The Seers certainly did lean in more to examine those teeth, and a few even gasped as she opened her maw. Not that they had not seen other wonders just as intriguing, but it was rare to find a monster built only for one thing; vampire hunting. They had been trying to make one for years, trying to make an ultimate weapon. Jaeda was the closest they had gotten to so far.

"Joining our Organization can do wonders for you, Timoten. If it is the law you are seeking protection from, or even other hunters, should you wish to join us, we can help you get out of any spot of trouble you desire. The law does owe us, in any case. We have gotten rid of their most infamous criminals in the past, and we keep their public safe. It would be all too easy to make an exception for you."

The circle of Seer's quieted down quickly, all of them pausing in thought at Timo's offer. They were discussing this to one another using a strong telepathic connection that shifted their thoughts to the next with ease.
'A dhampir with a vampire mate? How strange.'
'How sickening.'
'It is suspicious, to say the least.'
'But we cannot judge, now, can we? With all of what we have done the past years.'
'We should be more wary!'
'We have only one chance at such a prize. Should we not take it? The Organization does not mark Supernaturals until they become a problem.'
'The Lessard family certainly has been a problem! They are a tricky sort!'
'But we have done nothing to subdue them in the past. Why start now?'
'And she has admitted to the murder of innocents! How can we take such a foul thing?!'

The discussion went on and on, but the domed room was filled with silence in the ears of the dhampir and the slayers. Jaeda knew what was happening, but Dog, still new to the business, was still confused. It was only his second trip to this very room since his initiation. He leaned over to ask Jaeda something, but she shook her head to silence him.

Finally, one raised his head away from his peers to address Timo. It was Theo, of course. "We have come to a decision. Timoten, we welcome you into the Slayer Organization, but we have a few conditions, ourselves. Should these vampires you speak of become a problem, we ask that you take action to subdue or silence them. Also, as for your disguises, we ask that you take bodies that we give you personally to avoid the purge of random citizens. Understood?"

Half the Seer's seemed pleased, the others simply nodding in vain acceptance. Theo walked forward and smiled wide to the old dhampir. "Very good, my friend, very good. I am pleased to have you near once again." He reached out an old, heavy hand to land on Timo's 'snout'. "It really has been too long."

Jaeda tapped her fingers onto her arm impatiently. Really, now. If she knew it was going to take so long...
"Are we done?" she grumbled, rolling her eyes. "Because I have to take another job soon. Daylight is burning, and certainly not vampires right now." Who would have thought that daytime was actually a brilliant way to hunt vampires? Invade an infected house, break it down, watch them burn...an easy job.

"Well?"

The Seers all watched as Timo got comfortable back into her own body, and they all seemed to document it into a solid part of their minds. As the woman looked back up, human once more, the room, once again, fell silent. Well, all for the exception of Dog's uneasy, but barely audible whine and Jaeda's irritated sigh. "Yes, yes, I am very impatient. You know why? Because I have credits I need acquire so I may eat. It's not as easy for us, just killing eating like you do, you know? I actually have to buy it." she said, exasperated as she turned to walk down the hallway and back to the elevators. Of course, who else was in tow? As always. Like his name.

Theo looked down toward Timo and his mouth kept into a wide smile. He nodded, as did the other seers, and they slowly began to retreat back to the large, circular rune.

Why, why, why was she going on such a pitiful job!? It was the most miserable thing imaginable, it was, hunting a pet vampire. Really! She could be...hunting a descendant of some big boss demon or a new alien experiment gone horribly wrong!
But NOOO! No, no, no! She had to hunt a pet. Vampire. One without fangs, without the tips of his fingers...lord. God. Buddha. Why.

Jaeda nearly kicked the door open in her fury and misery, a hand swiping through her hair as she walked inside. Being the slayer she was, the woman was decked out in black leather and silver everywhere. "Feeeelice. Puppy, puppy. Someone wants you back, you know!" She called. A much larger male figure stood at the door, his arms crossed."

"Oh, this is not fair. I want you here, Felice! I'm not going to hurt you unless you make me. And if you're nice, maybe I'll call the elders to have your case called forth as abuse and you can go free." A lie. All a lie, and it was in her eyes. They needed him for Timo. It was part of the deal.

"Bah! This is not fair. Dog? Dog! Come here!" she called, waving to the large, muscular man dressed in black over at the door. He walked over, boots thumping on the ground. "Yes?" he said, voice deep and ringing.
"Sniff him out." she ordered.
"Yes." he answered. Timmon's whole form seemed to crack, to deform. His bones began to move, and he grunted in pain- his hair started to grow, long and wiry, and his mouth turned to a snout with sharp teeth-

The werehound. Made for things like this.

The werehound, a much different species from the werewolf, fell on all fours, more beast than man at this point. He lifted his head slowly, black eyes piercing the world before him, having it washed into black and white. That was not what mattered, though. All he needed was his nose. "Come now, Dog, get going, you know I don't have credits to waste!" cried Jaeda, flicking a hand out in impatience. Dog nodded, walking forward.

His nose was just a breath above the floor, taking in the strong scents of blood, swear, cigarette smoke, and alcohol. Even urine could be smelled along the floorboards. He raised his massive head to the air, then turned it to Chiara slowly. Back to the floor it went as he walked toward her, the smell of vampire leaking from her. No. She was not the one she needed. It was a male one...and he could smell that too. Right around this female vampire. He paused. Even at this distance, he could tell the soul was afraid. The subtle shaking of his body alerted him. His ears went up, and the sweat that poured off him just reeked with fear and...

The vampire was young. Older than Nadia but still a child. He stopped a foot away from Chiara's own foot.

He moved on past their table.

"Well? Is he here? I was told he was here. Why can't you find him, Dog?" snapped Jaeda. For some reason, she was more irritable today...more fired up. She could be nicer, Timmon knew it, but she was just impatient as anything. She stood still, arms crossed, weight on one leg. "We have one simple target! Felice should not be a problem! He's the weakest little rat you can imagine! Dog, don't tell me you can't sniff him out!"

The werehound, unable to speak, simply shook his head. No. He was not here. And it would take him another hour to become fully human again. What a bother.

Jaeda rolled her eyes. "God dammit, Dog. I look bad enough already in the organization for taking you in. Now you're just going to fail me."

Timmon sat at the bar counter, his shoulders hunched over, his back arched, and his fingers clenched around the handle of a large beer mug. He had a thick beard upon his face, dark and a bit curly. It was probably well taken care of, considering. His eyes looked dark. What he had done a few days ago to save that young boy...he had betrayed the Organization in such a way. Jaeda was furious, and she had only a few days before the job was due. They had been looking for him ever since. Every time Timmon had whiffed even a feint smell of him, he opted they turn the other way. It was tiring business, but he knew he wouldn't be able to see the lad get taken away back there again. He remembered seeing him once...

"Don't know how to watch yourself, do ya?" said Timmon, the question diredted at none other than the vampire. He had known, too well, that he was here. His scent was simply wafting about the bar. "You need to keep looking out carefully. I'm surprised you haven't been brought back already. And don't worry, now, Jade isn't here. I made sure she had a job to do, emptying out an infested house." he said, never turning to look back at Felice. He took a long gulp of his beer. He knew he would have seen him sooner or later. The scent trails always lead here. "Come here. Sit next to me. I'll know if she's close."

"If you don't do anything too noticeable, hmm? Then how about the other night? I didn't look you over because I didn't know, for your information," said Dog, finally turning to look at the vampire. His brow furrowed in grief. Lord, how could they have done this to the kid? This poor kid. He might have been a few hundred years old, but that didn't go for his mind, or even what he looked like. He looked and thought like a kid, therefore, that is what he was in Dog's mind. "I don't want anything. But what about you? Want a drink? Name's Felice, right?"

Dog strapped on a glove from apparently nowhere, then pulled something out of a duffel bag that had been sitting next to him. Out of it, he drew blood packs. THey were issued from the hospital. He remembered to have someone else get them so that the Slayer Organization couldn't track the records back to him. It was one of the few smart things he'd learn to do since joining. He tossed it on the table in front of Felice. "Eat up." he said, slowly rolling off the glove and throwing it into the trash.

The large, muscular man, who dwarfed Felice by far, ordered another drink for himself. "Don't thank me. Please. Just eat. Just help yourself."

Damien watched Dog rip open the packet with vague fascination. He had witnessed such a scene many times. Down in the dungeons where they kept the immortals, where they fed them and they ate hungrily- those that had not been liquefied or chained up, that is. Left to stay hungry for the rest of their eternal lives. That was one of the slayer sayings: "What can't be killed can be enslaved."

"How long they been keepin' you there?" he asked, though his eyes looked over Felice to Armand. He had seen his gaze. What was his problem? He couldn't tell, but right now he had to make sure the kid was alright. "You look like you come outta jail. You did something bad?"

"Can't remember? Well, I suppose it's different for you all. Bloodsuckers. Even natural-made's. It's probably good you don't remember. So you can't linger for that life again." Not like he could complain, however. His own mutation wasn't nearly as bad. Looked over by the Organization to make sure it was perfectly controlled. "Hard to believe you're older than me. That's only your body, though, isn't it?"

Dog's gaze followed Armand, almost as if beckoning him over for a drink or a talk. He was paying attention to Felice, sure, but the lad was a bit jumpy to make conversation.

Dog set his mug down, sighing deeply as he leaned onto the counter. "Four hundred...damn." was his only reply to Felice's age. He looked to Armand, veered at the cigarette. He could have done with one, himself, but he remembered he had to give it up. Not only for his daughter, but for his mutation. It even ruined drinking to a point. His metabolism was so high it was a challenge to become drunk. Even buzzed.

"You're one messed up kid. You ought to find someone who can look after you good. I can't do no such thing. I got enough to look after already. Who was that woman that was with you? The other vamp?" He remembered seeing her face. Quite possibly on the jobs list. Or was he just seeing things again? Lots of vampires looked the same.

"I was never asking you to. The dhampire makes me uneasy. At least I don't have to hunt with her," said Damien, remembering the freakish thing crawl out of its skin like a slug. Dog, who was large, muscular, and bulky to all hell, actually shivered. He knew it would be a nightmare to face such a creature. "No. Don't go back. For both out sake's."

He relaxed when Felice told him about Chiara, however. It looked as if she was taking care of him. "She doesn't hit you? Doesn't treat you badly?"

"Sounds rare. She must have been able to control herself well. Must be a plush," he said, using a street name that neither Felice or anyone else would very much recognize. However, it wasn't something hard to figure out. "Abomination. Hmph. Doesn't that sound familiar." he looked back at Armand. Kid ought to be careful. Sleeping in a bar like this was suicide.

And who else to come in and pick up the trash than Jaeda. Where Slavko cleaned the floors from barf, she would clean the floors of filth. Filthy vampires, for one. She did not even seem to know Rowen was there as she knelt down next to Elizabeth on the ground. "Well, well. Look who it is?" she chuckled. Dog came up behind her.

Without barely a sound, the Slayer took the back of Elizabeth's collar and handed the woman to Damien. "Carry her." she ordered, and the werehound did just that. The large man gathered her into his arms and started after Jaeda. "We're been looking for you a long time, miss mass murderer..."

Oh, yes she had!

Ravenlock strode down the street with his hands shoved in his pockets and his leather coat flapping open in the night breeze. He was being followed, but this did not concern him, nor did the fact that his stalker seemed to be corralling him off in these slums. No, the barren streets and empty buildings provided an ideal stage for a confrontation, something he so dearly missed.

He even went so far as to crack a smile, flashing the tips of his fangs to the night air as he kept up his slow even pace, to allow those that sought him out to close in on his location. To an observer he appeared thoroughly unarmed, though one who was familiar with his nature would not be so easily deceived.
