Description

Waiting, for love to find us,
Is something worth waiting for,
Someday, my arms will hold you,
My lips will kiss you, forever more.
Yes, waiting, can be so lonely,
Yet somehow we’ll see it through.
Knowing, there’s someone waiting right
there just for you.

So begins...

The faint sound of something was lingering in the air, a hollow whisper in the already sleepy bar scene. The faint noise which could be barely picked up seemed like... music? Suddenly George Youngs came right in, the charactercher of a smiling hollow vision of 1950s television father down to the fact that he was literally in black and white. "Evening 'all." He greeted with a strange sense of warmth as he removed his coat, his hat and set his brief case away as he paced across the room.

He calmly whistled to himself chipper at this time of evening as he took to the bar. "Milk please." He asked as he scratched his head at the strange console before him. "Well will you look at that? These kids are making their menus so confudning fancy these days." He commented as he pressed on the button that said milk.

His attention lingered back to the pairs of people across the room. "Evening 'all." He greeted the four again as he sunnily tapped along the counter humming to himself some more.

George Youngs attention drew to Zekil for a moment. He was a rather tall fellow! With wings too! It reminded him of the time when his son Johnny didn't want their dog anymore because it was different than the other dogs and he tried to replace it at the pound. Just because they were a wee bit different didn't mean anything as he nodded his head. "Thank you." He greeted to the man as he opened a newspaper that laid next to him. Wait... it wasn't there. He stood there somewhat confused. Odd. "Quite the weather we have here don't we?" The TV character inquired.[/i]

George Youngs took a drink of the milk, listening to Zekil for a moment with the same friendly smile across his face. "Ahhhh such a nice quiet evening at the bar." he forementioned enjoying the peace and quiet as he instinctively reached out for something again. Searching for it for a moment. Where was that newspaper? "Well, I suppose some men were given wings and other weren't and we all just have to settle with what life's given us." he answered in his puesdo-wise father babble.

George Youngs couldn't understand a word that was coming out of Zekil's mouth. He supposed it was just kind neighorily talk. "My oldest used to be afraid of the dark." He commented remembering that well as he took another somber drink of milk. "Yup, right up til he was eight years old." He forementioned thinking on the matter. "I suppose kids are naturally afraid at that age of what they can't understand." The man thought on it some more and nodded his head as though what he just said made a whole deal of sense or was somehow profound knowledge. "Now where is that newspaper?" he asked himself searching under his seat. This seemed serious did he misplaced it?

George Youngs paused for a moment looking at Zekil again. Why by the clothes he wore and the way he talked he certainly didn't seem like the bartenders he normally dealt with. He seemed more like that dangerous but misunderstood trouble maker that hanged out at the moot store. Still seemed friendly enough. "Thank you." He greeted again.

The non-techo colored man turned his attention back over to Brian James somewhat pausing before he looked in front of him. "Why, I guess I need my eyes checked." He forementioned as he smiled to Brian James "Thanks there son, heres a nickel go buy yourself a float for you and your gal." He proposed placing the black and white nickel on the table before he examined the prices again. "My... pricey place."

The bar in its almost still remained rather peaceful even after bookworm got faceplanted by the nearby wall. In its peaceful stir a faint, fain noise began to work itself up, lingering in the air. Music? It was so faint that only the acute of ear could possibly make it out. In walked in George Youngs somewhat neutral in face and standing in complete black and white like the old time character he was. "What a day to go out on a stroll."

Slowly he hanged up his hat at a nearby rack and paced down to the bar somewhat sitting down afterwards. His eyes turned to Kaide nodding his head in warm greetings to the slouched young man as he took out a newspaper. He then turned to Ellais about to nod his head before he stood there slightly dumb founded. He turned back and as he turned back to himself with the strange expression on his face, there was another faint sound lingering in the air. . . a laugh track?

George Youngs stood there with the same curious look on his face, the face of a man who was now slightly uncomfortable as he pulled back his newspaper. As he did he saw Emma Frosbrook in her blast armor pacing inside and then Liesha Kennicot limping behind her. Scotch had been ordered for George as he looked up first to Emma trying to harbor a neighborly sense of tolerance "Good morning." He greeted her before his eyes turned to Liesha "Morning.

George Youngs had stood there sticking out slightly as he looked around. He felt strange here, since when were they so many ladies coming around this bar. Not that women should be allowed in the bar, he felt that any responsible young lady who knew control and restrain and how to ward off those bad characters and dynamite types. He supposed there was too much temptation around in a place like this to do bad.

He paused as Skan made his way about to greet the young girl a good day before he spoke and then he was utterly mortified to find out that was not a lady. He heard a voice behind hims as the older man turned his head over towards Ellais somewhat speaking. "Oh... Hello." He greeted her. "Huh? Oh nothing. Nothing is wrong." He granted her assuringly.

George Youngs took a moment to press his arms along his hips as he examined the robotic servitor. "Well now mister, something tells me were going to have a frank discussion about human-robot relations." He told the servitor which made its error as the same strange faint lingering noise followed. The same noise that acute ears could only pick up. Laughter again?

The man offered a warm and friendly smile as he nodded his head. "Well I will be certain to enjoy my stay at the bar th-" Was all he said before a loud bletch rang in his ear. The faint noise returned for a moment as the man fiddled with his ear for a moment "Did an elephant enter the room?" He inquired and with that the noise returned.

George Youngs simply offered a smile at the whole situation, a strangely plastered grin as it almost seemed a bit... superficial. Regardless he opened his newspaper again and attended to some coffee. His eyes scanned the room again everyone seemed to be up to their own affairs as George flipped through the next page. He then paused as he saw the very scantily dressed Merdardus entered into the room side. He flipped through the next page of his newspaper as he double take wildly shocked. He silently looked up to the skies "I've heard of low cut, but this is sea level." He said to himself the noise entering back into the scene for a moment.

George Youngs flipped through the next page of the newspaper somewhat simple and friendly when he heard two things that completely threw him off, sex and cursing. The strangest thing happened after he suddenly...distorted as though his whole form threw about in wild blurs for a moment as he grasped his ears. Suddenly everything was normal again and strangely enough George was standing as he was five minutes prior reading the same page he was five minutes prior. "I heard of low cut, but that is sea level." He said again weirdly enough as the faint dominating force that lingered around him cackled at their amusement.

At that same time George turned his attention to the rather huge fellow, seemed like he played football for the Jefferson's Brave Indians, their football team. "Morning." he greeted simply enough with a friendly smile and nod of his head.

George Youngs distorted again, briefly, this time it was not as violent as the man simply turned to Merdardus as he was unable to heard that very specific word. "Did you say something miss?" He asked her with is usual friendly smile taking a drink of his coffee for a moment.

George Youngs placed down his newspaper for a moment as the lady before him approached her frantically inquiring. "Disappearing act?" he asked again repeating her rather confused as he hadn't the slightest clue what was going on. He thought for a moment "Well I am sorry to tell you this miss, but I do not think I understand what you are talking about." He complied.
