-Velocity Fin Stabilized projectile bore aim towards one of the strange structures, the weapons discharged, sending a small rod at near-light velocities, capable of tearing through even the most resilient of structures.

Any additional aircraft would be met with DRADIS and laser guided AA Rockets, which detonated in a thick slurry of black flak, clogging engines and intakes and bringing any aircraft down with ease, from there, the Mercenaries began to scramble.

"They're converging on the base! All units open fire!"

The Mercenaries looked to eachother for a moment, then out to the split planet, shaking their heads. "We need a negotiator." He said, looking back down into the complex, before sliding another energy core into the rifle.

"Send Dreylock down! She's the Ambassador!" The Mercenary said, as the sun shone brightly on the supercrete walls, a result of air filtration. As the Ambassador, and several Tech Con mercenaries approached the gaping crust, tentatively stepping down with the Ambassador in tow.

"The frak is going on?" Dreylock asked, as she followed the Mercenaries, approaching the split slowly, wondering what to do.

The Ambassador continued to walk through the vault, and once they reached the room, the men would promptly set their weapons outside the room, standing there unarmed, more then capable of defending themselves should they. It was then the Ambassador cleared her throat, and turned to the Ruler.

"We came here to rebuild, and begin commerce with the people of this world, your incursion has made that difficult. However We at Tech Con are willing to work with your people, but we will not leave. But we can work together, to rebuild this world, into something great."

The Ambassador nodded. "I will relay your proposal to the Confederation back home, I am sure they can accept your proposal, and we can end this conflict before it spirals out of control. This world will be rebuilt, and it will prosper. Our withdraw will be followed by Coalition withdraw, and Terra can be a recognized sovereign world.

Captain Arren Valaj'Karesh watched the Invictus vans approach the bar, and then he nodded to his comrade and they stood in the way of the door, watching as they disembarked from the vans.

When Stryfe approached the door of the bar, the Tech Con mercenary outside would stand in the way and speak up. "Sorry, private function." He said, the other two Tech Con mercenaries watching, waiting in the event something were to transpire.

This bar is private property, property of Tech Con group, and yes, we are biased towards your organization so long as people of importance are here. When the Sire leaves, you can come in, now if you force yourself past me, you'll be trespassing, and it would be a shame if we had to call the Wing City police, and press charges, in addition to the fallout your organization would be facing from Tech Con, by causing us undue harm.. ball's in your court.. That's why we don't like you, our media condemns you, and our law enforcement puts bounties on your head. Tech Con does not welcome Terrorists, nor does it welcome.. Vagrants into it's establishment, now.. there's a private function, And believe me, we're prepared too, half of Tech Con's private fleet is a phone call away."
