"Technically blind.. yet you act like you see? How is that possible.. you know.. if you're blind I could arrange for you to get prosthetic eyes, and allow you to see clear as day once more." She said with a smile, pouring him some tea. "There's a Kabuki show going on in the Theater hall on Niihama. It's really big, and really high class, black tie event." She added as she held up her hand. "Hey get me some food over here, preferably fish." She said before turning back to Izumi. "Niihama is known for it's prosthetics, even cyberization to an extent.. and since you told me something about yourself.." She then pulled her hair to one side, turning to reveal twelve small circular computer ports on the back of her neck, where the neck met the skull. "A Cyberbrain." She said, nodding. "A meld of man and machine, though my Cyberization isn't terribly extensive.. the rest of me is all natural."

Yukiko was silent for a moment. "Before any decision is made on a future.. I want you to see me..." She said before turning to one of her Samurai guard. "Shiryoku debaisu o jisan." She said and then she offered a smile. "I promise what I'm about to offer you won't hurt, or be any sort of invasive procedure... it's a special device invented by Director Miyagi.. it uses concentrated EM Signals to stimulate the optic nerves, it allows you to see as long as it's worn... it's a device used by those whom.. cannot afford prosthetics." A Samurai Guard then handed her the device, it resembled a pair of goggles. "Put these on, if only for a moment." She said with a smile.

When the goggles were slipped over, the optical nerve would be fed with visual stimulations, it would be as if he was seeing out of normal eyes, with very minute distortions caused from the technology, but they weren't noticeable. Yukiko would be seen sitting before him. long black hair and asian features. A black and teal kimono, and a soft expression on her face, two armor clad Samurai Guard behind her. Both withdrawing their weapons at the discharge of Marlene's weapon, but paid no heed. Yukiko smiling. "Well... do I pass?"

"I might be able to have the prostheticians tweak your new eyes.. if you accept them, to be attuned to your abilities.. that way you'll be able to not only use your abilities in your sight, but see as the rest of us do." She said as she offered a nod. "You can keep those special goggles if you want, Director Miyagi is working on a more compact version." She added, smiling. "The Empire... has had a lot of medical breakthroughs lately, and prosthetic eyes.. would be just like your normal eyes.. the cosmetics almost flawless."

"Even if we're not an... item.. as your friend I'd be still willing to give you prosthetics.. perhaps I could appoint a counselor to help you with her?" She asked pouring her some new tea. "It's probably best anyway... you probably don't want to be bothered with ruling the Empire... or the politics that comes with it." She then took the tea and downed it. "It's not all pomp and circumstance... I got so tired of micromanaging Niihama.. I appointed Governors.. or Shoguns over various provinces.. they pretty much rule autonomously."

I could probably appoint a Government Agency if you didn't want to do it." She said, crossing her arms over the gentle swell of her bustline. "Probably best if... damn it's cold..." She muttered. "Invictus is welcome to help with the crime problem... I can have them coordinate with Section Nine... furthermore they are free to negotiate their salary, money is no object, and I am honored for your offer." She said as she inclined her head, she was showing humility, bowing to Izumi.

Yukiko would graciously take the coat, wrapping it around her silken Kimono. The two Samurai Guard unphased as they looked for the source of the cold. Yukiko on the other hand would smile. "Thank you.. that means a lot to me." She said nodding. "Do you need ships? One needs ships to get to Niihama." She said as she wrapped the jacket close around her. She then paused a moment. "Take this..." She said as she reached into her Kimono. Withdrawing a medal, it was fairly large, it was her Imperial Broach, the Order of the Chrysanthemum. With it was a folded up piece of paper with a phone number written in Japanese. "If fate does guide you.... take this as a gift.. I can always replace it." She said smiling. "If things with that.. woman you were texting or Cloasse doesn't work out.. by the way, she is welcome to come with you, I will treat her as any other honorable guest of my world." Yukiko was showing a suprising amount of immaturity, a lack of jealousy, years of Bushido training, reflecting in her attitude.

"It's not my place to interfere if you love someone." She said, inclining her head. "I will provide a single Shogun Battleship, it's the only Taiyou ship class capable of making the intergalactic voyage in under half a year.. I can arrange for the 'Sūkōna Chōetsu' to pick you up, and take you straight to Niihama.. it probably won't be here for another few days.." She then nodded. "But I should take my leave.. The man then nodded and led her out, ducking out of the bar and to a waiting APC, which promptly drove off. Yukiko was a reasonable woman, especially when she was trying to blend in and make friends.

Her Imperial Majesty, Takayama Yukiko was in fact leaning over Ayako's shoulder, staring at the command console as she frowned. "Insolent pukes... release the Blue and destroy them I say." She said as she leaned back. "So how come an operation executed by the.. world famous Major Kusanagi didn't pull off?" Ayako then frowned. "Izumi refused to go with her.. she became compromised and had to pull out, Yuriko is wounded." She said as Yukiko frowned. Depressing the comms. "Fuck him, do what you want with him, we're leaving." And with that, the Kaze no Tani was gone.
